Restaurant and pizzeria located on the Vindicio seafront in Formia (LT). The interior is rustic, with stone walls, vaulted ceilings, and arches, all predominantly white. It features spacious dining rooms, one with an open wood-fired oven, and a terrace overlooking the sea in the summer. The menu is extensive and varied, ranging from appetizers to first courses and main courses, with a choice of fish and meat. There's also a wide selection of pizzas, both traditional and gourmet. Delicious fried foods, expertly prepared with a crispy, non-greasy coating. The pizzas are delicious, with a light, easily digestible dough and, above all, a skillful combination of ingredients that makes every bite delicious. Finally, the desserts are exquisite, beautiful to look at and handcrafted, a delight to end the meal. The staff is kind and friendly, offering attentive and attentive service.

We came here on the recommendation of the lady who runs the B&B where we stayed. The atmosphere was very homey, a quality that also permeates the menu and the service. For our entrée, we had a sautéed mussels, very flavorful, perhaps even too much... perhaps we used a few grains more salt...??? For our first course, I had "Fusillo Napoletani with swordfish, eggplant tartare, and cherry tomatoes," all thrown together by chance. Overall, it was good, but as Arisa wrote, "you could have done better." The person I was with had "Gnocchetti with scampi and mushrooms." Here, too, the story repeats itself: the mushrooms completely cover the scampi, which we would never have noticed if they hadn't been placed whole on top of the plate. House wine: TOP! Overall? For less than €25/person, I recommend it, but don't expect too much.

Whatever the season, whether it's lunch or dinner, as the name suggests, Paradiso is the place to be. We begin with the professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality that you sense as soon as you enter. We move on to a rich and tasty menu, concluding with a fabulous seafront location.
