02/09/2025: We had dinner the first night we arrived at the residence next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the food... well-presented but a bit bland, and the biggest flaw was the place being infested with mosquitoes. Not only did we spend the evening killing them, but I even found them on my plate from how many there were... I didn't have a great first evening. Personally, I don't think we'll be back.
22/08/2025: The place itself isn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't choose it again. We ordered four pizzas and, while waiting for them, asked for two portions of fries to share. The fries arrived almost raw, having been eaten out of hunger. The pizza is considered as thick as a piadina. So, if you like heartier pizzas, look elsewhere.
Two of the pizzas we ordered were seafood ones. Having had excellent ones elsewhere, we decided to try them. Never was a bigger mistake. The fish was still in its shell on the pizza, which, once removed, left a paltry amount of toppings, which, on mine (a white pizza with mozzarella), took away all the mozzarella. They were certainly beautiful to look at, but in reality, they weren't mediocre. The other two pizzas were decent, certainly better than the two with fish.
They brought bitters to the neighboring tables at the end of the meal, except for us. I wouldn't have drunk them, but the service should be the same for everyone.
To top it off, once we got back, we saw we'd been charged for another bottle of water we hadn't ordered or drunk. €2.50 for a 1-liter bottle of water, unnecessarily charged. We didn't go back because we would have spent it on gas, and honestly, it wasn't worth it.
The night after dinner, three out of four people at the dinner felt sick. I don't think it's a coincidence.
I'm not giving 1 or 0 stars only because I tried a small portion of the menu.

Friendly staff, fast service, and quick food.
Food is inexpensive and delicious. I've been there twice, and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go back.

02/06/2026: The best place to eat top-quality seafood cooked in the most classic way possible! If you love sauces and French cuisine...it's not for you, you won't find it here. All the first courses are spectacular: spaghetti with clams and squid ink, superb; fried and baked fish are excellent; and their own desserts are superb. I definitely recommend it!

12/09/2025: It's underground, everything is old and broken. Electrical outlets are hanging out of the wall, the shower is 60x60 cm and broken. Absolutely not recommended for €330 for two nights.
Reception is not staffed, access is via door code, and telephone service is only in Italian.
01/08/2025: Overall, the hotel is nice, the only problem is that there is never anyone at the reception, except in the morning, but it is quite well looked after.

08/08/2026: A historic restaurant with a '90s-style feel, and it shows. Clean, though. The pizza is good, with a high crust, optional toppings, and just the right amount of crispiness. Excellent dough. Some reservations about the quality of the toppings. The broccoli rabe, for example, had a touch of annoying acidity. It's a shame, because high-quality ingredients would have enhanced the top-quality dough, which was cooked very well. There's room for improvement.
Good service. I'm within expectations.

13/06/2026: We stopped by this bathroom at 6:50 pm with 2 small children, and the lady who I don't know who she was, if she was the owner, was rude and kicked us away... looking at us very badly several times, she said since she bought the games we have to pay to use it for those 10 minutes. /// I've never seen anything like it..
09/05/2026: 1 star because it can't be given less, it doesn't even deserve that, I came here with my husband and little dog, my mother and a friend, we wanted to have a coffee and remember the old times, I grew up in the bathroom which in those days was called Casadei, but.... the entrance to the bar is forbidden to dogs, we would have sat at the tables under the veranda but the very nice owner told me no because the dog at that moment barked and textually "eh barks wakes everyone" at which point I told my mother and friend and told us to leave, and she always replied "it's better" and then said goodbye, but with all the certainty in the world on our part it is GOODBYE, where my dog is not welcome we are not either. I wish you a good life.

21/06/2026: Really good food, but that’s the only compliment you can say about this place. Service is tragedy. Completely not professional and without any culture. To a girl with a red hair - you should think about changing your profession, because this is definitely not a place for you. We were with two kids, that were crying for ice cream, that we ordered at the very beggining. Three times I told her if she can please bring them. She didn’t. After 20 minutes she comes, and literally smash those ice cream on table. And those were ready ice creams, which take 1 minute to take them out off the fridge. She bring only one of them, but we ordered two. Also was throwing faces on us, with the attitude that is not acceptable as a waitress in restaurant. Also whole staff was saying not nice (to put it mildly) things about us during the whole accident. We do understand Italian guys ;) Really sad experience that manager of this restaurant should take a look at. Red hair girl - I worked my whole life as a waitress and I have a big respect for service, but after behaving like you I would be immediately fired from work. I suggest the manager take a look on who he hired in restaurant. Food was really good, but with that kind of service I don’t see a good future :)

08/08/2026: Embarrassing… I called today to arrange an arrival time, and guess what??? According to Mrs. Michela, the reservation wasn't there. Reservation made on June 30th for August 8th, with a bank transfer sent with a 50% deposit. Her justification??? I haven't received anything, including a copy of the bank transfer and a post-transfer call. €75 just like that, by the power of the Holy Spirit??? It's not the cost, it's the inconvenience of staying the same day on an August weekend without a room, with two kids and a dog. ABSOLUTELY FAILED
08/08/2026: Very negative. I paid a deposit a month ago, and on the day of arrival, the room wasn't available. The owner says she didn't receive a booking confirmation or a bank transfer. But the lady has a short memory, because she received the 50% deposit. As pointed out, she sent a refund. Why did she refund me if, as she claims, she didn't receive the money? A total disappointment. I will never stay at this hotel again.
Too many turns of phrase, and I don't like being taken for a ride.

13/08/2026: Service almost non existent. All staff miserable, manager appalling attitude. 2 starters turned up after the mains for other people. Pizza was OK, but the fish course was off and stank to high heaven. Had to battle manager to take it off the bill, shoddy place.
11/08/2026: The only good thing about this place is that it's located inside an outlet mall where people pass by, for better or for worse, otherwise it would have closed its doors by now. In the middle of August, the minimum a bar should have is chilled water, but evidently none of the refrigerators were working because after three hours (we bought water upon arrival and again shortly before leaving the outlet) there wasn't a single cold drink in the entire bar. There were three employees behind the counter, none of them capable of managing their own workload, so it took them forever to do even the simplest tasks, resulting in a continuous line. The place was as embarrassing as the employees.

14/06/2026: Ordered the smoked salmon and nut salad, came with 2 thin slices of smoked salmon, the walnuts were bitter and the carrots were dry. My friend ordered the tuna salad and the waiter first brought out the wrong salad, when the right salad arrived it was basically the same as mine, neither had dressing either.
11/06/2026: The restaurant was empty. My mother had an emergency, and we asked to use the bathroom so we could sit down and have a drink. But as soon as we asked for the bathroom, the waiter had to ask three other people if he could let us in. The last person he asked, a middle-aged Italian man, looked us up and down and said no. We were well-dressed, but he saw we were all Latino. Then, of course, we decided there were some beautiful places nearby to eat or drink in a place like that. We also looked at other reviews on Google and can recommend eating somewhere much nicer. There are tons of places that serve real Italian food, and the people are much nicer. In fact, we found a place nearby. This place also didn't look very clean when you walked in.
