12/04/2026: I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Garibaldi. The hotel is very charming and the staff is excellent. I dined at their restaurant and was impressed: excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere (the panoramic view from the terrace is an incredible added bonus!). Reading other reviews, I had high expectations regarding the food and cleanliness, and I can confirm that they were all met.

01/07/2026: A historic Roman restaurant, it maintains a traditional menu and flavor. Prices are reasonable. I recommend the risotto with creamed scampi; it's delicious.

08/06/2026: Courtesy, friendliness, and good food. I went there with two friends who have known it for a long time, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. Generous portions and fair prices. Recommended!!

03/08/2026: Our favorite restaurant now. We feel at home here. Home-style cooking, homemade pasta, grilled meats, and superb desserts. The owners, Federico and Pina, are hospitable and excellent. A special mention also goes to Cristina in the dining room, always attentive and very kind.

28/05/2026: Incredible. I'm the daughter and granddaughter of fishermen, so I recognize fresh fish, and this certainly was! It's the only fishmonger/restaurant I've found in Rome with fish like this! I'll definitely be back. They also do takeout carpaccio/tartare (in addition to selling it at the counter, of course), and I'll be back for that too! The waiter who served us (who I think was more than just a waiter) was also truly friendly and pleasant. The only downside was our proximity to the kitchen doors and the constant coming and going, but that's negligible given the quality of the food and the atmosphere.

23/05/2026: At Pescheria Sor Duilio, the fish is of superior quality, incredibly fresh, and clearly selected with care. I tried the sautéed wild mussels—simply excellent, with a full, authentic flavor—and the potato gnocchi with cherry tomatoes and pink shrimp, a delicate and balanced dish that perfectly showcases the ingredients. The wine list is surprisingly detailed and well-crafted, with perfect pairings for each course. The only disappointing note was seeing the owner repeatedly scold the staff in front of customers, creating a tense atmosphere that doesn't sit well with a dining experience of this caliber. The staff, it must be said, maintained professionalism and courtesy at all times. For fresh fish, it's a must. For a truly peaceful dinner, one hopes that certain dynamics remain far from the dining room.

04/07/2026: On a business trip, I stopped for a quick dinner. The food and service are excellent, and pizza is also available. It's practically inside Villa Gregoriana, and the view during dinner is wonderful.

29/06/2026: Beautiful restaurant, breathtaking location, but overpriced in my opinion. Two appetizers, two pasta dishes, a slice of meat, and a regular bottle of wine came to €112... the most expensive I've had in the area.

05/06/2026: Good pizza. Competitive prices, but don't expect a smile or a greeting from the staff. Too bad! The crisis hasn't taught many people much.

02/06/2026: Authentic Neapolitan pizza. A soft dough with an avalanche of condiments!!! They even make pizza with a stuffed crust. Excellent value for money!!! The desserts are wonderful, delicious. Courteous and professional service, enhanced by a stunning lake view. Easy parking in front.

Just one thing: we had an end-of-year dinner with the school, about 80 people, the whole room to ourselves. There was no air conditioning, just three large fans. We were dying of the heat...

21/07/2026: It's a shame I can only give it 5 stars. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the quality of the food. What can I say about the location, practically on the waterfront? Kudos to the kitchen and the waiters, always present, courteous, and knowledgeable. Excellent value. Highly recommended. We'll be back again to try other delicacies.

11/07/2026: Instagram advertised a Brazilian night, but didn't play a single Brazilian song the entire evening. I was very disappointed; music in Spanish isn't Brazilian music.

05/08/2026: We chose this restaurant, where we've been coming for years and have always enjoyed it, to celebrate a special occasion. When we booked, we had also asked for a table near the air conditioning, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. It was scorching hot! When we arrived, the table wasn't ready yet, and the service was truly disappointing. The waiter proved to be unprepared: the requested ice bucket for the wine never arrived, and we drank it warm. The numerous empty water bottles remained on the table throughout the dinner, and when it was time for the cake, I had to clear the space myself. Even the prosecco was opened and left in a corner on the table... without being served; the glasses arrived much later, when it was already warm. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; it remains as good as ever. It's a shame, however, that the portions, once one of the restaurant's strong points, seemed decidedly small. We left feeling a bit disappointed, especially since it was an important evening for the birthday boy...

29/07/2026: We had "Le Fantasie del Mare" as an appetizer, perfect for two because it's plentiful, and that alone was filling. Then we had a first course, a generous and very tasty one, and a second course... 3 bottles of water and a dessert. We split everything between two people because otherwise we wouldn't have finished anything. Good value for money. The place is a bit rustic, but it's definitely worth it... The staff is kind and courteous.

09/08/2026: I'd say it was an average evening. The place is spacious but not well-refrigerated. The staff is very friendly, but we encountered several problems (first they forgot the wine, then it wasn't available and we had to change it; meanwhile, they made a mistake with an order and brought the bread well after we'd finished the appetizer). Moving on to the more useful part, the dishes served were all quite good, but nothing particularly stood out. We left moderately satisfied, all in all.

03/11/2025: My partner and I went for dinner. The restaurant is modern, with an open kitchen. They only have a few tables, so the service is attentive and fast. We opted for the meat tasting menu (€55) and were delighted, finding the attention to detail in the dishes remarkable. Furthermore, my partner is celiac and was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner despite this, as the kitchen was equipped with gluten-free bread and pasta. (Speaking with the staff, we believe we learned they also cater to lactose-free options.) They should publicize this feature more, because it's well worth it. The dishes always arrived together, and we were able to enjoy a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back!!

08/08/2026: We're still sitting at the table, and I can't help but write my review right away. The raw seafood and pasta dishes are exquisite, and the freshness and professionalism of the kitchen exudes throughout the restaurant. We ate very well and will definitely be back to try new dishes. A well-deserved 7 stars, in my opinion. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

07/08/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant. The fish was good and well-cooked, but the prices were way off the scale and, in my opinion, unjustified. The service was also disappointing. We waited over twenty minutes for a first course despite the restaurant being half empty. Furthermore, despite paying a hefty cover charge, bread was never served, a sign of poor customer service. Overall, it was a negative and unsatisfactory experience. A decently prepared fish dish isn't enough to make up for such high prices and poor service.

11/07/2026: A motorcycle ride, a swim in the lake... and then lunch at the "La Perla" restaurant! A very elegant, well-kept place with a view of the lake. You're immediately welcomed by kind, friendly, and smiling staff. But my compliments go to the chef! We missed the Tagliolini allo Scoglio and Tagliolini alle Vongole.... Delicious is an understatement!
