20/07/2025: The best seafood restaurant in Modena. Fantastic spaghetti with clams, always fresh fish. I recommend the turbot with potatoes and cherry tomatoes, mixed fried fish, sole meunière, and raw fish. The desserts, homemade by the owner, are fabulous. A good wine list with an acceptable markup. The customers, mostly from Modena, are regulars who have been coming here for years. There must be a reason... The quality/price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended.

14/07/2025: Tourists apparently not welcome. The house wine here costs €15/0.375l… at least, that's what they said with a smile when paying the bill…! The food took a very long time, but at least it was good. The waitress seemed annoyed with us, even though we were the first guests of the evening. She bumped into my wife during dinner and offered no apology. The portions were very small. It's a shame. A visit to a restaurant should leave you feeling good afterward, but here you're left with an unwelcome feeling. The chef saves the visit.

19/07/2025: For me, going to a restaurant means, above all, eating well. My cacio e pepe (€16) WASN'T cacio e pepe and was full of oil/butter. I'll let you judge for yourself. They wouldn't cook pasta like this even abroad. Avoid this place.

10/08/2025: This morning I witnessed an appalling scene... the owner, as usual, was yelling and screaming in the kitchen (probably unable to handle the pressure of the high season), and every shout was matched by a religious curse. Considering the establishment is located next to the children's playground, it's even more unpleasant. I understand the stress of the period, but honestly, many beach guests are tired of hearing this guy yelling nonstop. Beachgoers are on vacation, also to relax, but in the surrounding area, it's practically impossible. Finally, this morning, a lady (probably a beach guest) was annoyed by the swearing and told him to stop this usual behavior. The owner appeared from the kitchen and not only didn't apologize, but got into an argument with the lady, claiming he was right. I expect a completely different attitude from the manager of a public establishment, especially since he risks penalizing the owners of the beach resort, which otherwise operates excellently. Not recommended

31/08/2025: DON'T GO THERE! EVERYTHING IS PRE-PACKAGED, BOUGHT WHOLESALE, PLATED, AND SOLD LIKE GOLD. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND, BUT I COULD HAVE BOUGHT THE FOOD MYSELF AND EATEN IT AT HOME, WHICH WOULD HAVE SAVED MONEY.

23/08/2025: We wanted to try pizza, but unfortunately it wasn't available for lunch. So we opted for the fish option. Unfortunately, we weren't very happy with the fried fish and appetizer (it had a strange flavor I can't describe, and it wasn't fresh). As for the desserts, nothing to complain about; they were almost like a pastry shop.

05/09/2025: The pizza was way below par. My advice: abandon the idea of ​​having pizza, at least for lunch, since the oven wasn't up to temperature. Stick with the takeaway rotisserie. The tomato sauce was sour and the sauce didn't arrive. If I wanted gnocchi, I would have gone to the bakery. It's true that it only costs €5, but for bread dough, it's not even pizza dough. It's been a minute since they took it out of the oven, and I can use it as a flying saucer. Basically, one bite and then a dud, and I'm very sorry about that.

29/06/2025: Sono stata a pranzo in questo posto e il cibo alla fine era buono però subito ho dovuto aspettare esattamente 1 ora perchè mi avevano portato la piadina sbagliata ovvero con la rucola, mentre io l’ho ordinata senza. Quindi successivamente aono arrivati tutti i piatti tranne il mio e quindi anche se alla fine dopo molto tempo è arrivata la mia piadina giusta comunque questo ristorante è pessimo perchè fanno aspettate froppo a lungo e portano il cibo sbagliato. Infine non c’era nemmeno tantissima gente e quindi questo ristorante in realtà fa schifo. Comunque vi ringrazio per tutto e buona domenica. Il cibo è finito, andate in pace oppure no. Arrivederci!

17/07/2025: Calling it a hotel is an understatement. Dirty, old mold in the shower door, a broken bolt for the lock. The local health authority and the municipality should shut it down. No services. A curtain would be better.

16/05/2025: Really nice clean old hotel, rooms are nice, airy and spacious! Showers are nice! It’s not the most modern place but will stay here again if I come this way! Breakfast was nice, and the coffee was really good
