26/07/2025: A delightful discovery near my house. I've been wanting to go there forever, and finally I did. I'll be brief: the seafood is top-notch, there's a wide selection of wines, and the staff is professional and friendly. The location, overlooking the house, isn't the best, but that's not their fault. In any case, the place is fully air-conditioned and comfortable. Prices are in line with the quality.

10/07/2025: Poor food quality at exorbitant prices!! We went to this place attracted by the combination of a fishmonger and a restaurant, expecting to find at least some fresh, high-quality fish prepared by them. We ordered a marinated mix that included salmon, swordfish, and anchovies, but only once it arrived did the waiter tell us that swordfish wasn't suitable. Unfortunately, only after ordering did we go inside to use the bathroom and realize that all the marinated fish was actually a mass-market product, as from their counter you could clearly see pre-packaged fish, truly low-quality and tasteless. Then we ordered cod meatballs, which tasted only of bread and potatoes and not even a distant memory of fish, all accompanied by objectively good grilled vegetables. First courses: tagliolini allo scoglio and rigatoni with shrimp and Bronte pistachios (which didn't arrive), both tasted only of fish broth, which gave them a bland flavor. Finally, a bottle of ARGIOLAS Vermentino di Sardegna wine for €25. Total dinner was €115, a complete waste of money. NOT RECOMMENDED!

18/07/2025: Trattoria dal carattere tipicamente familiare, cucina squisita, cortesia e simpatia: siamo stati davvero bene. Le alici marinate erano deliziose, così come gli involtini di zucchine e gamberi in pastella. Ottima anche la frittura. Non abbiamo preso primi piatti. Moderato Il conto. Consigliatissimo.

10/07/2025: Buon ristorante di pesce con buona qualità dei prodotti e gentilezza dello staff. Grande selezione di antipasti con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, mentre i primi ed i secondi vanno parecchio su di prezzo, anche se di buona fattura. L'ideale, che poi è quello che fanno tutti, è prendersi 4/5 antipasti (sono porzioni abbondanti ) da condividere e magari dividersi un primo o un secondo. Cmq vale la pena.

25/08/2025: Sunday, August 24th, was our fourth lunch there, and unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the service, provided by a young man with an Eastern accent, nor with the preparation of the two entrees we ordered, which seemed too al dente and had a less-than-savory fish sauce. I'll be back soon to see if it was due to the high number of customers.

19/08/2025: A beautiful location on the Fregene seafront. The food is good for a beachfront restaurant. Prices are average for the area. The area is always breezy, and the outdoor tables facing the sea make for a pleasant day, especially at lunchtime.

11/08/2025: Located at the entrance to Anguillara Sabazia, my family and I visited here on a Sunday, recommended by an acquaintance. We ordered pizzas and immediately moved on to dessert. The pizzas were truly excellent, with a light and flavorful crust. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu, which was also delicious. A small "cicchetto" worth mentioning: the tiramisu is made with Pavesini biscuits, but it's as beautiful to look at as it is to eat! Otherwise, the service was very fast and the staff were extremely friendly. The location offers a stunning view, especially at sunset, but it's rather sparse. I'd recommend sprucing up the veranda area, perhaps even adding some cascading fake plants to add a touch of rustic charm to the place. We'll be back to try other dishes.

15/07/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Chef Carla's Gli Assaggi experience last Friday for dinner. It was a journey filled with new and elaborate dishes, accompanied by excellent wine recommendations from the wait staff. I recommend this experience to anyone looking for an evening of discovery and good food! Everything was excellent, congratulations! 👏🏻👏🏻

13/07/2025: I went there a month ago, on a Saturday, with a woman with celiac disease, knowing they had gluten-free options. As soon as we arrived, it took them over 20 minutes to ask us if we'd chosen our food. We asked for still water, and they brought us sparkling water. And, despite knowing there was a celiac at the table, they brought gluten-containing bread for both of us. After we'd eaten our appetizers, the wait for the first course was very long, around 35 minutes (when the waitress told us a 10-minute wait), during which time they realized their mistake with the gluten-free bread and brought it. The first courses were very good, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the wait ruined our experience; we must have been there on a bad day!

08/09/2025: I wasn't familiar with this restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick, the dishes were made to order, and the fish was very good, both raw and cooked, and very well done. The prices were in line with the norm, and a little below average. Very satisfied.

05/09/2025: I come here often and I have to say that the food is very good and fresh but above all the atmosphere and the staff are excellent.

19/07/2025: Friendly and fast service. Some dishes (ravioli) were really good, others were good but lacked the wow factor. The quality/price ratio was normal for the local market; a bit on the high side for the quality and quantity.

05/07/2025: Pelagus: A Hidden Gem in Campo Ascolano for Fish Lovers I discovered Pelagus almost by chance on Google Maps while passing through the area, and it turned out to be a real surprise! I was looking for something special to take away, and this restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations. The environment, although I did not experience it directly in the room, is simple but at the same time refined, with an elegance that suggests attention to detail. The owner was exquisitely kind, making the experience even more pleasant from the first contact. But the real star was the food: the dishes are cooked with rare wisdom, which enhances the flavor of fresh fish. Every bite was a delight, a sign of great mastery in the kitchen. Absolutely recommended to anyone who is in Torvaianica and the surrounding area and wants to enjoy divinely cooked fish, both at the table and comfortably at home. I will definitely return to try the experience on site too!

08/08/2025: They let us dine on July 18th without air conditioning. The first course was good, as was the second course. For dessert, they only had a dry, stale tart. Old management, a place from the 80s, and an exorbitant bill. Never again.

01/08/2025: Super good! Everything is super delicious, especially the shrimp rice and the clams! I beg you all to come and try the tiramisu, it's super delicious 😋 The boss is also very nice and interesting

25/08/2025: We returned after years because the mussels weren't exactly fresh (to put it mildly). We arrived early, were immediately seated, and shortly afterward asked what to order. The menu was verbally presented without prices and was not very clear. We ordered a seafood appetizer for four (there were five of us), and so far so good. After a while, exactly five small plates of food arrived: four calamari heads in tomato sauce, about 20 mini octopus, some bruschetta, and a few spoonfuls of seafood salad. This was probably enough for two, so much so that until they asked us what we wanted first, we were convinced more would arrive. The first courses, however (three risottos with cream of scampi, one seafood risotto, and one spaghetti with clams) arrived fairly quickly and in generous portions. Another sore point after the mini appetizer was the service. Apart from the initial meal, when the place was almost empty, it was slow and poor afterward. Appetizer plates remained on the table for dozens of minutes, entrees arrived without being cleared, and then entrees remained on the table until dessert. They were definitely understaffed, but having to clear the table myself so as not to have a dirty plate in front of me isn't a good thing. For about €30 per person, excluding wine and with only three desserts... I don't think we'll be back.

26/07/2025: It was my first time at this restaurant. The location is pleasant and well-maintained, certainly suitable for ceremonies and events. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to a misunderstanding that negatively impacted the evening. My partner and I ordered two appetizers—one salmon and one octopus—to share. The menu listed them at 15 euros each. The waiter asked us if we wanted them served on the same plate, and we agreed, thinking it was simply a matter of aesthetics or presentation. We were served a single plate with a small mixed portion of both appetizers, which seemed more like a sampling than two portions. To our surprise, when it came to the bill, we found ourselves paying a whopping 60 euros for these two appetizers: 30 euros each for truly small portions. Aside from the misunderstanding, there was no clarification or courtesy—not even a complimentary digestif—to try to remedy the situation.

22/07/2025: We split the dishes between us to try everything and because they were abundant, cacio e pepe, amatriciana and carbonara excellent, excellent fried food, very good desserts, excellent Primitivo di Manduria all in a very beautiful location... I recommend 👏👏👏

03/07/2025: A few days ago I found myself walking past the MARE NOSTRUM Seafood restaurant in Rome, and finding myself in difficulty I instinctively entered, and luckily I was welcomed by Giastin, a true angel of kindness and understanding, I thank him so much, and this is already the prerequisite for entering the restaurant with confidence. Thanks again Giastin.

29/07/2025: Wir waren 2x in diesem Restaurant essen. Ein älteres süsses Paar führt es. Beide sind sehr liebe Menschen und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und der Geschmack war sehr köstlich. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen hier essen zu gehen.

09/09/2025: A friend and I ate at this restaurant. We didn't like the owner at all. We went to pay, the bill was €59. We told him we'd split the bill with two people, using the card. He charged us €30 for each, adding €1 to the bill. We didn't say anything to avoid arguments, but these things just aren't done!

07/09/2025: Considering that we chose the à la carte menu, I can say that the appetizers were truly poor... The main course portions were average, the food was good but nothing special. I didn't find the friendliness they talk about at all.
