26/02/2026: I'm deeply saddened to see this restaurant decline. The food is poor and second-rate, and the service is chaotic and uncoordinated. They've raised the prices, reduced the portions, and, most importantly, the quality of the food has declined. I've been going there for many years, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll return.

08/02/2026: Very nice location, the food wasn't bad, it's a shame there were 5 of us and the waiter told us that you couldn't order 5 different starters unless the table was large, but it didn't matter, we ate anyway. The tonnarelli allo scoglio were good, the hot pasta and the seafood on top were completely cold. As a side dish, the chicory was unfortunately cold. Anyway, nice location, I highly recommend it.

21/02/2026: An extraordinary family-run restaurant! Specializing in strictly fresh fish, impeccably cooked by Signora Nunzia according to tradition. The ingredients are top-quality. The perfect place to savor authentic flavors. Homemade pasta, and soups and crudités are also available upon request! My compliments! Since discovering them, I've had a hard time eating anywhere else. Highly recommended.
14/02/2026: Unprofessional staff.
There were five of us and we ordered a tartare, three first courses, and two second courses. The tartare arrived after 40 minutes, with one person eating while the others watched. Then, after 20 minutes, one course arrived at a time, one person started eating while the others waited, then another course arrived, and so on. If I had eaten alone, nothing would have changed. Five people, as if they were five different tables. I won't be back!
What a shame!

12/11/2025: I'll start by saying I was dining out on a business trip during the week.
The staff were more than welcoming, capable of conveying the city's warmth and hospitality in a small way.
The quality and price were more than balanced, highly recommended.
I chose to come to Rome for places like this.
In their simplicity, they conveyed tradition, dedication, and hospitality.
I will definitely carry a fond memory of Rome with me, thanks in part to this impromptu dinner on a Wednesday evening.
(Obviously, a bittersweet offering, which you can't even see from afar in Milan.)
29/09/2025: I used to go there often until a couple of years ago. It's gotten significantly worse. Terrible fish. Small portions. Average prices. I won't be going back.

02/10/2025: The food was very heavy and oily. But what we really did not like was that we ordered a glass of white wine and were given a very expensive one, once we ordered another one we got a different one, also expensive. Both times they just finished an already open bottle. The price we only discovered upon payment. Otherwise the service was nice and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

07/02/2026: We waited 40 minutes for fried calamari. It was not crowded, there were only two other tables and they were at the end of their meals too. Also I counted, there were 15 pieces of pasta in my plate, TOTAL. So 1 euro for a piece of pasta lol. Small portions, pricey, waited too long. Also we were seated at a table that is connected to another table and that was dirty. Everybody was sitting around so I don't know why it couldn't be cleaned

12/01/2026: The Padellaccio 2 is a great spot for classic Roman pizza and pasta's. The pizza is crispy, light, and full of flavor, with simple toppings done really well. Everything tastes fresh, and the slices are generous and satisfying. Perfect for a quick bite that still feels authentically Roman. Highly recommended if you want quality pizza and pasta.

13/01/2026: The pizza is decent but nothing special. The biggest problem is the echoey atmosphere. People raise their voices to communicate and can't hold back. You leave with a full stomach and a bad headache.

29/01/2026: I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while, as I no longer live in Rome. Tonight, remembering it used to be a good place with an owner who was always kind and welcoming, I dined here. The same friendly owner always welcomes you, and the ambiance is renovated, comfortable, and chic. The service was attentive and friendly, and I was offered a glass of wine, warm bread, and Normandy butter and olive oil while I waited. Prawns with guacamole and cherry tomatoes, then calamari stuffed with cabbage and potatoes, and a dark chocolate and raspberry dessert. Everything was beautifully presented...and truly delicious! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Rome again!

The service was extremely slow, confusing, and disorganized, and the appetizers were tasteless!
The food arrived 45 minutes after ordering, and the appetizer was served with the entree. What can I say...
What a shame!

03/11/2025: My partner and I went for dinner. The restaurant is modern, with an open kitchen. They only have a few tables, so the service is attentive and fast.
We opted for the meat tasting menu (€55) and were delighted,
finding the attention to detail in the dishes remarkable.
Furthermore, my partner is celiac and was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner despite this, as the kitchen was equipped with gluten-free bread and pasta. (Speaking with the staff, we believe we learned they also cater to lactose-free options.) They should publicize this feature more, because it's well worth it. The dishes always arrived together, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!!
22/10/2025: What a fantastic experience! Talented chef who does her magic in front of you, the food was excellent! Great ingredients and a lot of creativity with Italian classics.
Service is top-notch as well!
