Truly an excellent experience. Fresh fish and dishes prepared with attention to detail, with authentic flavors that showcase the raw ingredients. You can sense great attention to detail both in the choice of ingredients and in the preparation. Friendly and professional service, pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant, we'll definitely be back!

Ai Torchi is an elegant, refined restaurant, where the friendly and knowledgeable wait staff puts you at ease. The kitchen offers primarily seafood dishes, but also features meat options. Tradition reigns supreme, but with a modern, gourmet twist! The dishes are meticulously crafted (even the ceramics used are unique and beautiful), and the ingredients are high-quality and extremely fresh.

08/06/2026: My partner and I went for dinner on Saturday night and chose the tasting menu. Everything was good, except for the fried fish, which was a bit soft and lukewarm. It's a shame otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The staff was kind and helpful, but they were a bit rushed trying to clear the table for new customers.
06/06/2026: Everything was excellent. Good pizzas, fast and very friendly service. Reservations aren't possible, but thanks to the fast service, there's a constant turnover of tables.
