03/05/2026: Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. This restaurant is on the Ostia seafront, but the owner clearly thinks he's in Porto Cervo. I didn't like the first course: a risotto where the licorice covered every other flavor (an hour's wait for this dish). I agree with the other customers: Mr. Marco has a showy, arrogant, and pushy manner, which he probably uses to throw people off by the absurd prices, which are very vague on the menu. That said, a €6 cover charge is insane. Especially since the service is subpar and therefore completely out of line. The INCOMPETENT waitress didn't even know what was on her plate, and there were other mix-ups... for that kind of money (~€150 per person), the service, location, and table setting should be far superior. Anyone who says otherwise has never experienced quality service.

30/04/2026: Found by chance, I think it's the only restaurant in Ostia worthy of its name. I'm truly impressed by the freshness of the fish. Honestly, I don't like writing reviews, but I have to say something because when you're pleasantly surprised and satisfied, you have to praise the expertise, the skill... what can I say if you don't go?! You don't know what you're missing.

01/05/2026: There's much better, but the service could be improved. There was a long wait for the dishes, some people ate, some didn't. The selection was limited, the mussels were cold and tasteless, the rest was good. Fried food could be improved, the calamari was rubbery. Prices were a bit high for the quality offered.

03/04/2026: Roman friends (for life) took us to this restaurant. An elegant venue overlooking the canal where the fishing boats dock. The warm and friendly welcome makes guests feel instantly at ease. The dishes we chose were excellent, from the creamed cod to the "Zì Pina" risotto. The service staff was attentive and helpful. Special mention goes to the owner, who discreetly pampered us during some convivial moments. Thanks to... everyone.

19/05/2026: Small, family-run restaurant, excellent food!!! We didn't take many photos because we were busy tasting the food we ordered;) You absolutely must try the strozzapreti alla boscaiola!!!!! Everything is delicious!!!!

03/05/2026: The restaurant also has outdoor tables with umbrellas. Inside, it's not very large, but it's very charming and well-maintained. Family-run, it serves delicious Sardinian dishes, too! Worth a dinner!

12/07/2026: This restaurant overlooks Santa Severa beach. The atmosphere is simple and clean, with plastic tables and chairs. The staff is very friendly but very busy, so much so that they get distracted. The food is average, as are the prices. There is no private parking.

03/11/2025: My partner and I went for dinner. The restaurant is modern, with an open kitchen. They only have a few tables, so the service is attentive and fast. We opted for the meat tasting menu (€55) and were delighted, finding the attention to detail in the dishes remarkable. Furthermore, my partner is celiac and was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner despite this, as the kitchen was equipped with gluten-free bread and pasta. (Speaking with the staff, we believe we learned they also cater to lactose-free options.) They should publicize this feature more, because it's well worth it. The dishes always arrived together, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!!

29/01/2026: I hadn't been to this restaurant in a while, as I no longer live in Rome. Tonight, remembering it used to be a good place with an owner who was always kind and welcoming, I dined here. The same friendly owner always welcomes you, and the ambiance is renovated, comfortable, and chic. The service was attentive and friendly, and I was offered a glass of wine, warm bread, and Normandy butter and olive oil while I waited. Prawns with guacamole and cherry tomatoes, then calamari stuffed with cabbage and potatoes, and a dark chocolate and raspberry dessert. Everything was beautifully presented...and truly delicious! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Rome again!

04/07/2026: On a business trip, I stopped for a quick dinner. The food and service are excellent, and pizza is also available. It's practically inside Villa Gregoriana, and the view during dinner is wonderful.

29/06/2026: Beautiful restaurant, breathtaking location, but overpriced in my opinion. Two appetizers, two pasta dishes, a slice of meat, and a regular bottle of wine came to €112... the most expensive I've had in the area.

04/07/2026: Shameful! They charged us €60 for two sea bream!!!! It was also extremely dry and not particularly fresh or even of high quality. It was a small portion; I don't know how they weighed 1kg of fish; maybe it was 1kg if you include the potatoes! The waiter was quite rude; we will never return, only to be mocked and robbed like this.

28/06/2026: We spent a day at Lido La Tirrena and accidentally booked a table at this restaurant. The place is beautiful, being right on the beach; the service was impeccable; the value for money was excellent, and the dishes were all plentiful and excellent! Special mention goes to the head waiter Silvia and the owner and chef Alessandro, whom we had the pleasure of meeting on the occasion!

01/06/2026: Disappointing experience: average-to-low food quality for relatively high prices. Spaghetti with clams €18, linguine with shrimp €30, both tasteless. Fried squid €18: rubbery! Service absent: I stood for 5 minutes for a chair to be brought. Tried on the recommendation of someone who knew it years ago. Something has probably changed...

24/03/2026: We were here to celebrate my mother-in-law's 90th birthday and the food was divine. The appetizers were spectacular: the seafood risotto was truly tasty, and the spaghetti with clams was sublime. We also had the perfectly cooked fried fish. The service was attentive and thoughtful. The comfortable atmosphere felt like eating at your grandmother's house, with the utmost attention.

02/06/2026: Authentic Neapolitan pizza. A soft dough with an avalanche of condiments!!! They even make pizza with a stuffed crust. Excellent value for money!!! The desserts are wonderful, delicious. Courteous and professional service, enhanced by a stunning lake view. Easy parking in front.
