03/05/2026: The grounds are very well maintained, especially the gardens, which are magnificent. However, the modern section near the pool is a shame: it clashes sharply with the original structure and doesn't blend in. We had dinner in the three-Michelin-starred restaurant. The cuisine clearly doesn't live up to this standard: it lacks refinement, seems very commercial, and is rather ordinary. Furthermore, we were seated in a room where two tables had infants, which is unacceptable for a Saturday night in a restaurant of this caliber. We spent the night there. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, but the bathroom is disappointing and really needs a complete renovation. Finally, the service is overly intrusive: the staff is friendly, but lacks discretion and tries to do far too much. In conclusion: it certainly doesn't deserve three stars and is therefore far too expensive for what it is!

25/04/2026: A beautiful, typical Ligurian restaurant, although not adequately cleaned (we found pieces of breadsticks and a dirty fork on the floor under the table: I've attached a photo). The service was very attentive and attentive, but our experience involved a waiter who was quite touchy with us and the tables next to us. The renowned, award-winning soup was good, but the portion was meager for €32. The other dishes were good; the traditional focaccia didn't disappoint, and the same was true for the trofie al pesto. On a personal note: we witnessed the scene where the old owner's son was rude to his father. It wasn't pleasant to see or hear.

19/04/2026: A sublime experience! Unique and distinctive flavors, beautiful colors, and truly inviting dishes—in fact, so beautiful, you almost don't want to eat them for fear of ruining them! Highly recommended for a classy and out-of-the-ordinary dinner.

12/04/2026: The restaurant and intimate atmosphere are divided into three rooms. Refined cuisine and excellent service—we had a great time. The wine list is also excellent. The prices are fair for the quality of the ingredients and the service. They are always very friendly and discreet, always present in the service but never invasive. It's always a pleasure to return and feel pampered.

We were pleased with the choice; the cuisine was excellent, with carefully prepared dishes, generous portions of first courses, and even excellent pizza. Excellent value for money. A 20% discount for B&B guests is an added bonus.

10/02/2026: I already knew this place from previous management. It's a small villa in a very quiet location with minimal furnishings. I tried them for both lunch and dinner. They're very thoughtful, but sometimes, perhaps, for my personal taste, the flavors of the herbs accompanying the dishes are a little too strong. The ladies in the dining room are very attentive, but I'd say they put a little too much pressure on the timing. The second courses are the ones I loved the most. I'll definitely be back to try their creations again.

17/02/2026: The food is very good, I went for the bourguignonne evening, as an entrée we were served a tartare, then a show of various types of different meats to cook each to your liking with a nice amount of sauces, and to finish a freshly baked apple pie, the wine of excellent quality and the location is refined... Too bad that even though we arrived first the waiters served the other tables first without even deigning to look at us... When they did they were very kind and professional, but the wait was really long

25/04/2026: A delightful discovery (unfortunately, too late, as it will soon be moving to a more distant location). In a Valtellina area where you expect to find only crotti and agriturismi serving traditional (and timeless) dishes, a chef preparing Eastern fusion cuisine is like finding a grain of salt in a piece of chocolate...surprising!! You can choose from tasting menus (seafood, meat, vegetarian, and even omakase) or à la carte. The selection is wide, and every dish is a surprise. We were a couple celebrating our anniversary and opted for a special menu, ordering five appetizers (to share) and a first course each. Everything was delicious!! The attentiveness and courtesy of the service were equally outstanding, and finally, a few words with Chef Caracciolo were very welcome. I can only thank you for the wonderful experience.

02/05/2026: My spouse and I visited and ordered one appetizer, one pizza and one pasta dish, and one tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous, leaving us both completely full. The music was just right, so we weren't bothered by the conversations of those around us, and the waiter (M) was very friendly, which made it a great experience.
