21/08/2024: Unfortunately, everything has slowed down in recent years... Maybe it's also because we always come at the end of August, when permanent staff are on vacation. This time it was really mediocre. Service inattentive, long waiting times between courses, small portions. It can only get better!

18/08/2024: Wonderful experience!!! The food, the service, the environment. And the Lemon Harmony dessert, the perfect ending. Gluten-free options for all needs.

28/08/2024: Beautiful setting, but the staff doesn't speak English, which makes it difficult to understand and take orders. I ordered grilled sea bass and vegetable salad. They brought sea bream (they didn’t even warn me that there would be another fish) and grilled vegetables (I didn’t ask for them)

04/08/2024: La bottega del Franco is a restaurant in the heart of residential Bologna. A mix of Bolognese traditions and top-level special fish cuisine. I ate the best risotto ever with tuna steak, prawns and courgette flowers, a truly special and super filling dish! The desserts are interesting and unique, the ice cream made by them is very very good. Super service and normal prices for this level. We will definitely be back.

26/07/2024: My wife and I have had different experiences. I ate well, she didn't. The starter with brioche and creamed cod was excellent, a perfect balance between sweet and savory. The black rigatoni with courtyard ragù was good. The roasted octopus was too salty. The hazelnut filled cream puff was excellent, the meringue dessert was too sweet, according to my wife. The place is nice and welcoming, the prices high but not too much. For a starter, a first course, a second course, 2 glasses of wine, a water, 2 desserts and 2 coffees, we spent 108 euros, which in my opinion is a fair price.

01/09/2024: Very pleasant lunch in front of the canal port. The mise en place is nice. The raw dishes are excellent, both the chef's and the trio of tartare. The passatelli with seafood and the gnocchi are tasty, the grilled food is delicious, as is the fried food, the clams and the mixed skewers. The pistachio semifreddo is superb. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly. Compliments to the chef and dining room staff.

31/08/2024: We happened upon it almost by chance on the first evening and then returned 3 evenings in a week, we had such a good time. Also to celebrate my (tenth) birthday. This way we were able to try many of the dishes offered. Very fresh and tasty fish. We practically eliminated all the "naked men" (gianchetti) in the hold. The octopus in stew is also excellent and the monfettini (typical fish and cuttlefish soup) are also very tasty. To spoil ourselves we had a sumptuous Catalan dish of grilled shellfish. Excellent and plentiful. A mention to all the staff and obviously to the excellent host Davide. With the hope of returning soon.. (Victoria)

23/08/2024: Last night me and 3 other friends of mine came here for dinner. As soon as we entered we immediately noticed the difference between the online photos and the live environment. We sit down, order a first course each and three fried dishes. Allow me to give some advice. A little less salt in the pasta, a little more pasta and fewer clams. As for fried food, I think the breading needs to be reviewed as you can taste a lot of flour and it's a bit heavy. In all this, a bug was crawling on the table which wasn't very clean. For the rest all is well.

30/08/2024: 2 dishes, an appetizer and a grilled fish that was overcooked and the sea bass had become dry... Spending 50 euros, a place without air conditioning or fans but with mosquitoes to keep you company, I had good expectations, too bad

31/07/2024: Had dinner at the Torrice Bistrot, excellent quality ingredients, delicious first courses and fresh vegetarian side dishes such as pinzimonio, or the delicious and light mixed fried second course. Efficient and friendly service, quiet atmosphere despite being in the center of Cesenatico!

24/07/2024: Fantastic roast beef and salat, I also love there small buns with the parma ham and the various home made creams they make. 5 star all the way. If you ever in Parma, look this place up and try their food..
