The only flaw, which makes the difference in my opinion, is the service. 29/04/2026: Unfortunately, I have to say, unfortunately... I'm sorry to write this review because the food at Mamma's is always good, especially the fish... I've always recommended it, even recently, to people who work and were looking for a place to have a good lunch. But this time I'm sorry to have to give a negative review, not so much for the food, because that could have been my taste... I had lunch today at Mamma's with the "Workers of the Sea" menu. For the main course, there were baby octopus, which I thought had a strange, too strong flavor, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I called the waitress, told her, and she took my plate away. She asked if I wanted anything else, but I didn't want anything... but what I'm sorry about is that when it came to the bill, I paid for the full menu without any mention or regret, or even a word about the fact that I had sent a dish back without touching it... To be fair, I expected the owner to say something to me, but instead, no full bill, not even a word... I'm very sorry, but that's not how you keep customers.

09/05/2026: Terrible welcome and rudeness, saved only by a kind waiter. We had a reservation for 8:00 PM for three adults and two children. The waitress who took our order—apparently also the cashier—spoke to us in an annoyed and arrogant tone. After ordering two first courses for the children, when she asked for three second courses (two fish and one meat), she reacted with an annoyed gesture and exclaimed, "Just don't get me three different second courses. See how crowded the dining room is?" No customer should feel guilty for ordering freely from the menu, especially when there are different dietary requirements and it was a single dish requested. Anyone who has worked in the restaurant industry knows what it means to manage a full dining room and times of pressure, but precisely for this reason, we also know that courtesy and professionalism should never be lacking, and any kitchen delays can be explained by politeness and professionalism, not by this arrogance. The situation worsened when we discovered that our order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen. The only thing that saved the evening was another waiter, the only man in the room, who with great kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism noticed the problem and intervened immediately to fix it. (We were about to get up and leave.) Thanks to him, the evening changed completely. He looked after us with sincere courtesy until the end of the dinner and even had the much-appreciated thought of offering us some liqueurs to apologize for the inconvenience. An unnecessary gesture, but one that demonstrates the difference between someone who works tirelessly and someone who truly knows their job. For his service, I'd give him 10 stars.

30/04/2026: I quite liked the restaurant. The setting, located in the heart of the city, was beautiful. The service was very welcoming and friendly, always ready to accommodate your every request. The only thing I would have to say about it was the food. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, but the problem was the aftertaste it left after chewing and the fact that it was a bit sticky. Unlike me, my friend Capuzzi enjoyed the food and complimented head chef Sergio D'Alessio. I, on the other hand, would like to tell him to pay more attention when creating the dish. It's a shame that once I left the restaurant, I was surrounded and then attacked by three Peruvians. Final rating: 3/5.

24/05/2026: Today, we had lunch as a couple, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing, especially given the way we were treated by the staff. We had simply asked to move to another table that had just become available. The initial response was that it wasn't possible because the table needed cleaning—as if it were an insurmountable problem, even though the place wasn't even particularly crowded. After about 15-20 minutes, we asked another waiter, who very kindly agreed to prepare our table. But just as we were about to move, the head waiter intervened, saying that "customers can't move tables" and that the table would be used to connect multiple tables. It's a shame that the table was free because the previous guests had already left, which is precisely why we had requested it. Even more absurd is the fact that, during the nearly two hours we were there, that table was never used or joined with any others. In fact, the place emptied out more and more. The feeling was that of being treated without any care or respect, with unbelievable motives and an unprofessional attitude. Even the food, honestly, was nothing special. If you're looking for a place where customers are treated with courtesy and common sense, I personally wouldn't recommend it.

12/11/2025: Hotel with no elevator. Simple room with no balcony, but a window. Horrible, small, 1970s-style bathroom with a sewer smell for the two days I stayed. A small, unmarked step to the bathroom. I would have liked to know there was a refrigerator with mineral water near the reception for guests' use... I didn't like it and won't be returning.

23/10/2025: I stayed here during my visit to Ravenna, enjoying the sea views. While not a modern establishment, it was more than adequate for a night's stay. The friendly and welcoming staff were memorable.

14/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant last summer. I am a seafood lover, after seeing and eating them I can say that their seafood is very fresh and delicious. And the signore who served us the food and the cashier were very friendly.

14/09/2025: 5 well-deserved stars!! Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. We had risotto, fried fish, and skewers: we were very satisfied. A must-visit if you want excellent seafood in Valverde di Cesenatico!! Not to mention the very friendly and helpful staff.
