In Mezzo al Mare

16/10/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant. We had 3 appetizers, 2 first courses, water, and a bottle of wine.
Food: Mixed appetizer, cold courses served in small glass bowls with very little to taste, but above all, very cold. Hot courses are even better, always served in tiny glass bowls.
Service: The staff were really friendly and disappointed when the first courses came out while we were still eating our appetizers. 🤷🏼♂️ In fact, not all of us finished them.
Ambience: I suffered greatly from the heat, in front of a sunny window, with over 25°C outside and no chance of a sliver of shade.

05/10/2025: My husband and I visited this charming restaurant today; we happen to be a stranger to the area. Every course tastes excellent, from the traditional appetizers revisited with a modern twist, revealing the care and attention to detail that goes into the kitchen.
The raw fish is excellent, with a delicate flavor.
The fried foods, from those featured in the appetizer to the classic fried fish, are sublime for their lightness and crispiness on the outside, yet still retain a meaty fishy core. I won't dare describe the first courses or the dessert—we chose tiramisu—only because I might leave you with your mouth watering.
All this is accompanied by impeccable service and the friendliness of the owners and staff.
What can I say? I would recommend it with my eyes closed and will gladly return.

12/09/2025: The place is on the sea, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. It's always getting better. Fresh fish, beautifully cooked and presented. It's best to book and arrive early. Open daily since May; check for closed days. They also have umbrellas, lounge chairs, and outdoor tables.

28/09/2025: A lovely surprise in the Monteverde Nuovo neighborhood, a small bistro-style restaurant in a unique location on a small side street, with lovely tables and chairs. The food is very unique, blending Italian and Moroccan traditions in some cases, like the delicious Clivo pasta (a garlic, oil, and chili pepper dish mixed with a carbonara) and the couscous. The prices are a bit high for the area, but the quality is excellent.

The hospitality, the delicious food, and the friendliness of the entire staff, especially Simone, are undeniable.

02/10/2025: The food was very heavy and oily. But what we really did not like was that we ordered a glass of white wine and were given a very expensive one, once we ordered another one we got a different one, also expensive. Both times they just finished an already open bottle. The price we only discovered upon payment. Otherwise the service was nice and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

12/09/2025: On September 9, 2025, we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. I'll start by saying we spent a year searching for a venue she'd like. She was looking for a nightclub with the elegance of a villa, and after seeing so many, she instantly fell in love with Heaven (Diamond Room). I can tell you, she did a great job!
The party was perfect, a dream evening, the venue was supremely elegant, not to mention the excellent food—superlative, I'd say—the music, and the kindness and professionalism of Alex (the owner), who managed everything from start to finish, leaving nothing to chance. Not to mention all the staff, we felt truly welcomed with such warmth and warmth that goes beyond anything else. I wanted to write this review because when you work with this dedication and professionalism, it's right to recognize it, especially since there were 80 guests and it's not easy to manage everything perfectly with so many people.

09/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with a friend. We had the house appetizer for two, which was decent but not particularly expressive, contrary to the description on the menu. Unfortunately, the mussels weren't good.
For our first course, we had paccheri with fish ragù, which was very good and delicate, and I can only give it a positive review.
13/09/2025: Amazing food, we had the seafood pasta, and seafood BBQ plate, also two delicious drinks. Great service and very friendly boss. Elegant atmosphere, near the sea, perfect for sunset! Highly recommended!

11/10/2025: Never again... Except for two hours to eat a pizza and a supplì... So, nothing too special... There were three of us...
We asked for bottled beer, and before even asking if that kind of beer was okay, the waitress had already opened it and left it on the table, "Is that okay, right?" Actually, no... If she had asked first, I would definitely have chosen the draft one... My tuna and onion pizza was basically just boiled onion... I counted exactly 6 pinches of tuna on the whole pizza, not pieces.
We're not quite there yet... Maybe they'll make the meat good, but for the rest...
