The guys in the new management still have to learn their skills and, I'm sorry to say, the service (nice, kind, friendly) suffers a lot, this is the main aspect to improve. The food is normally good, the first courses were good while the Florentine steak was tough even if cooked to perfection. The sweet nothing special. I really appreciated the fact that at the end of dinner they offer you limoncino and meloncino made by them. The bill should be lighter for the context.

The Caminetto in Florence is a mustache!!!
Restaurant chosen by chance, I recommend it to anyone who is in Sassuolo.
Very friendly and competent staff.
Various choice of meats, from Fiorentina to tomahawk, we chose the entrecotè... it melted in your mouth, delicious.
As an appetizer we chose fried gnocco and tigelle with cheeses and cured meats. Cured meats: salami, mortadella, coppa and raw ham. All delicious but the raw was truly fantastic... the dish also included a lard "pesto" to spread on the tigelle with a little parmesan on top... my taste buds exploded. This last gem was recommended by a waitress, Angela, who is truly kind and passionate about her work.
The food was so good that I didn't even have time to photograph it.
Very good value for money: a bottle of wine, a generous gnocco and tigelle, two entrecote, two sorbets and a bottle of water with place settings, 38 euros each.
In short, I fell in love with this place, come by, you won't regret it.

We wanted to try this restaurant by chance, going up the castle of Montegibbio, (having a dog I asked if it could come in, they fortunately said yes) we sat down and browsed the menus, as first courses we took local things, such as gramigna and tagliatelle, for the second courses we asked for information on the meat, given that there were various types of meat, unfortunately on this they were unable to give me a precise answer or detailed information on the meat I was going to choose, they were only able to tell me beef or pork, not knowing if it was beef (scottona, bovine, chianina, etc..) so we decided to have a mix of mixed grill and gnocco and tigelle, always going for local things.
All in all the place is nice, but even if we ordered a second course and after a while another second course the same, they didn't bring them together but far from each other.
But come on, in the end we had a good time and the food was good, the waiters were very kind.

Posto situato appena sopra Sassuolo, sala un po’ da ristrutturare, bella la brace a vista con selezione carni da scegliere. Prezzo sopra la media. Ristorante al momento chiuso
