14/06/2025: I've known it since I was little, I took my brother's communion and baptism there, everything has always been good. After a long time I went back with my family to eat pizza, which wasn't very good, it seemed made with ready-made bases, the waitress was a bit rude and with little desire to do her job, I understand the heat but if someone didn't huff and puff every 5 minutes it would be better. For the rest, acceptable, nothing more can be said.

11/08/2025: Trattoria-style service!!! You can't mix dishes together for the customer to avoid causing problems for the kitchen (they don't give me a coupon). I understand, but I pay and take what I want. I order gnocchi and a risotto arrives, wine poured and not tasted, shrimp cocktail for 3 with mayonnaise only... terrible management... goodbye 👋

La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. 26/10/2025: Very good: on our way back from Mount Circeo, we stopped here for lunch. It was a fitting end to a lovely bike ride: homemade lasagna, a nice glass of red wine, and tiramisu to finish. My partner had a mixed grilled vegetables that were equally tempting. In short, one of those places where you leave feeling truly satisfied, with a good price/quality ratio and friendly staff. We'll definitely be back.

25/10/2025: We ordered two dishes, but we couldn't finish either. Both were ugly and unloved. They brought us salad, but nothing to season it with. The waiter took a long time to serve us, and when he did, he was half-hearted and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it or return.

23/08/2025: Customer service is definitely Blanka's top priority. We asked what type of gin they had and were introduced to us at the table in a professional yet informal manner. I'd add that the gin selection is EXCELLENT. Antony took great care of us. They promptly closed the awnings for us as soon as the wind picked up. We ordered a tasting appetizer, a fried fish dish, and a gnocchi with scampi cream. I can honestly say it's been a while since I've eaten such good fish. We felt truly pampered. 100% recommended

14/08/2025: The younger staff were polite, the older ones were too friendly. For exchanging a bottle of water for a can of Coke, I think the manager of the place was insinuating that I was creating a queue behind them. Impolite attitude towards those who bring money to the business.

05/10/2025: Anchovy meatballs: they were made only with homemade bread and a few pieces of anchovy, no tomato sauce, which would have balanced the flavor a bit. I ordered ravioli, fresh pasta from a local pasta factory, filled with potatoes and shrimp, with zucchini and shrimp pesto. The pasta was almost raw, the ravioli still stiff, and when cut, it was even more obvious that they needed a few more minutes of cooking. The description of the dish on the menu was impressive, but the actual dish on the table was decidedly less so. Value for money (€34) ✴️

The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The food was very good; you could tell the fish was fresh and high-quality, and I appreciated the attention to detail here, too. Each course was a little masterpiece to admire before tasting. We loved all the dishes; I highly recommend the ravioli and the plate-warming dish. It was an experience that goes beyond just eating. It's the ideal place for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the true flavor of Gaeta, through dishes that express the region with simplicity and passion.

28/10/2025: Good place to eat. Delicious and tasty.

22/10/2025: The food is terrible. The mussels had no flavor, the spaghetti with clams was practically inedible! For dessert, the tiramisu was so-so, the baba was good, but the lime cheesecake is absolutely to be avoided!! The cream had no flavor and the base was extremely salty... truly terrible! This is a restaurant to be avoided at all costs. P.S.: It was Saturday around noon and the restaurant was still empty...
