14/06/2025: I've known it since I was little, I took my brother's communion and baptism there, everything has always been good. After a long time I went back with my family to eat pizza, which wasn't very good, it seemed made with ready-made bases, the waitress was a bit rude and with little desire to do her job, I understand the heat but if someone didn't huff and puff every 5 minutes it would be better. For the rest, acceptable, nothing more can be said.

25/05/2025: We stayed at the Shangri-La for a business trip and the experience was extremely positive. The hotel offers elegant and well-finished environments, with a quiet and private atmosphere, ideal for those traveling for professional reasons. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The cleanliness and quality of the service, always punctual and discreet, are also excellent. We also really appreciated the common areas, perfect for moments of relaxation or informal meetings. The location is convenient and well-connected, and the structure provides everything you need for an efficient and pleasant stay. Recommended for business trips, but also for those looking for a high level of comfort and service.

14/05/2025: Déçue.... Evitez les lasagnes. Servies tièdes, on aurait dit des lasagnes industrielles et congelées. Les pires lasagnes de ma vie! Quasi pas de viande et pâte molle. Quand je l'ai signalé on m'a repondu "ça dépend du chef" Dommage pour moi je suis tombée sur un mauvais.... Bien meilleur dans le restau plus bas ....

26/05/2025: What a bad end Sergio & Serra has met!!! We have been frequenting this restaurant for about ten years. For my family it has always been a small safe haven, the simple and genuine trattoria, where you can eat fresh fish, with one of the best quality-price ratios in Ostia. Already in the last two years we had reported less satisfactory experiences with regards to the quality of the food and the service. Today it was clear that IL RISTORANTE SERGIO&SERRA NO LONGER EXISTS! What remains is a kind of chaotic and noisy and rude canteen, where you eat badly and they treat you badly. The service has become poor, hostile and vulgar. Now it is entirely managed by foreign staff detached from any sense of tradition and good manners. A rude person, to the first question I asked me, answered me arrogantly, in a Romanian-Roman: "aò che sè a-rivatto mò e giàvvoi ordinnà!" Even though I had booked, the reservation had not been recorded, and they seated us at a small and sad table, hidden behind a cabinet. But the worst aspect was the food. In the meantime, the menu is now openly composed mainly of FROZEN FISH. We tried to orient ourselves on what fresh was available. The fried anchovies that we had ordered as an appetizer came from the pile of ready-made appetizers on the display, and were small, dry and skimpy. We were used to eating a freshly made fried food, cooked express for each portion ordered, with fresh and succulent fish. None of that anymore. While we were still at the beginning of the appetizer, a sulky waitress, passing by us without saying a word, threw the first course of the first courses on the table: my spaghetti with clams. It already looked awful. And when I stuck my fork in, the whole portion of pasta came up compact and stuck together. Specifically, it was a terrible aglio e olio, overcooked, dry and sticky, with 8-9 clam shells in total, but half of them were already empty. My companion ordered linguine with lobster. It arrived at a third moment, a large and colorful Flemish, on which we both placed our last hopes. Instead, it was pasta with peeled tomatoes and pieces of tasteless and tasteless lobster. If we had eaten it with our eyes closed, we would have sworn that it was a pasta with tomato sauce of the kind ordered for children. The waiters took away all three Flemish left half full, and did not deign to ask if everything was okay. I, waiting for their reactions, also registered this umpteenth gesture of indifference in the total decline of the service. I wasn't in the mood for discussion, especially not with such rude and unhelpful staff, who probably aren't even capable of understanding objections or criticisms, or what quality is. I went to the cash register, where I met one of the old men of the place, who looked half sad and half resigned (to the distortion of his activity, I think). He didn't ask me anything about how I liked the meal. He hadn't even said good morning. He handed me the POS. I paid and said "goodbye". Once out of there, we went for a coffee in a historic bar in the neighborhood. They confirmed to us the total decline of Sergio&Serra. The same confirmation from the restaurateurs of a new place that opened nearby, with the intention of offering good cuisine: aware that Sergio&Serra is no longer a credible competitor in terms of quality of food and service. What a shame!

24/05/2025: Pizzeria also Neapolitan, with some negative notes on the cooking and consistency of the dough, quantity and quality of the toppings mediocre. Excellent fried foods and desserts, good service, a bit noisy the place. Average quality-price ratio.

26/02/2025: Qué joya absoluta, bastante sencilla desde el exterior, mesas y sillas de madera en el interior y no un lugar enorme. La comida sin embargo es extraordinariamente buena. El personal es muy amable. Teníamos algunos platos de pescado fabulosos y todo fue cocinado a la perfección por su brillante chef. Fue tan bueno que volvimos otra noche.

22/02/2025: Gran lugar con un equipo maravilloso, y un ambiente animado. Sólo paso por este restaurante en mi camino a otro lugar. Como tenía frío y hambre, entré. ¡Gracias por esta intervención divina! La pasta con sardinas y sultana es increíble. Lo salado y lo dulce hacen una combinación única. ¡Confía en mí, te encantará!

01/06/2025: Abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante perché per sentito dire sì mangia bene e il servizio ottimo. Serata invece davvero da dimenticare siamo arrivati dopo vari cenni al personale ci è stato dato il tavolo, ci tengo a precisare che non era pienissimo, ci siamo seduti e abbiamo cominciato a guardare il menù, dopo circa 15 minuti non si avvicinava nessuno per prendere l'ordine, ho chiamato una ragazza che lavora lì ed ho chiesto quanto dovevamo aspettare per fare l'ordine e la ragazza mi ha detto che appena si liberava la collega sarebbe venuta, intanto le ho chiesto di portarci una bottiglia d'acqua. La collega che prendeva gli ordini continuava a fare altre cose ci guardava ma non era evidentemente disponibile a prendere l'ordine , poi quando abbiamo visto un altro dipendente entrare con il taccuino e andare a prendere l'ordine ad un tavolo che era stato occupato molto dopo di noi, ci siamo alzati abbiamo lasciato due euro per la bottiglia dell' acqua e c'è ne siamo andati. Rispetto il lavoro di tutti ma se non si è in grado di gestire un determinato numero di persone meglio che le prenotazioni siano limitate. Pessima esperienza non ci metterò più piede.

26/05/2025: I had dinner at this place, but unfortunately the quality of the experience was not up to the price paid. There are much better alternatives in the area. The dessert offer was particularly disappointing: two tiny portions for a whopping €18, really exaggerated. To make matters worse, the owner didn't even offer a bitter after the meal, a gesture that in many other restaurants is considered courtesy. First and last visit. Luckily everyone is free to choose where to spend their money, and I've found much better elsewhere.

21/03/2025: Gutes Fischrestaurant in Nettuno. Fisch war frisch und auf den Punkt gegart. Aufmerksamer Service. Gute Hausweine. Lebendige Atmosphäre. Reservierung zu empfehlen, da auch wochentags ab ca. 20 Uhr voll.
