26/05/2025: Pranzo per 3 persone. Si va alla " Pescheria Rossini" pur sapendo che i prezzi sono alti ma la qualità del pesce è alta. Questo non giustifica il prezzo di dieci euro per 9 (nove) ciliegie (78 euro al chilo) messe con una distanza siderale l'una dall'altra in un piatto portaghiaccio . Alla mia osservazione mi è stato risposto dalla cameriera " mi dispiace il ragazzo (quale ragazzo? ) si è sbagliato: dovevano essere 10, se vuole gliene porto una". Sono andata via quasi di buon umore per una situazione così surreale.

04/06/2025: Enjoyed pizzas here and a lovely and tasty tiramisu. Nice ambiance. Looks like they also have a courtyard. Food was reasonably priced. Staff was very nice.

19/05/2025: A very pleasant surprise....in addition to the location, a local menu presented in an original way with exceptional raw materials....the pork medallion and the freshly prepared millefeuille are amazing! The best we have ever eaten!!!

29/07/2024: A pearl in the alleys of Trastevere... a cozy and welcoming place, the owner was very courteous to us and immediately put us at ease, we entrusted ourselves to him for the dishes and we were very happy with it, everything was very good and the matching wine was perfect to accompany the dishes. Both my wife and I were delighted and there is no doubt that we will return.

13/07/2024: This place is CLOSED!!! We visited Rome for the second time this year and part of our plans was to return to this restaurant based on an amazing experience we had from back in January. Went there today but the place was closed and up for sale :(

As an American visiting abroad, dining can be stressful due to my lack of language skills. But the team at Ristorante Tirrena was patient and helpful. They even provided a menu in English with allergy references. Thank you for such a great experience!

The location is a bit "rustic", if you like, but it is exactly what you expect from a traditional Roman restaurant. The service is very attentive, especially for celiacs.

31/05/2025: Booked 5/27/25 for Friday 5/30/25 at 8:00 PM a table for 2 people (existing phone call on the phone). We arrive on time. At the entrance the person in charge tells us that our reservation does not exist, without apologizing for a possible mistake, he says to prepare a table for us in the space used by the waiters to bring the food to the tables. We leave sincerely sorry. In the past the behavior in this bistro was certainly different.

03/06/2025: I returned to this restaurant on Sunday evening, the tartare was excellent, spaghetti with clams and bottarga were always a pleasant confirmation. The wine cellar was well stocked. Friendly staff.
