The ingredients are truly delicious, and the dough is left to rise slowly, making it very digestible.
08/02/2026: We tried their aperitif. The owner welcomed us warmly and offered a wide selection of fish and meat dishes, as well as a complimentary cocktail. The service was excellent, and the owner was truly kind. We'll definitely be back!

18/02/2026: Excellent dining experience at the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bologna. Food was delicious, surprising, well executed, and went beyond just flavor. Service couldn’t have been better. The water menu which had options going up to 50EUR a bottle felt overly fancy, but if it appeals to people … nothing wrong with that. Definitely a good option for a special occasion!
12/01/2026: Incredible mushroom risotto made with 7 years aged Parmigiano Reggiano, and it was seriously amazing 🤍
The chef really knows how to use acidity in just the right way, bringing perfect balance and harmony to the dish 🍄✨

05/02/2026: Update: The management has changed again, and this time the pizza was good again.
Until a few months ago, they made delicious pizzas, and I went there on average once a week. Then the management changed, and I only went once. I didn't like the pizza, and I never went back.
11/01/2026: The owners are incredibly lovely and friendly, the food was excellent, and we felt very well advised thanks to their recommendations. We'll gladly return for another delicious meal. Thank you so much, Nello and Annalisa!

22/02/2026: Honestly, I would have expected much better. Especially considering the price. €100 per person with two glasses of wine isn't far off the price of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I went for Valentine's Day. The dining room was the smallest and was also nice, and the basic food was good. But there were too few waiters for so many people, especially young people who weren't all properly trained. So, my opinion is largely divided on the service (crumbs weren't picked up, I had to ask for glasses to be changed when the wine was changed...). And I would have also expected something more special given the evening, but instead the menu was the usual one.
02/02/2026: It didn't convince me... the cuisine was a little too apparently refined but certainly good, even if it was expensive.

Nothing is left to chance, from the daily specials to the varied menu, with excellent quality from appetizers to dessert.
The wine list is also excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly.
06/11/2025: I liked it; the menu wasn't overly extensive, but it was OK.
The waiter was super friendly. Excellent wine selection and good ingredients. I'd say the prices are quite high; I expected to pay a little less. There are only a few tables, so it's best to reserve. There are also some outside if you want. Pulpo a la gallega, a completely canned dish.

08/03/2026: Excellent trattoria for seafood. The seafood risotto was so generous we shared it. Then there was the mixed grill of fish on skewers, also well-cooked and flavorful. Sparkling Prosecco was a real treat, and to finish, the zuppa inglese and almond parfait.

31/07/2025: L'atmosfera è accogliente e il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Il titolare (Guiseppe) è una persona fantastica, sembta di conoscerlo da una vita, disponibile in tutto e molto spesso mi ha offerto dei fuori menù. Ma il punto di forza del locale è senz'altro la cucina. In questo locale avrete la possibilità di gustare prodotti di mare e terra con degli ingredienti a km 0. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a tutti gli amanti del buon cibo.

21/12/2025: Disappointing welcome. As soon as we finished our pizza, they "invited" us to leave the table to make room for other customers, in an unkind manner. Also, pay attention to your receipt: they charged us for an extra beer by mistake (or through carelessness).
Overall, a decent place.
