24/08/2024: Ambiente, simpatia, gusto. Tutto quello che ti aspetti in un ristorante spagnolo, qui lo trovi. Dopo 8, gustosi, antipastini ecco la perfetta paella con l’immancabile riso “arrostito” da grattare sul fondo (lo adoriamo per ricordi di fanciullezza…). Da manuale l’immancabile Sangria. 40 euro per una cena da ripetere.

24/06/2024: A Fiumicino si mangiano ottimi piatti di pesce in molti ristoranti. Tiber41 non ha una grande selezione di piatti ma quello che propone è preparato con attenzione e sapienza. Consiglio il classico fritto di calamari e gamberi che è stato preparato con una infarinatura perfetta evitando di aggiungere molto sale. Ottima l’idea di proporlo con un tocco di cipolla di Tropea in agrodolce

01/07/2024: This fish-only restaurant is located in the nightlife area, called TESTACCIO, in the heart of Rome near the Tiber. Having a celiac wife, I'm always looking for somewhere new. When we have to book we say to ourselves: is an old and well-known restaurant better or should we try and take a risk with a new one? This place was a pleasant surprise. I tasted right here, for the first time, spaghetti with sea urchin pulp (my passion that I share with Inspector Montalbano), strictly fresh (they have them sent from Sicily). A very valid alternative is the Fisherman's Pan with fresh pasta and a rich mix of fish. The appetizers are all good, cooked for me and raw for those who love them 😁 to conclude you have to find a little space in your tummy to taste the various types of ORIGINAL APULIAN PASTICCIOTTI. 10/08/2024: Locale già frequentato in passato, confermo la bontà della pizza in più ho provato le fettuccine al ragù, molto buone. Buoni anche i dolci. Personale gentile e veloce; molto bravo ed educato il ragazzo Riccardo. Mangiando all'aperto pensavo che gli insetti potevano dar fastidio, mi devo ricredere, a parte due formiche. Unico pensiero è parcheggiare l' auto ma con facilità si trova nei paraggi.

29/11/2023: Ottimo ristorante, personale molto gentile, location imprevedibile (sembra una concessionaria di auto) ottimo il cibo, forse un pò limitata la scelta per la mancanza di materie per alcuni piatti in lista (ma a novembre ci può stare) un po’ caro.

29/11/2023: Perché non ripristinate la consueta e bello ingresso del ristorante? Il viale è le sue luci sono state sempre invitanti, elegante e raffinato. L'ingresso di ora sembra una forzatura, dover vedere le auto in esposizione: consiglio mantenete i due ingressi, però chi entra dalla concessionaria ha lo sconto del 10% sul conto finale del ristorante. Come sempre la cucina di Aqua è all'altezza delle aspettative, pesce sempre freschissimo!!!!

01/04/2024: We start with a non-existent service, they try to be available but as soon as you ask them for something they forget and you have to chase them. I understand Easter Monday but the service was really bad from two different waiters I had to ask what a dish was and the answer in both cases was I don't know I'll send my colleague (obviously never arrived) terrible air conditioning, also in this case asked 10 times to turn it off and guess what... we had to go to the cash register. It's a real shame, a bad impression on the guests and a terrible experience, I hope it was just for the holidays

12/08/2024: Locale stupendo e servizio eccellente e... menù come sempre al top!!! Consigliati dal titolare, antipasto di degustazione sia di cotti che di crudi e direi superlativo! A seguire un primo di fettuccelle di Benedetto Cavalieri con aragosta e per secondo spigola locale alla cacciatora... sembrava di mangiare un coniglio ed invece era spigola fresca locale. Frittura di calamari e infine dolce. Io e la mia famiglia lo consigliamo vivamente e ci ritorneremo presto!!!

12/08/2024: Siamo stati serviti da una persona vestita diversamente dal resto dei camerieri, molto irrispettosa ed invadente, che ha rovinato lo svolgimento della cena. Sin da subito ha avuto un modo di porsi poco carino, sia nella postura che nelle frasi rivolte "ma quanto vuoi campà..". Il cibo è stato anche soddisfacente, ma purtroppo non abbiamo potuto apprezzare nulla, essendoci innervositi. Siamo persone che abbiamo fatto questo stesso mestiere e giriamo tanti ristoranti, ma una situazione del genere non ci era mai capitata. Un'occasione mancata... Peccato!

11/08/2024: If you would like to be overcharged, this is a place you have your meal. Over-pricy meals and very salty. Also push the customers to tip them. Btw they also add some unknown charge in Italian on the bill. They claimed it was the tax and asked for additional tips in front of you. A store that takes advantage of tourists. Be careful. 26/07/2024: We went to this place after reading some nice reviews, however, we left dis-satisfited. The food was okay, which we expected for the price. The issue we had was the service, the waiters looked disinterested and got a number of things wrong. After our meal we sat for a while waiting for an offer of any desserts or another drink and decided to just flag a waiter for the bill. After a good 10/15 minutes we received the bill and paid to which the waiter said “no tip?” (We usually leave a tip) Found this hilariously arrogant after the service we received. Annoying for the elderly owners who seem to care alot about the place and seem friendly but the food was average and the service was abysmal.

14/07/2024: Da Vincenzo tiene un aire cálido y acogedor, que invita a quedarse "en casa". Nos atendió un mozo muy diligente, simpático y dicharachero que nos animó la velada con mucho gusto. El pescado muy fresco, bien hecho y condimentado, al igual que la pasta. Para volver con gusto.
