14/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant last summer. I am a seafood lover, after seeing and eating them I can say that their seafood is very fresh and delicious. And the signore who served us the food and the cashier were very friendly.

14/09/2025: 5 well-deserved stars!! Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. We had risotto, fried fish, and skewers: we were very satisfied. A must-visit if you want excellent seafood in Valverde di Cesenatico!! Not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff.

16/02/2026: Update February 15, 2026 Today we went to Papanero for a raw fish lunch, which we booked last week. At the end of the meal, we said just one thing: "Amazing!" And it truly was: two tartares (tuna and swordfish) and three carpaccios (sea bass, tuna, scallops) each, then a beautiful platter (for two) piled high with scampi and red shrimp. All with original and unobtrusive seasonings, which only enhanced the flavors, some more delicate and others more bold, just waiting to be showcased. Each dish was paired with fruit (strawberry, peach, pineapple, kiwi, lime), which further enhanced the pleasure, along with all kinds of spices (those chili pepper threads were delicious!). We thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks also to the always very welcoming and friendly staff, for a truly fair price. We can't say anything other than that Papanero remains a perfect stop for any need. Thank you! --- August 2022 --- Two dinners in two evenings with family and grandparents, we tried practically everything there was to try: first and second courses, meat and fish (cooked, souped, and grilled), and in every case we were satisfied with the excellent quality of the ingredients, the decidedly generous quantities, and the beautiful presentation of the dishes. Even the simplest dishes, from pasta all'arrabbiata to pizza marinara, are no exception, whether because of the very "clean" preparation or the excellent pizza dough. The grilled fish, too, is always delicious and fresh, as it is here. The fish soup was also excellent and plentiful (the only flaw being the industrial croutons). A separate discussion: the seafood pizza (which, for my personal taste, I ordered without mozzarella): aside from the fact that it's not every day you find scallops, crab, shrimp, or scampi on a pizza, the most surprising thing is finding yourself faced with a veritable, enormous seafood soup on a pizza base. And enjoying it from start to finish, all of it, with a seafood start and a pizza with soup sauce at the end... Some might object to the price; I myself was a little hesitant at first... But it's worth every penny! Finally, the staff: young, very kind and energetic, even ready with a joke when appropriate. Thanks, we'll definitely be back!

16/12/2025: I went for lunch this Sunday with friends. We chose a meat menu. Everything was very good; I must admit I particularly liked the trio of first courses. There were 22 of us, and the portions were generous. The price was fair. Recommended restaurant.

20/12/2025: A special evening, thanks also to the presence of musician Giorgio Guerrini, who got us singing and dancing. The pizza was really good, thin and crispy, the staff were friendly and cheerful, and the place was spacious and clean.

11/02/2026: I have flagged this place as 5 stars, based on previous reviews, location etc..im sure i would have thoroughly enjoyed my visit....despite not being able to get access, marked as "open" online but totally shut when I arrived. I feel its unfair to give less than that as it dilutes the restaurant rating..these things happen..advice to venue..check your public open times online...Next person may not be as understanding lol...look forward to visiting again when I'm there!

24/09/2025: We had one night left in Italy after an amazing 3 weeks. We needed to be near the airport so we stayed in Ostia. Went for a walk and happened upon Vittoria’s. It was great! Highly recommend and we met the owner who showed us fun pics of visitors over the years. Seems to have quite a history. 😁My husband had the carbonara and I had Quattro Fromaggi pizza. Location right on the sandy beach is the best.

10/02/2026: The atmosphere is nice, but the tables are packed tightly together and too close together. Despite the soundproofing, it's very crowded and difficult to converse. We had fish, and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. It's a shame about the noise!

09/01/2026: The food quality is good... normal portions. I eat little, but for me the quantity is sufficient. Those who eat more, I don't think it's enough... the place isn't particularly large but it's nice to try... booking is perhaps recommended since it's not particularly large... we had fish... sea bream and sea bass. Two slices arrived with accompanying vegetables, a starter, a dessert, two drinks, around 40 euros per person.

14/03/2026: Spaghetti allo scoglio made no sense, it seemed like plain pasta without a minimum of seasoning and the fish in my opinion was not good and without flavour and also very high prices compared to the quality, I strongly advise against spaghetti allo scoglio👎 my humble opinion

20/01/2026: I had a seafood salad, certainly not excellent but still acceptable. Then scialatielli allo scoglio: even though it contained clams, mussels, calamari, octopus pieces, and a prawn, it didn't have the slightest taste of the sea, from the ingredients it contained. I've never had a recipe so poorly executed.
