03/03/2024: Family dinner on Saturday evening. Few people due to bad weather. The place is always the same but tonight something wasn't right. Booked for 7.30pm, within 4 minutes a marinara risotto with salmon and calamarata had already been released. Good food without praise. The second courses arrive very quickly as soon as they are ordered. Everything is too fast, you don't even have time to finish. Moral anyway. At 9pm the kitchen was already closed. There were very few people yesterday but the service was too fast
