07/09/2025: An oasis in Positano. We stopped for a break, excellent cocktails, and signature snacks. The staff is young, friendly, and very professional.
07/09/2025: Great location and exceptional service! There are many shops around the hotel and it’s very close to the beach. Lucio was awesome and helped us book an excursion to Capri which made our trip extra memorable. We also highly recommend taking a sunset cruise, it was the highlight of our visit. We truly had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary in Positano!

12/10/2025: My husband and I had drinks and dinner here and it was amazing! One of most expensive meals of our trip but once in a lifetime views! One of my favorite cocktails I ever had also. We got the whole fish and it was delicious. Everything we ate was incredible. Definitely a fancier restaurant but worth it for a nice night!

19/09/2025: We stayed overnight in the area and after reading the reviews, we decided to make a reservation at the restaurant... since it was last minute, we could only get a later time, but we still accepted. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and were immediately directed to the restaurant bar, where cocktails were being served for €15. We stayed there for about 25 minutes and then were taken to the main dining room, which has a very traditional and welcoming atmosphere. The service is largely staffed by older people, which makes the place even more welcoming and warm. We ordered the Angus beef and lamb chops... both were good, but we can't say it was an incredible dining experience!
The place is very beautiful and is better than all the surroundings!

06/10/2025: Caution - Do not eat here. We just ate here and my wife has been puking her brains out within an hour of eating here. The service was also not great. The food obviously, not good considering the food poisoning.
Also, the amount of cat pee everywhere outside and in the bathrooms was nauseating
05/10/2025: We enjoyed having a very delicious dinner. I had the grilled tuna and my beautiful wife had grilled chicken with basmati rice and vegetables on the side. We enjoyed the place, the music and the hospitality. Very highly recommended to everyone.

08/10/2025: Great food, you gotta take a water taxi there, it’s free with their shuttle with red fish at certain times but if you wanna leave early like us gotta pay for way back 30E. Well worth it tho, rustic local cuisine, friendly service. Polpo salad was delish.
30/09/2025: The boat transfer is a mini trip in itself and a nice way to see Positano and the surrounding area from the water. A nice beach for swimming. In my opinion they shouldn't charge extra for their deck chairs, but the Italian's overcharge for every possible opportunity, which they should improve upon. We had a few different grilled seafood dishes and they were excellent. The side of grilled vegetables was small. Overall a nice day out. It's a minimum half day activity as the return only starts from 4 pm.

01/11/2025: Very bad experience in this restaurant. Staff not serious, we didn't receive what we have ordered and the waiter said just after "sorry we don't have what you want so we replace by this"... And at the next table an old guy was smoking. My wife had the smoke coming to her during the time we were eating. Even the next table complained... Horrible experience despite the sun and the sea.
27/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant with great food, I got the pasta with lobster and it was the best pasta I ate in Italy !

24/07/2025: This was my first time in Positano, and I never usually write reviews, but this time, I just had to!
We had dinner at Ristorante Mirage and everything was simply amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with a special mention for the seafood incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked.
From the attentive service to the stunning view and relaxing atmosphere, it was an experience truly worth sharing.
Highly recommended!
24/07/2025: 28 euros for a very mediocre vongole, 25 euros for 4 shrimp (literally)... Have lived in Italy for 10 years and disappointed in myself for falling for such a tourist trap. Don't recommend.

12/09/2025: View is stunning. We were seated next to a family with young children. Which, for SUCH an expensive meal, was extremely unpleasant.
The power went out several times when we were there. My fish was severely undercooked. Not even flaky yet because the inside was Blue which is a ridiculous mistake for a Michelin.
Nothing tasted good. Nothing even tasted Interesting. We did the tasting menu and it was incredibly underwhelming.
We aren’t new to Michelin.
Decor outdated and Loud.
Only thing that saved this place was how friendly the service was.
Otherwise Wouldn’t return or recommend.
10/09/2025: Quality of the plates focused on presentation, while dishes themselves were not escpecially tasteful. Mistake after mistake amongst the staff, from booking to pick-up to table service. In contrast, prices were very high. Amongst the 100+ Michelin starred restaurants visited in many countries and continents, the performance here was the lowest and not at all at the suspected level for a 1 star restaurant.

A truly unforgettable stay at Hotel Conca d’Oro, Positano!
From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt magical. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. Everyone went above and beyond, but Alejandro stood out as truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His professionalism and warmth made our stay extra special.
The terrace and breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the most breathtaking view of Positano — a panorama of colorful homes cascading down the cliffs toward the sparkling sea. Sitting there with a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and a plate of freshly baked cakes and pastries felt like something out of a dream. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering everything from fresh fruit and eggs to croissants straight from the oven.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a view that we’ll never forget. At night, we could sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the coast while watching the lights of Positano shimmer below.
What really sets Hotel Conca d’Oro apart is the combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. It has that perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to the heart of Positano. Yes, there are a few steps (as expected in Positano!), but every one of them is worth it for the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere that await you at the top.
We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, already dreaming of coming back.
