01/09/2024: The hotel is very good. But you need to be physically prepared to get there. We were dropped off by the transfer on the street, the cool guy comes to collect your suitcase and after endless flights of stairs, you arrive in paradise. Wonderful view, good room, well decorated, clean, I had a view of the sea, really wonderful. Good food, good drinks. It has a roof top. But there is no swimming pool. only a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Bring euros in cash to pay the City tax. They do not accept cards for this fee! I was scared.

21/08/2024: Mi marido y yo nos encantó este lugar. No pude obtener mejores vistas, hermosas vistas, buena comida, bebidas increíbles y un personal excepcional. En cualquier otro lugar en el que habíamos estado, el personal parecía distraerse y olvidarse de nosotros, pero este personal no podría ser más atento! Tan dulce y amable también, nos dieron una aplicación de cortesía. y limoncello! ¡100% vale la pena!

20/10/2024: Tuvimos un almuerzo largo, multifamiliar y fue simplemente perfecto. Los niños tienen que jugar en la playa, los adultos beben su vino. Comida deliciosa acaba de salir. Maravilloso ambiente relajado.

24/09/2024: D Adolfo está situado a unos 10 - 15 minutos del muelle de Positano en barco. El restaurante le recoge en el muelle del ferry donde los barcos pequeños recogen y dejan. El lado izquierdo del muelle del ferry mirando al océano, lado derecho si usted está bajando de un ferry. Lo vimos como una experiencia, pero no nos pareció relajante. DEBES leer las instrucciones en detalle ya que no son directas y si no las sigues cuidadosamente puede causarte problemas logísticos. El transbordador comienza alrededor de las 11. 00 am para recoger y para de 1 - 4 pm y el sitio web dice que comienzan a regresar alrededor de las 4 pm, pero comenzaron a regresar alrededor de las 3 pm. Nos pareció que el personal era muy agradable de tratar, mientras que toda la operación funciona muy desestructurado, lo que hace que no sea relajante en absoluto. Esperábamos un buen día de relax, pero terminamos encontrándolo todo apresurado Llegamos de Sorrento en ferry y tuvimos que esperar unos 30 minutos para el servicio de transporte no hay señalización, así que tienes que averiguar dónde esperar, lo que explicó anteriormente. 31/08/2024: A deplorable experience, unworthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant I am a regular at Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, having had the privilege of dining at over 50 Michelin-starred establishments, including at least 20 with 3 stars. My partner and I had eagerly booked a table at Li Galli in Positano two months ago. This dinner was meant to be the highlight of our trip, a memorable gastronomic experience. However, what transpired was beyond comprehension and is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant claiming such a distinction. To our great surprise, after two days without internet access, we discovered an email from the restaurant stating that our reservation had been outright canceled. Why? Because, supposedly, their system sent us an email asking for confirmation, to which we couldn't respond due to our lack of connectivity. What an unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat your clientele! When you claim the prestige of a Michelin star, the minimum expectation is top-tier service. If there was any doubt about the confirmation of a reservation, the least they could have done was to pick up the phone and contact us directly. This shows a blatant lack of respect for the customer and a terrible approach to customer relations. In the world of Michelin stars, such behavior is simply inexcusable. No effort was made to rectify the situation when we called the restaurant after discovering the cancellation. No alternatives, no solutions. The coldness with which we were treated sharply contrasts with what one expects from a Michelin-starred establishment. As a devoted gastronome and frequent diner at the world's best restaurants, I must say that I have never been treated with such disregard. A Michelin-starred restaurant should have impeccable respect for its clients, and Li Galli failed miserably in this regard. For anyone considering making a reservation here, be warned: the customer service is abysmal and unworthy of the reputation one would expect from a Michelin-starred establishment. I will not return, and I strongly advise against this restaurant for anyone seeking a genuine Michelin-starred dining experience.
