05/04/2025: I went for lunch with my wife, intrigued partly by the numerous videos of the owner Diego and partly by the reviews I read where it was always highlighted: higher prices than average and generous portions... My opinion? Simple….. Diego is a professional passionate about his work as well as being a very nice person (as in the videos, he is like that). The fish is of excellent quality, the place is very nice and welcoming, the staff is very helpful in explaining how the place works also because here we need to clarify a fundamental point: the portions... all of them... THEY ARE REALLY ABUNDANT AND LOADED WITH FISH!!! It's the way we operate and from here, if it's true that the prices are high, you have to think that 2 people (maybe even 3!) eat plenty for each course. The staff explained to us well what their philosophy is and we put ourselves in their hands. The result? Full bellies and super satisfied with what we ate….. I will definitely be back, as I definitely recommend it to everyone!!

21/02/2025: We were completely out of our usual area and needed to find somewhere to eat quickly. They showed us this place and we went there without having any idea what we would eat. We were surprised to find a welcoming place run by very friendly people. The menu is rich with dishes also designed in an alternative way. Excellent experience, we hope to be able to return more calmly.

10/03/2025: A restaurant located in an isolated place, but surrounded by nature. Without pretentions... it would seem... given the previous experience of some of our friends who were with us on Sunday and who introduced us to this restaurant. We agree that the food was genuine, but the bill was very salty, as if we were in a chic and central environment: in a table where some of us even divided dishes and where we also halved the starter (19 euros each and with cheap raw materials) paying over 40 euros per person.. really not.. we won't go back.. I'm sorry..

08/03/2025: Family-run restaurant with 2 internal rooms and in summer a veranda outside immersed in the woods, a comfortable environment countryside, good and homemade food, a starter divided into 4 people, 4 first courses, 1 cut, 1 mixed roast, 3 sausages and potatoes, vegetables, wine, water, 1 dessert, 2 coffees with sweets. 140 euros. all excellent

16/03/2025: I have been there several times for lunch with the family and it is the right place for Sunday lunch. The veranda overlooking the street is a bit spartan but with the stoves it's not bad. You eat well, the owner is approachable and you spend the right amount.

11/03/2025: Simply shameful! the service was extremely sloppy. The place is run down The food was terrible The owners (at least I think it was them) were sitting at a table and the waiters, absolutely inexperienced, brought the dishes which were really badly cooked. The excessive price compared to the quality!!! To forget

27/02/2025: Il Tirrena è un ristorante storico di Anzio,io lo ricordo da sempre e ho 53 anni, presenta una cucina di pesce di ottima fattura con materie prime ottime,da sottolineare gli antipasti caldi e freddi e un risotto ai gamberi e granella di pistacchio. Servizio giovane molto professionale, complimenti! Buonissima offerta di dolci e carta dei vini fornita,conto proporzionato alla qualità.

18/04/2025: This place is wonderful. Efficient, quiet, great food, outstanding staff. Everyone from Angela to the on site restaurant was perfection. Location is great not walkable but a very short taxi ride to town. We stayed at numerous hotels in Italy and would not hesitate to return. Informative displaying in the lobby, well maintained landscaping. and always outstanding staff. Thank you Angela for making us feel so welcome.

16/04/2025: The rooms are large and clean, well furnished, the parking is large..., a little out of town.....the staff is friendly enough and the breakfast is also limited....

12/01/2025: È la seconda volta che vado a Roma per lavoro e mi fermo a pranzo in questo ristorante storico del centro. Devo dire che sia l’accoglienza e il servizio sono ottimi come i piatti. Anche a questo giro, mi sono fatto consigliare l’antipasto della casa composto da varie portate (circa 6) tipiche romane e a seguire un primo spaghetti alla gricia con carciofo eccezionale! Un buon bicchiere di vino e un caffè spesa 40 € a persona. Consigliato!

02/01/2025: Per Roma e i romani e’ un luogo storico, appena apri la porta respiri l’aria genuina di famiglia…. Accoglienza calore e perché no benvenuto con un pezzo di frittata, sapori di casa cucina romana di alto livello… Pulizia e professionalità sono il contorno di un pranzo perfetto , ho mangiato un classico pollo e patate ( adoro il pollo nei ristoranti che conosco) ne è valsa la pena…. Se passate per Via della Scrofa fate una sosta culinarea il vostro palato vi ringrazierà
