11/09/2023: Ristorante 🟢🟢🟢🟢 Menù 🟢🟢🟢🟢 Servizio 🟢🟢🟢🟢 Conto 🟢🟢🟢 Bel ristorante in riva al mare arredato con gusto. Menù particolare con qualche piatto della tradizione e molti piatti gourmet. Visto che il cuoco è di origini siciliane, si possono trovare vari piatti di quella regione (cannoli siciliani buonissimi) Servizio gentile e preparato Carta dei vini particolare: per quanto riguarda i bianchi fermi, molti vini del territorio e pochi del nord Italia (Veneto e Friuli). Conto nella norma vista la qualità offerta e la cura nella preparazione: per 2 portate di pesce ed un dolce circa 60€/testa. da provare assolutamente i cappelletti cacio e pepe e il cannoli siciliani. assolutamente consigliato.

07/09/2023: Da sempre faccio la vacanza estiva a Milano marittima e sinceramente non avevo mai sperimentato ristoranti nella zona di lido del savio Devo dire che quest anno, molto delusa da tutti i ristoranti di Cervia e Milano marittima, ho cercato altre possibilità e sono stata attratta dal ristorante salsedine per come veniva descritto su internet, allora ho provato insieme a mio marito a tentare una cena Devo dire che fin dalla prima volta sono rimasta veramente sorpresa di una cucina realizzata in maniera impeccabile ed ho riscontrato un livello davvero molto molto alto, ero davvero stranita perché nel giro di molti kilometri da tempo non trovavo piatti eseguiti così perfettamente, davvero originali bene presentati e con uso di materie prime eccellenti Naturalmente siamo tornati più volte e sempre siamo stati impressionati positivamente alla ennesima potenza . Questo chef che ho appreso chiamarsi Gaetano, è davvero un grande, e se potevo dare un voto molto buono ad un altro ristorante di Cesenatico che peraltro ha una stella Michelin, devo dire che qua si va oltre per cui ritengo veramente che questo ragazzo possa meritare una attenzione dagli ispettori della guida Michelin al fine di valutare la possibilità di onorare questa eccellente cucina con una stella Tutto è squisito , eseguito magistralmente ed anche i dessert sono all altezza cosa difficile da queste parti dove i dessert che sembrano esistere sono la solita zuppa inglese ed il gelato spesso di qualità bassa, qui invece sono straordinari e perfetti Anche i vini in carta sono molto interessanti Il personale è molto gentile e competente Un posto dunque super consigliato Peccato che in inverno sua chiuso

19/08/2024: It would need to be renovated, water leaked from the tap if you didn't close it properly, the bidet filled up with water, the cleanliness of the rooms needed to be checked, the staff were friendly and kind, the positive thing is the proximity to the beach

29/07/2024: Cute place, cute food, really not cute waiters, like a tavern in the middle of twenty year old wines. Recommended for deaf and dumb people who don't have to put up with waiters. Undisputed king for lunches with many people, if you are alone eat at home, if you have it, otherwise it is better not to eat.

06/01/2024: We went for a wonderful New Year's Eve dinner, we didn't know the place so for us it was a leap in the dark but instead it was a pleasant discovery we ate à la carte everything was excellent at midnight they offered us a prosecco panettone pandoro dried fruit cotechino and lentils fireworks. . What can I say...thanks for the pleasant evening, as soon as I return to Bologna I will come and eat with you.

30/12/2023: Very nice pasta with lobster and tagliatelle bolognese! The staff can be improved a bit, but still nice The boss is really great person! The location is excellent, especially if you are coming from somewhere with the train, feeling tired, to stop by and enjoy your food!

24/07/2024: They don't like the Spanish. Absolute apathy and contempt. 20 minutes to serve us and we left after 30 minutes waiting for 3 Spritz

26/08/2024: Really delicious wood-fired pizza 🍕 at a fair price. Really great. Mixed salad was plentiful and fresh for Estensi standards! Only the oil and vinegar from plastic bags and unfortunately no pepper to season... You should really change that and then it would be one of the best salads in Estensi... Service quick and competent. Gladly again....

24/08/2024: FROZEN PIZZA! I called to ask if they made gluten-free pizza and they responded positively. I went to get 2 take-away pizzas, the owner was very friendly, the girls made me change positions 3 times while I was waiting so they wouldn't let me see that the pizza was frozen and made me go right outside the place like an unwelcome person. Not specifying it is really rude and incorrect because I went to pick it up at the supermarket and paid €5 less. Making fun of people by thinking they are morons makes you look really bad and I feel sorry for you. Much better sieve, the sails, quo vadis and Hollywood where at least sincerity reigns. Shame on you

16/08/2024: Even though it was the evening before mid-August and I thought the atmosphere would be more chaotic, we had a great time, fast and very accurate service, excellent dishes. We have been frequenting the place since before it was renovated and I must say that they have improved, delicious dishes, courteous and professional staff. Always a certainty

15/08/2024: Historic venue in Riccione. It's a shame that the modern architecture, very pleasant in any case, does not make its history evident. Very fresh fish, delicate flavours, simple but excellent quality dishes. Fast service even though the place was full. Price appropriate to the quality.

17/07/2024: Ampio parcheggio. Ottima accoglienza. Ambiente grande, con buono spazio tra i tavoli. Servizio attento e curato. È corretto informarsi di come viene svolto perché non esiste il menù ma vengono proposti i piatti che prepara la Chef, sia gli antipasti che i primi e i secondi. Ottimi tutti quelli che abbiamo mangiato, soprattutto la tagliata di tonno. La scelta è comunque ampia. Molto buono anche il dolce. Ogni piatto costa 10 euro, i dolci 5 euro. Torneremo per assaggiare altri piatti proposti.

03/08/2024: We have been waiting for takeaway pizzas for 1 hour and they have just told us that we have to wait another hour. Because their logic is that they first place the orders for the tables sitting in the restaurant and then the takeaway. It's a shame that everyone has passed by this logic. At the checkout an hour ago they told us that there was "a bit" of a wait. We asked for something while we waited and they even made us pay for the chips. I don't know. I hope the pizza is good!

15/08/2024: Waiting for almost an hour for just three first courses, dried spaghetti with venison without clams, i.e. with only shells.

15/08/2024: What can we say, we were in Lido Spina on holiday and we decided to go out for dinner, choosing this place which from the outside looked quite good but in the end it turned out to be quite the opposite. We ordered 2 sets of mussels where there were more shells and what little mussels were invisible and dry...not to mention the fried seafood which was very greasy with oil and had a taste of very old oil...it remained on the stomach all night. Then, not to be happy, he ordered a stria... but it arrived raw... we asked if they would put it in the oven a little longer and the girl (waitress) was also very kind to let me do it again... but it arrived when I had finished both the sate and the frying..! The only slightly positive note were the first courses. But not excellent. I'm sorry but I think that since it's summer and it's a seaside area... so you're hoping to eat some good fish... this is certainly not a recommended restaurant. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it. Look elsewhere.

17/08/2024: Personale estremamente sgradevole, titolari maleducati e arroganti. Esperienza terribile e da non ripetere. La sensazione non è quella di essere un cliente accolto come tale, bensì di essere un peso, uno sgradito ospite di cui liberarsi il prima possibile.

15/08/2024: Pranzo di ferragosto. Personale carino ed efficiente, attesa trascorsa velocemente, un fritto molto buono come antipasto a mezzo con mia moglie ed un risotto alla pescatora da "giù di testa"! Il conto super onesto, e quindi io do 5 pallini con LODE!! Bravi, tornerò!

08/08/2024: Sab. 03.08.24 a cena con mio marito e mia figlia. Cibo fresco e di buona qualità. Personale alla cassa cortese, servizi igienici puliti. Purtroppo però la serata è finita male perché mi hanno infilato le mani nella borsa e molto abilmente hanno aperto la tasca con cerniera+portafoglio rubando i contanti (90€ ca.) Quindi non posso avere un buon ricordo di questo posto. Non ho denunciato perché carte di credito e documenti non li hanno presi però...

07/08/2024: Premettendo che si tratta di un self service, la qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Inizialmente credevo che le porzioni fossero troppo striminzite ma, poi, mangiando mi sono ricreduta e, anzi, le ho trovate perfette. Tutto cotto benissimo e gustoso. Materia prima di qualità. L'ambiente è spartano, molto pulito e piacevole, soprattutto le vetrate vista mare donano serenità. Ho apprezzato l'idea delle vaschette, bicchieri e posate monouso, secondo me sono indice di massima igiene. Personale molto onesto e cordiale. Sarete la nostra tappa durante le vacanze.
