27/09/2025: They've only just opened, but this is our third time back. The ingredients are top-notch, and the raw seafood is hard to beat. Last night, they made us a package with Mazzara prawns and raw porcini mushrooms, which was incredibly delicious. The mushrooms looked freshly picked. Excellent!

17/09/2025: What can I say? The raw fish is incredibly fresh, especially the red prawns, which taste like milk. We ate very well. The girl was super nice, very, very kind. The dishes are prepared with care, all in all, you can see that they work with passion, they love what they do, we come back often.

20/09/2025: As for the food, I didn't like everything; some dishes were good, others less so. The service was good, but there was one waiter who, in my opinion, didn't understand jokes and addressed questions in a manner that was almost rude, if not excessive. But when he came to the table to see if we'd decided on our dishes, the other diners were still reading the menu. I blurted out, "I've decided!" and he rudely shushed me, telling me I had to wait for the others. He did the same thing several times during the evening. Well, I kept quiet, but it bothered me. There's no parking.

17/09/2025: An "almost" gourmet restaurant. Excellent, light food, rather small portions, but good service. A little pricey for the portions. The atmosphere is nice, but not quite up to par with the quality of the food, but that's okay.

14/09/2025: Aldero Hotel, Restaurant, and Pizzeria... well, I have to say it's the best in the 50km area. It's called that because "Aldero" was the one who built an empire from the ashes of the old "pao pao," a nightclub and gathering place for many young people. I know this story, also because I contributed with my hard work and sweat to making it happen with my two companies, working for him from the 1990s to the 2000s. The complex started as a family business. All dear friends, from Gabriella, Franco, Andreina, Sigismindo, etc. Even the pizzeria is history, the dear "picco pacco" shaped and built the exquisiteness, everything comes from all these people... each floor of the rooms is a different color, with rare construction technology, the hole, the suite, etc... the exterior... I remember in the 90s the pouring of the concrete for the first carpentry construction of the south wing, I was there... the many years of inactivity and the continuation of the work with the dear architect "Mez...e" who is no longer with us. I was there too... 🙂... even though I live about 20 km from here, I am proud to have experienced it in my life. And above all, it has improved more and more. I always recommend it to everyone, because perhaps many don't know what they are getting... 👏👏👏 One day I would like to meet up again and hug the owners, with my family and have a coffee with them, because they are also exceptional people ❤️☕️🌹 Fausto

11/10/2025: Never again... Except for two hours to eat a pizza and a supplì... So, nothing too special... There were three of us... We asked for bottled beer, and before even asking if that kind of beer was okay, the waitress had already opened it and left it on the table, "Is that okay, right?" Actually, no... If she had asked first, I would definitely have chosen the draft one... My tuna and onion pizza was basically just boiled onion... I counted exactly 6 pinches of tuna on the whole pizza, not pieces. We're not quite there yet... Maybe they'll make the meat good, but for the rest...

03/10/2025: A restaurant, one of the few that still respects ancient tradition. The dishes are always delicious and the fish is always fresh.

03/10/2025: Refined, high-quality dishes... And above all, generous portions. The staff were friendly, and the wait time was reasonable considering it was Sunday, crowded, and late lunchtime.

25/08/2025: Yesterday we went to Bracciano, there were five of us, my mother and my brothers, we didn't know where to eat, we found ourselves in front of the restaurant pizzeria l'Archetto so we went in, I must say, a quiet, clean place, very good pizza, supli made by them, wonderful and thin and crunchy pizza, 10 and praise

13/10/2025: Excellent food...obviously the pizza, but the mega calzone and the hamburger sandwich with excellent meat were amazing. The desserts were also amazing!!! I'll be back to try it!

25/09/2025: Raw, unleavened pizza! I understand Roman palates, but this pizza isn't even close to the worst places in Caracas. This is my third time here in three years, but this was the last. Not recommended.
