18/07/2025: Dinner with friends! A special place, and the owner, too. We arrived and ordered: spaghetti with clams, lots of clams and not much spaghetti; spaghetti with seafood - with lots of spaghetti; onion pizza with the addition of gorgonzola and stracchino; other spaghetti with "regular" clams (from the recipe); spaghetti with seafood with not much spaghetti. All washed down with Pigato! Excellent dinner, normal price! A place to return to! Thanks to the staff and Camelia! Of course, we finished with dessert... and then a long walk to work it off! All deserved!

02/07/2025: I spent 5 days in this hotel with my daughter, everything was perfect: cleanliness, room, delicious food, friendly staff, excellent location close to the sea, the center and the station. The girls serving in the room were delightful (the blonde girl and the black girl, and Greta, the only one whose name I asked, angels with my little girl). Excellent value for money especially having booked a few days before. Thank you so much, we can't wait to return to this little corner of paradise. See you soon, Alessia and Vera

21/06/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff. They were so happy to chat and recommend places to visit. Even had a couple bikes for us to use to explore the area. I would like to say a BIG thank you to the cleaners - it is sooo nice to come back to a hotel room that is incredibly clean and comfy every day. Thanks to the staff. We loved our stay so much we booked an extra night at the end!

03/07/2025: We went to this restaurant for two consecutive nights, and that says a lot! The quality of the fish is truly excellent: fresh, well cooked and carefully presented. Each dish conveys attention and passion, from the raw fish to the hot appetizers and second courses. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the relaxed atmosphere made us feel at ease right away. After the first dinner, we had no doubts about returning the following evening, and it was an excellent choice: everything lived up to expectations (indeed, even more). A place that we highly recommend to those looking for quality fish and an authentic experience.

Qui la cucina non si limita a soddisfare il palato: racconta, emoziona, avvolge. Si inizia con gli antipasti, un vero e proprio omaggio alla tradizione Ligure-Toscana. Ogni assaggio è un’eco autentica del territorio, capace di evocare storie di confine, di colline che scendono al mare e di ricette custodite nel tempo. È un inizio che accarezza, preparando il palato con eleganza e calore. Il primo piatto è una vera rivelazione: gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare sono eseguiti con maestria, in un equilibrio perfetto tra la sapidità del mare e la delicatezza della pasta al dente. 27/05/2025: Che dire un ottimo ristorante, ben curato, personale gentile e preparato ad ogni esigenza e pronto a consigliarti. Partendo dall'antipasto al dolce e una goduria per il palato. Piatti curati e ben presentati la qualità del cibo è ottimo e freschi.

23/07/2025: We booked a seasonal stay at the beach club this summer and were immediately drawn to the restaurant, so we decided to try it for a family occasion. The location is beautiful and, of course, has a sea view. The service was helpful and friendly. The menu was varied and delicious. It's a shame the portions were very small, and in my opinion, not suited to the number of people. We had seafood pasta for three and sea bass ravioli. Both the ravioli and spaghetti were very good, but the portions were small. For our second course, we had a grilled meat for four, with portions that were also a bit small, but very delicious and flavorful. We also had a delicious cake from a pastry shop that we bought ourselves, which they kept in the fridge. In total, we spent €156 and were satisfied, even though we thought the price was a bit high, but considering the sea view, it was quite fair. We'll definitely return; everything was delicious, and we're very satisfied. Recommended 10 out of 10.

15/07/2025: They should post the restaurant's prices, since they've displayed the takeout menu, but if you decide to eat in, they cost €3-4 more per dish, and you also pay (rightfully) a €2.50 cover charge per person. I canceled the reservation I made based on the prices displayed, explaining my reasons, and they said, "Have you ever been to a restaurant? Don't you know that the cover charge isn't the service charge?" Maybe I'm the one who's ignorant, but for me, the cover charge is the service charge, and they can charge me even €6, as long as they display it and I decide I want to pay it. Surely they should know that by law, TRUE prices must be displayed to the public.

18/07/2025: I was in the area I liked the place I said I'm going to spend a few days the only hotel that is facing the sea first I tried to book online it didn't work I got back to the hotel around 10 o'clock the reception lady told me that the hotel was full tried to phone in the afternoon which I did there were no rooms available and as luck would have it around 8 o'clock passes by I'm going to try again I go in there is a gentleman I ask for a free room if I pay I take the keys I spend my night in room 224 the next morning the reception lady saw the way she speaks I didn't like it after a discussion I was forced to change the room because he told me it was reserved I take 226 which I didn't like at all I left the hotel around 5 p.m. paying for nights in short the gentleman is nice the lady you must have respect to. All customers without difference

14/07/2025: The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating. The bathroom is clean and functional, the room is very large with a sea view, the parking is very convenient, and the breakfast is limited. We stayed on a Saturday night. We went to the adjacent beach around 4:00 PM and it was a mess... gazebos set up everywhere with large speakers that blared until about 12:30 AM non-stop, a carpet of screaming people, and barbecues on the beach until 11:00 PM. Plus, there's the music from a nearby nightclub. I honestly wouldn't recommend it for a weekend getaway.

26/04/2025: A guarantee! 4 of us had a fish-based dinner, everything was excellent! Mixed appetizer with various tasters including incredible stuffed squid. Then delicious spaghetti with clams and fried fish. Plus convenient parking on the other side of the road and super affordable prices. Absolutely recommended!

31/03/2025: Dishes prepared with the heart and love for this profession. Simple and homemade cuisine, respectful of Ligurian tradition and quality raw materials. I recommend the menu with the numerous courses of delicious appetizers. The seafood spaghetti is good, the cod is very good and well prepared, the frying is excellent. The panna cotta is delicious. The dishes are served and described by the owner. In the spring-summer period, seating is available under a charming flowered pergola. Easy to find parking

27/07/2025: The service needs a lot of work; we weren't read the (fixed) menu, nor were we asked if we wanted wine, but we had to call the waiter to order it after someone else had already brought us the appetizer without anyone else showing up. The food, however, was very good, especially the main course, while unfortunately the first course was rather small and, above all, cold. A good restaurant in a great location that partially justifies the price.

07/08/2025: La location è magnifica e suggestiva. Dall’arrivo in barca a tutto il resto. Ma una struttura del genere non può e non deve “impedire” di offrire una vacanza romantica a due persone alle quali non piace il pesce. Stella Maris non è uno dei tanti ristoranti che si trovano nelle vie di una località turistica, dove chi vi soggiorna può scegliere, appunto, uno dei tanti. Stella Maris è unico nel suo genere. Basta vedere le immagini. Si trova su promontorio con bella panoramica sulla baia. È proprio per questa sua “unicità” non può continuare ad essere così limitativo sotto il profilo culinario. La cucina ligure e mediterranea non è solo pesce. Molti sono i piatti di qualità che offre. Ho dato solo due stelle per “premiare” la location, che sicuramente merita e ne avrei date cinque se il resort desse a tutti, ma proprio tutti, la possibilità di trascorrere una magnifica vacanza e non rinunciarvi solo perché non ama il pesce. Credo che nel 2025, occorra allargare gli orizzonti, per non tutte le persone sono uguali e tantomeno sono uguali i gusti di tutte le persone. Meditate.

13/07/2025: We had a mixed antipasto, tagliolini allo scoglio (seafood tagliolini) and house-made gnocchi with calamari, cherry tomatoes, and basil cream. Everything was excellent! The staff were friendly.

16/06/2025: We didn't take much, 1 fish appetizer, excellent and fresh, 1 imaginative first course but then on the palate... ne. But all in all pretty good. I'm sorry for the lady who I saw a bit tired, she served all the tables, but with difficulty, understandable.
