The place is a bit small but still nice and clean, welcoming, and well-organized. What can I say? If you want to combine high-quality food with dishes that are not only delicious but also aesthetically pleasing, with pleasant, intimate, and quiet company, this is the place to be. Thanks for the service, even though we arrived without a reservation and only had to say hello to our friends for 5 minutes. In the end, we sat down to eat and drink, and everything was perfect: food, service, and atmosphere.

13/02/2026: Today is Carnival, that holiday where each of us is free to be ourselves: whether a Pikachu, a princess, or a superhero, today every joke is worth it, and if shared, it's even more so.
Today, like every day, we chose to be hungry.
Okay, let's be serious: we needed a place that could welcome us at noon in Marina, so we could then go and celebrate downtown in peace. Our choice fell on the Nuova Rosa dei Venti.
The name comes from a technical instrument that indicates the direction of the winds through the arrangement of diamonds that, when stacked on top of each other, resemble rose petals.
We enter and the waiter directs us to the upper floor. The place is a sort of square room where the blue and beige accents recall sand and sea; there are small fish and a few Christmas leftovers along with bunches of grapes, but the window overlooking the harbor reminds us of our calm morning, where time seems to have stood still. The water is so smooth and still it feels like precious silk. A soft, white light envelops everything like a delicate veil: you no longer see the edges of the world, but only feel the magic of a perfect moment.

Appetizers:
• Cold mixed salad:
- Scallop au gratin: its white, firm flesh melted in the mouth; the golden crust protecting this pearl was the final touch.
- Catalan-style prawns: tender, fresh, and crackling.
- Marinated anchovies: beautiful, tender, and plump, bold yet refined. That drop of orange juice could awaken even the most sleepy palates.
- Seafood and vegetable salad: simple and natural. Certainly preferable this way to the vinegared version, but in this dish, the simplicity bordered a bit on the boring.
- Prawns with mayonnaise: the prawns were delicious, but we had serious doubts about whether the mayonnaise was homemade.
• First courses:
• Spaghetti with clams: every bite evoked summers spent at the seaside, under the scorching sun and the sea breeze. A profound dish full of passion. We devoured it: does that give you an idea of its deliciousness?
• Chitarra allo scoglio with shellfish: the porous, coarse pasta held the sauce beautifully. Good and hearty, with a sweet, sugary tomato.
• Second courses
• Grilled seafood on skewers: simple and honest, without any particular highlights.
The welcome started off quietly—a bit cold and silent—but as the minutes passed, the staff managed to warm up the atmosphere, transforming the service into something human and warm. Ultimately, between Demogorgons, Spiderman, and princesses, we enjoyed summer in February.

01/02/2026: A casual atmosphere with a wide variety of pizzas. If you want to try a good pizza, it's worth it! Unfortunately, the interior is very stuffy with no windows, making it more suitable for the winter months. Wood-fired pizza is served. Some starters and main courses, including meat and fish, are available, but nothing special, especially since their strong point, in my opinion, is the pizza. Service varies depending on the day, although the staff is very friendly and helpful.
If the place is busy, pizzas can arrive 40-50 minutes after ordering. Reservations are highly recommended for weekends and holidays. Due to its high attendance, the atmosphere is quite noisy, but if you're in the mood for a pizza with friends, it's worth it!

08/03/2026: The restaurant has a modern look and is tastefully decorated. The place was packed, so there was a bit of a wait, but the service was very attentive. They served both pizza and seafood and meat dishes. The pizza isn't Neapolitan, but it's not thin and crispy either. It wasn't the best I've ever had, and the prosciutto was so salty it was unpleasant. However, I'll be back to try the restaurant's dishes, as they look very inviting.
04/03/2026: Unfortunately, I have to change my review to a negative one. Previously, upon arrival, the table already had welcome appetizers: seasoned black olives, battered zucchini, and fried bread balls, which were very nice. Now, they've only kept the fried bread balls. I think that since they decide to offer such a free service, it doesn't make sense to reduce the service later if you obviously lose points. Either you don't do a gesture from the start, or it's unfair to reduce it as time goes by. The pizzas are truly gigantic, very thin, nothing to complain about; they're very good.
It's a shame they took the homemade cheesecake off the menu, which was delicious. Last time, however, we had the millefeuille, which was even too big, but we didn't really like it because it was very dry and made your mouth feel sticky. They offer digestifs—limoncino, melon, and licorice liqueur—brought directly to the table in glass bottles, so you can drink as much as you want.
However, I've noticed that between lunch and dinner, the service is less attentive in the evening. At lunchtime, it's better. However, the last time we went there for dinner, it was rather slow and distracted. Our water wasn't brought long after we'd ordered it, our drinks were even brought first, and the chili pepper oil for our pizza took so long that it almost made no sense to use it anymore, given that it was running out. A disappointment.

Good technique in preparing the dishes.
We tried the creamed cod, which was very good. Perhaps the sauces were a little thin compared to the quantity of cod. The cheese tortelli with shrimp tartare were good and well executed, making up for the slightly greasy flavors. The tuna steak was excellent, and the dry passatelli with clams were well-made, as per tradition: simple and tasty.
You can see the care and passion. I would pay more attention to a few small details, such as the rings on the glasses. However, everything was made up for by the good food and the exceptional friendliness of the owner.
We will definitely be back.
