01/06/2025: really bad experience, we waited more than an hour for a plate of pasta

01/06/2025: ate on a Saturday night. arrived at 9pm. 3 people. first course arrived at 10.15pm. we also took the second course. at 11pm we were still finishing eating they turned off all the lights (we were outside in Piazza Caricamento) and put away all the chairs. The waitress had to go home. in fact after a few minutes she left in a hurry. I will start by saying that in the internal restaurant there were still some tables with people... good food, well cooked and presented fish but really terrible service. We felt like we were being taken for a ride. basically we ate and had to leave immediately, we were in the dark. Plus they told us it was the timer that had gone off but please let's not kid ourselves.

19/06/2025: Very good and polite service. Excellent food. Great location. Good value for money for Portofino.

17/06/2025: 37 euros for a salad & 2 cokes. Our caprese salad was much better yesterday in a small village for less than half the price, We had to ask for lemon 3 times. Hard to get a small from the staff.

24/06/2025: Pansotti with walnut sauce good, fried and stuffed anchovies good while I do not recommend the meat second courses, the scallops in Marsala were lemon and the steak was fibrous. Probably the fish as they say is more advisable. The service really lazy, as if they were doing you a favor, a shame because the location and the rest work.

16/06/2025: I have been to eat at Emilio with friends several times because the quality is excellent, fresh fish and it also has an interesting wine list, unbeatable quality/price in Santa Margherita!

01/03/2025: Jour d'hiver ensoleillé mais venteux qui a obligé de déjeuner en salle, dans ce vieux moulin sympathiquement décoré. Le chef très accueillant et passionné nous a régalés à la fois de ses plats et des commentaires sur l'établissement. Tout était de belle qualité et agréablement présenté. Seule fausse note: un blanc Vermentino (Rolle en France) assez nul alors que ce n'aurait pas dû être le cas. Il faudra poursuivre la connaissance de cet établissement.

10/06/2025: Eating on the veranda under a lemon pergola made the difference but the food did justice to the setting, the pesto lasagnette excellent and the lemon anchovies very tasty... Excellent service and the staff fast and friendly. The excellent lunch gave added value to the day spent in San Fruttuoso. Highly recommended.

10/06/2025: Chosen based on reviews we had a great time!! Kind and welcoming staff, a good menu and an excellent wine list. We had anchovies with lemon, excellent, lasagne with pesto, very good, grilled squid very soft and tasty with a glass of excellent Vermentino. Strawberries with ice cream and panna cotta. Everything perfect with attentive and precise service exceptional value for money!!! Compliments to all the staff.

06/06/2025: Pretty good. The food was decent, and the service was even better. The waitress was super friendly. Very grateful for her hospitality.

02/06/2025: We called before showing up to book and because we have a medium-sized dog. The owner was very kind and available to put us in a corner that wouldn't disturb others. Fast service and quality/price in line. We had a good time.

At Stella Marina Beach Bar you eat well, the service is friendly and attentive, and you can breathe an air of authenticity that is difficult to find elsewhere. 29/12/2024: Piccolo e grazioso locale all’interno del paese di Camogli senza vista sul mare. Servizio molto cordiale e simpatico da parte di Valentina ,affabile padrona di casa che ti racconta il vino e le pietanze e ti guida nella scelta ,seppur limitata ,del menù . (2 antipasti 2 primi-2 secondi a scelta tra carne e pesce) . Piatti particolari e rielaborati che non seguono la cucina regionale ,accostamenti insoliti e ricercati. Consigliato.

25/12/2024: Tuvimos suerte de conseguir una reserva de última hora en Sa. Este es un restaurante pequeño, pero las mesas estaban organizadas de una manera que no se sintió lleno. El servicio fue cálido y atento. Las ofertas de cursos fueron refinadas y todo lo que probamos fue delicioso. Esto parecía comida local con un toque elegante. La anfitriona nos ayudó a elegir una botella de vino perfecta. Estábamos tan felices de haber cenado en Sa.

10/06/2025: Both the pasta and the Ligurian-style fish, as well as the dessert, meet expectations. The service is friendly and attentive. The restaurant offers views of the unremarkable harbor. However, the value for money is comparatively poor.

07/06/2025: As we didn’t have a reservation, the lady was very nice to assist and give us a table as we won’t take too long anyway to have the food. The food was amazing and it’s all great. The portions aren’t that big but it was fine. They charged for our 7month old a cover charge though. Anyways! I guess that’s how it goes in some places. At least we had a table in this town where everywhere seems to be fully booked! 😅

31/05/2025: Excellent! The food is exquisite and very fine. You can tell that the products are of high quality and that the chef knows how to prepare them to show them off! The service was warm with very friendly waitresses. The price was right for food of this quality and the setting was magnificent (seaside). I recommend it 100%.

12/05/2025: Very nice place, beautiful atmosphere.... Structured by ground floor and first floor (the latter where you can eat). Wide choice of menu, they had pizzas, pasta and mixed fried food... all good.. I personally enjoyed it and will definitely come back to try more. Advise.

11/03/2025: I was looking for where to eat fish, but given the low season we are in, many restaurants are still closed. So we stopped at this restaurant La Fermata, discreet service, many tables, we ordered mussels with an excellent spicy sauce, and a mixed fried calamari and sardines, excellent dishes, with a good white wine, ample parking on the street, cost incurred in the norm around 30 euros each, if I had to rate everything I would say a 7 no more.

11/02/2025: Small rustic restaurant, which serves as a canteen for workers but which therefore gives a nice atmosphere, we feel a lot of kindness because we French are served like everyone else and not treated like common tourists. Frankly, a menu for 13 euros, very good and plentiful, free coffee and drinks too, plus animals are accepted.

30/05/2025: The setting is truly magnificent, with a splendid view that alone is worth the detour 🌅. The staff was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive; nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately, the food doesn't keep up at all... I ordered pasta, and it was way overcooked, almost mush—quite disappointing, especially in Italy. You'd expect better, clearly. It's a shame, because with such a location, the potential is there. But the quality of the food really needs to be improved.
