27/07/2026: The food was good, but the price of the fresh fish was too high, in my opinion, and that of my friends. Expect to pay more than €60-70 per person for sea bream and a side dish.

27/07/2026: The restaurant is located in one of Laigueglia's pretty little squares, with a pleasant interior and exterior. The seafood is excellent, with some well-executed daily specials; we especially enjoyed the excellent fried fish. The manager and staff are courteous and professional (which is especially appreciated because they all appear to be of non-Italian origin). Prices are in line with the locality.

06/06/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant: we and others who had made reservations waited half an hour for our table. My family and I had come for fish, and after receiving our drinks, they told us there would be an hour's wait for the restaurant, advising us to order pizza. The waiter was friendly, but not to mention the table management. We had problems with our online reservation. The waiters were connected with earphones but didn't pay attention to the customers. Good food.

21/08/2026: Location and Atmosphere A charming and welcoming location, enhanced by a splendid direct view of the harbor, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. ​Cuisine The seafood appetizers were a definite highlight, proving excellent in both quality and flavor. Unfortunately, the culinary experience diminished with the first courses: out of four different dishes ordered at the table, we found excessive use of oil, making the dishes decidedly heavy and greasy. A constructive suggestion concerns the management of sauces and decorative creams, which should be monitored and stored with the utmost care during the summer months and with high temperatures. ​Service The dining room service was the most disappointing aspect: the staff appeared undertrained, unprofessional, and not up to the expected standards. ​Conclusions A restaurant with remarkable potential, thanks primarily to the setting and the quality of the appetizers, but it requires urgent intervention in terms of staff training and the care taken in preparing the first courses.

09/08/2026: Absolutely delighted by the whole experience. The place is elegant, yet relaxed. Service quick and very professional. We had the tasting menu, and thoroughly enjoyed every single dish. This is one of the few places where you can both appreciate the chef’s creativity but also feel pleasantly full at the end. Wine list is reasonable and well structured. Look forward to the next visit.

02/08/2026: The fish is really fresh, the staff is really kind and I have to say that we had a really good time. If I had to find fault I would say that the service is a little too fast, let's say they don't leave much space between one dish and the next.

18/06/2026: Tasty and carefully prepared dishes. Good food. The fish soup, which is served as a starter and main course, is highly recommended. The desserts are homemade and well worth the price. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly owner. Price around €50-60 including starter, main course, dessert, and wine.

09/08/2026: We had a delicious meal, both the main courses and the desserts. Very good value for money. It was very busy when we arrived, but we had made a reservation and got a nice table. Because it was so busy, serving took a very long time and we had to ask a few times ourselves if we could order something. But the service was very friendly and helpful.

02/08/2026: There were four of us, and we wanted to try a variety of things, and they were very kind in accommodating our requests to get everything delivered exactly as we'd requested... we were very happy. €38 each for: two pizzas, tagliatelle with pesto, zizzona, plus excellent prosciutto, calamari, and mussels. Wine, soft drinks, and even the dessert cream and coffees. Fantastic!!! ❤️✨️

23/07/2026: Nothing to say, 10 out of 10 for everything, from the service to the kindness and love with which the owners approach customers, and then... their excellent dishes with top-quality products, from fish appetizers to fried dishes, the fish first courses are all spectacular. Finally, what can I say? If you want to spend a cheerful dinner with excellent food and wine in Borghetto Santo Spirito, you can't help but come to Trattoria La Piola. We're back!!! July 2026, five stars awarded as always, kindness, cordiality, impeccable service, but the real stars are the delicacies they bring to the table, top-quality products, above all cooked to perfection, nothing is left to chance, there is passion here and I won't add anything else.

04/08/2026: A beautiful, carefully crafted place. I was impressed a while back and finally managed to make one of my dreams come true. The staff and owners are very kind, knowledgeable, and super professional, always finding the right solution. The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared. Even for me, a vegan, they created a surprise appetizer so beautiful I could immortalize it in a photo. They deserve an A+, highly recommended!

02/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. We regularly walked past this often crowded place and decided to try it for the first time. What a pleasant surprise! The food is excellent. The dishes are well-prepared, precise, and delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The menu changes regularly, and the ingredients are very fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

31/07/2026: We had pizza, traditional dough with a thick crust. I had the one with two raw ham, while my wife had buffalo mozzarella. The last good pizza we had was in Naples years ago. Fiore's is truly excellent. Light and tasty dough, top-quality toppings. In short, I can now say that the last pizza with a capital "P" I had was at Pizzeria Fiore in Albisola. Compliments to the pizza chef! We'll definitely be back.

19/07/2026: Excellent seafood, super helpful and friendly staff, they welcomed us even though seven of us showed up at 2 PM without a reservation. We ate very well and got the price right. We'll be back.

17/08/2026: Except for one awful young waitress, everything was very good. I asked my dog ​​for water several times; on my second visit (it had been 20 minutes, the young woman with black hair, a straight, sullen face), the response was that I wanted to take care of other customers. I think anyone who doesn't appreciate a creature other than a human has a problem with themselves. But the other lady (with short, blonde hair) brought it up in my first speech. The other male waiters, whose names I didn't know, were also excellent. Plus, my dogs are so cute that all our customers who came in line loved the dogs. If you have camera footage, you can watch it. They didn't bother anyone. Two small toy poodles, and they all got up from their tables and came to our table to love them. Please hire more humane, ethical, and moral staff. Thank you.
