20/01/2026: I was there during the Christmas period. The place was super busy, but the staff were very friendly. The service was fast, the food was excellent, and the prices were affordable. We'll be back.

11/01/2026: A wonderful New Year's Eve. The only downside was that we had booked but couldn't find the same room. Otherwise, everything was fine.

02/09/2025: We had dinner the first night we arrived at the residence next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the food... well-presented but a bit bland, and the biggest flaw was the place being infested with mosquitoes. Not only did we spend the evening killing them, but I even found them on my plate from how many there were... I didn't have a great first evening. Personally, I don't think we'll be back.

22/08/2025: The place itself isn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't choose it again. We ordered four pizzas and, while waiting for them, asked for two portions of fries to share. The fries arrived almost raw, having been eaten out of hunger. The pizza is considered as thick as a piadina. So, if you like heartier pizzas, look elsewhere. Two of the pizzas we ordered were seafood ones. Having had excellent ones elsewhere, we decided to try them. Never was a bigger mistake. The fish was still in its shell on the pizza, which, once removed, left a paltry amount of toppings, which, on mine (a white pizza with mozzarella), took away all the mozzarella. They were certainly beautiful to look at, but in reality, they weren't mediocre. The other two pizzas were decent, certainly better than the two with fish. They brought bitters to the neighboring tables at the end of the meal, except for us. I wouldn't have drunk them, but the service should be the same for everyone. To top it off, once we got back, we saw we'd been charged for another bottle of water we hadn't ordered or drunk. €2.50 for a 1-liter bottle of water, unnecessarily charged. We didn't go back because we would have spent it on gas, and honestly, it wasn't worth it. The night after dinner, three out of four people at the dinner felt sick. I don't think it's a coincidence. I'm not giving 1 or 0 stars only because I tried a small portion of the menu.

31/05/2025: Siamo andaticon la gestione che ha appena lasciato, molte volte, siamo andati tante volte con i figli, la famiglia allargata, tanti parenti, abbiamo anche solo acquistato le varie e prelibatissime pizze, le migliori in tutta Riccione! Sono stati davvero Super,molto preparati, professionali, attenti, precisi, senza perdite di tempo, Super organizzati, pizza cotta molto bene e per niente bruciata!!!!Complimenti, continuate in questa direzione, sarete sempre il numero uno!!!

14/10/2025: Got food in the restaurant that you enter from the hotel, ordered burgers and chips when the food arrived the burgers were raw and stone cold we said we couldn't eat this food ,He started to get mad and waving his hands around and said he could reheat it we said no we didn't want it we will just pay for the drinks and we did not touch the food , when to pay for the drinks he said we had to pay for the food we said we are not paying for the food as we did not touch the food and it was raw he replied he would call the police which he did we were there for over an hour haven't discussion with the police he wanted us arrested the receptions from the hotel came in looking for our room number so he could charge us for the food we said you're not charging it to our room as we did not read the food if this happened anywhere else you would get an apology and not be threatened with the police we have photos and video evidence of all of this which was totally totally disgraceful the waiter started recording us as we set waiting for the police, we do not know what story they told the police outside the said we had to pay for the food which I said I not paying for a service I did not receive and if you want to arrest us you can which he changed these mind as I said this is the graceful for the police to be called over a burger so we paid for our drinks and left, the hotel reception said it I had nothing to do with him but he still got involved in it, Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the hotel and restaurant please stay away you have been warned.Your remarks are absolutely disgraceful and Racist remarks for all Irish people considered there so many Italian people live in Ireland and are held in Great respect. We videoed the hold situation ,saying that we were drunk and an abusive that is very strange considering the police apologized to us and we did not have to pay you and the police were ashamed to come out over a burger. 20/12/2025: Negative experience. There was no hot water during our stay, which was unacceptable. The reception staff was unfriendly. The hotel is very old and definitely not worth the price paid. I would not recommend it.

27/11/2025: We went with my husband and daughter, we had a great time, beautiful room, abundant sweet and savory breakfast in the morning, very kind staff, we will be back

12/11/2025: Hotel with no elevator. Simple room with no balcony, but a window. Horrible, small, 1970s-style bathroom with a sewer smell for the two days I stayed. A small, unmarked step to the bathroom. I would have liked to know there was a refrigerator with mineral water near the reception for guests' use... I didn't like it and won't be returning.

23/10/2025: I stayed here during my visit to Ravenna, enjoying the sea views. While not a modern establishment, it was more than adequate for a night's stay. The friendly and welcoming staff were memorable.

28/11/2025: We had the tasting menu with truffles and mushrooms, everything was delicious, compliments to the chef! Friendly staff.

17/11/2025: For lunch, a place I highly recommend, the pappardelle with wild boar are truly excellent.

02/01/2026: December 31st, à la carte menu, professional and attentive service. Excellent restaurant with unique seafood options. Excellent wine list.

20/10/2025: It's rare to find a place that's still affordable (meaning charming, respectful of the setting, not gimmicky, elegant, and original) with excellent cuisine and excellent ingredients, handled by expert hands. The staff is another plus: well-prepared, capable, and above all, friendly. The bill can't be cheap...but it's all relative...because when compared to the quality of the food and service, the constant "pampering" from the staff, as well as the beauty of the place, it's more than fair. For the record, I had sea bream in salt, my wife had seafood paccheri, side dishes, and dessert—all wonderful. Well done guys, it was a wonderful experience...which is what eating out (and under the open sky, with a sea view) should always be!

12/12/2025: Delicious, simple food. Popular with Italians in December. The prices aren't cheap, but they're not too expensive either. It's definitely worth a meal. Dec. 12, 2025

07/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, the owner makes you feel at ease, the pizza is delicious, the dessert (tiramisu) is mouth-watering, excellent service. I will definitely be back.

16/03/2025: Locale molto carino (scomodo trovare un parcheggio) , con menù tradizionale e alcune proposte di pesce. Servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo optato per alcuni piatti di pesce: antipasto in due , due secondi , acqua , 2 calici di prosecco e 1 sorbetto 90€ totali. Porzioni abbondanti ma pietanze nella “norma” (i gamberi kataifi li ho trovati un po’ unti), mi aspettavo qualcosa di più .

06/03/2025: The appetizer tasting was expensive for the quantity. Spaghetti with clams was decent, served in a shallow dish, all stuck together and crammed together. Honestly, I remembered it better.

05/01/2026: I went to Osteria Charlie in Cattolica without high expectations, but I was truly satisfied. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, unpretentious, just like a real osteria. The dishes are plentiful and carefully prepared; you can taste the quality ingredients. Even the desserts are excellent and generous, which isn't always the case. The prices are fair, considering the quality of the dishes and the fact that you leave feeling truly full.

04/01/2026: At Osteria Charlie in Cattolica, you immediately feel the authentic atmosphere of an osteria, not a restaurant, but a family-run one. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their passion for food is immediately apparent. The dishes are plentiful, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients, and even the desserts are excellent and generous. The prices are fair, in line with the quantity and quality of the food. What some negative comments say is not true: I've had only one positive experience. A true osteria experience: simple, authentic, and satisfying. I'll definitely be back! 🍝🍷🍰

12/05/2025: Weg van de drukte vonden we deze parel voor onze lunch. We werden vriendelijk onthaald door de ober met Italiaanse spontaniteit, we waren de eerste klanten en namen plaats aan een tafeltje buiten. We kozen voor de de keuzemenu van de chef a rato van 75€ voor 7-gangen. Wat we allemaal op,ons bord kregen is moeilijk te beschrijven, maar telkens was het een wauw-moment. Ik heb zelden dergelijke gebalanceerde smaken geproefd, van de wijn tot de koffie was het werkelijk af. Dank je wel chef dat je ons zo verwende.

30/03/2025: Alla domanda…cosa ti ha colpito di questa cena?….…la esagerata supponenza del responsabile quasi a rasentare la maleducazione…e la totale mancanza di empatia verso i clienti….oltre al vociare dei camerieri in piedi intorno al tavolo con gli occhi persi nel vuoto che,ad alta voce, chiedono al cliente disorientato a chi sia da consegnare il piatto che hanno appena preso in cucina…….Possibile che questo malcelato desiderio di imitare un ristorante stellato….non faccia riflettere sulla indispensabile necessità di gestire in modo diversa,ma molto più professionale, la comanda ?
