29/10/2025: Terrible food. Yesterday, October 28, 2025, I had lunch with my daughter and my one-year-old granddaughter. The little one happily ate pasta with fresh tomato sauce. I ordered it for myself. It was absolutely disgusting. Even the little one refused it. Having paid 14 euros for it, I keep asking myself... "What kind of tomatoes was it cooked with?" This is the last time we'll go. The NAS should check us out. Who knows, they might find something irregular. I'm also disgusted by what my pregnant daughter tried to eat. I'm speechless!

16/10/2025: The best fettuccine I've ever had. I would 100% go back for the food, but not for the service, which leaves a little to be desired.

16/10/2025: The place and the food are fine, but the service is terrible. They didn't give us much time to choose. Also, there were three of us, and we were only allowed two food options, so the third had to choose between those two... I don't know if this only happens at lunchtime. We won't be back.

30/09/2025: Beware of the thieves! Men dressed in collared shirts in chairs hang out in front of the restaurant and appear to be staff, but they are thieves! The staff know it goes on and judging by the amount of discarded tourist luggage that's been pawed through, it's been going on for a long time. They've intimidated the locals and they won't do a thing. The police didn't seem interested either. So I wouldn't recommend coming here on the weekend when the thugs usually operate. The beach is pretty trashy anyways and not the best. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

28/11/2025: The food is divine, the fish is very fresh, the chef is excellent and creates delicious dishes, and the prices are fair. Well done, well done, well done. I recommend it.

14/04/2025: Frequento spesso ristoranti di alto livello, dove qualità, coerenza e professionalità vanno di pari passo con il prezzo. So cosa mangio e riconosco perfettamente quando mi si vuole prendere in giro. Il cameriere ha avuto un atteggiamento di finta gentilezza dall’inizio alla fine: sorrisi forzati, zero attenzione reale e un tono quasi infastidito quando abbiamo osato segnalare un problema. Un servizio freddo e superficiale, tutt’altro che all’altezza del contesto che cercano di vendere. Passando al cibo: i “ravioli cremolati con tartufo e gamberi” si sono rivelati dei banalissimi ravioli ricotta e spinaci, con tartufo grattugiato come se fosse parmigiano (zero aroma, zero eleganza) e gamberi buttati sopra a caso. Nessuna cremosità, nessuna armonia. Una presa in giro, punto. Poi gli gnocchi con asparagi e gamberetti: immangiabili da quanto erano salati. Li abbiamo restituiti e nessuno si è degnato di chiederci scusa, né tantomeno di proporre un’alternativa. Totale disinteresse, come se fosse normale servire un piatto così e ignorare il cliente. Infine, i “gamberi viola di Ponza scottati” si sono magicamente trasformati in semplici gamberi rossi, senza nemmeno una spiegazione o un minimo di onestà. Un posto che si atteggia a ristorante di livello, ma che nella realtà è poco più di una trattoria rivisitata con pretese gourmet. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Mai più.

01/11/2025: The owner is friendly and the atmosphere is lovely, but the wait is very long. We waited a while for two appetizers shared by four people, but an hour for the first courses. The food is good, but the portions are quite small for the octopus with creamed potatoes, the seafood salad, the fried fish, and the rice, but the prices are high. Recommended first course: the spaghetti al cartoccio.

09/11/2025: Sunday lunch, quick service, excellent food. New favorite restaurant unlocked. Friendly and polite staff, and even though we hadn't booked, they easily found us a table on the terrace. The summer sea was the perfect backdrop. We had spaghetti with clams (not lupini beans, REAL), a full appetizer, a mussel sauté, plus dessert, coffee, and wine. Very reasonable prices.

29/11/2025: We stopped here on our way back to Rome from Rieti, attracted by the excellent reviews. To get there, you have to take a narrow road through the woods, but then you arrive at this restaurant, which from the outside reveals itself to be a spectacle with a breathtaking view. Unfortunately, the rest of the food is average; good but not your typical home-style country restaurant. The interior is well-decorated. I would remove the cart with dirty food in the middle of the room, especially if it wasn't packed. The seats near the bar-style refrigerators (where they obviously put us) are very noisy. When we entered, there was only one table, and the person who welcomed us wasn't thrilled with our arrival (1:40 p.m.), warning us that the kitchen was about to close when we sat down. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, very generous but honestly mediocre, but he also brought out some very tasty homemade fried pizza balls. Then we had the first course. The pasta was good, but the sauce wasn't very tasty. I think the pasta with porcini mushrooms was made with frozen ingredients, so I wouldn't order it again. The second course, however, was truly exceptional. I tried the arrosticini, which surprised me with their quality and raised the overall average. The house wine in bulk wasn't good; perhaps it had aired out too much or was stored poorly. I wouldn't recommend it. Prices were average. Maybe we made a mistake; they're not suited to weekdays; they're at their best on weekends. I'd like to come back to try again.

05/10/2025: Fantastic restaurant. Simple, home-cooked dishes. Great for lunch with family or friends. Good appetizers, superb first courses. The grilled food is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back. A little outside of Rome, which makes this place a great choice for a quick lunch. Excellent service.

22/05/2025: Di ritorno da un viaggio all'estero, prima di riprendere la via di casa, con un collega mi sono fermato a cena qui approfittando anche dello sconto con The Fork (-50 euro, regolarmente applicati). La cena è stata eccellente, qualità altissima per tutti i piatti di pesce fresco: ottimi sia gli sfilettati, sia i paccheri che la grigliata. Prezzo onestissimo per la qualità del cibo.
