22/03/2026: After several disappointing and mediocre meals in positano, we discovered this gem restaurant. The service was outstanding. Everyone from Beth (the hostess), Anthony (shuttle driver) and Giuseppe (waiter) were beyond accommodating, friendly and went over and above to give us the ultimate dining experience. Giuseppe helped us to choose the best wines and gave us detailed descriptions of each dish (we went with the tasting menu). The food was fresh, delicious and portioned perfectly. We were so happy with our experience that we went back the next evening! Cannot recommend enough!! Don’t miss out on this dining experience. It outshines others in positano by a landslide. The shuttle service is also a huge bonus. Just call and they will pick you up in Positano. We closed the restaurant both nights and watched as they meticulously cleaned the kitchen. My partner commented that it was the cleanest kitchen he had ever seen and we realized why as we watched them polishing it for close to an hour! So many good things to say about this beautiful cozy family run restaurant, but what matters most is the food is amazing!!

11/04/2026: I am a travel snob (as I am on the road for work 50% of the year). The rooms were equivalent of a JW Marriott, the location was equivalent of a Four Seasons, and the service was the equivalent of a mandarin Oriental. Leonardo is your host. A fabulous concierge. Andrea is your best waiter. Ans everyone in between is equally cool and hospitable too. We will be back. In fact, we are making a YouTube video on this hotel right now. "Adventures of EP Girls" is the channel to see our experience at this hotel.

08/04/2026: It is heaven! From the bottom to the top! The most beautiful terrace, bar, pool area overlooking the cathedral and the sea. Outdoor covered gym. Fresh food and indegridients. Private garden. Best lemonade ever. Best staff and the reception. Room upgrade with no asking. Heaven!

20/04/2026: We loved ll Ritrovo! It’s family owned and everything is nice and fresh. We meet the owners and they were lovely people. We can’t recommend this enough, it was the best meal we had in Positano!

19/04/2026: A small restaurant in the hills above Positano, away from the crowds, with very friendly staff, delicious food and wine, and a beautiful view. Special mention for the restaurant's shuttle service which picked us up in the center of Positano and dropped us off right at our doorstep. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: We were guests at Hotel Poseidon and made a reservation at Il Tridente expecting a safe, professional dining experience. Instead, my family endured an incident that could have killed my son, paired with some of the worst behavior I have ever witnessed from a manager in hospitality. We clearly informed the staff that my son has a nut allergy. Despite this, they placed a starter breadbasket on our table with no explanation whatsoever—and it contained nuts. My son took a bite, unknowingly. Only 20 minutes later did a waiter return with a “nut-free” basket and admit the first one had nuts. We had not been told, warned, or advised at any point. I raced up the entire property—multiple elevators and several flights of stairs—to grab his emergency medication. Anyone familiar with allergies knows that within minutes, this mistake could have become deadly. My son’s life was put at risk because the staff failed one of the most basic responsibilities of a restaurant. But what made this experience truly appalling was the manager. His behavior was not just unprofessional—it was shockingly rude, dismissive, defensive, and outright hostile. As I explained what had happened, he repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice, and insisted his staff “would never” make such an error. He acted as if I was the problem for daring to bring up a life-threatening mistake. The waiter himself then stepped in and admitted the truth, proving the manager wrong. Even after being confronted with the facts, the manager still showed zero remorse. No apology. No concern. No accountability. Not even basic human decency while I was shaking and trying to ensure my son was safe. His attitude added a level of emotional distress that was completely unnecessary during an already terrifying situation. For a restaurant positioned as fine dining, this was an absolute disgrace. Mistakes can happen—but the way management chooses to handle them reveals everything about an establishment. And this manager showed a level of arrogance and indifference that is completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone one where guests’ lives are at stake. I will never return, and I strongly warn any family with food allergies—or anyone who expects even minimal respect or compassion—to avoid this restaurant entirely. No parent should have to fight with a manager while fearing for their child’s safety.

09/04/2026: We had an amazing meal at the restaurant. We received a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint! The restaurant arranged transportation to and from our Villa and worked to accommodate a gluten allergy. The staff was amazing and the food was a great way to cap off a trip to Italy. Would highly recommend! We had a mix of starters and everyone had great portions for the main courses and the desserts capped off a great night.

20/12/2025: Limited flexibility in editing the food items which is standard in italy but they were very kind to us as we are vegetarian. They made us Gnocchi sorrentino and it was the best italian dish I may have had in my whole life. Ate it twice in a 3-4 day stay in positano. Honestly if you are vegetarian the dish will not disappoint it is hands down created for the gods. So fantastic! The tomato sauce and the basil really shine through the dish, it is truly something special! Beautiful family! Cheers to the chef making such an extraordinary dish, yet so simple. I refuse to eat Gnocchi anywhere else because I don’t want to be disappointed. Truly hand crafted!

12/12/2025: Amazing authentic pasta and superb service! We had to come back a second time to try out the pizza which was also delicious. You can’t beat the views either.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated, thoughtful, and beautifully executed. We celebrated our daughter’s 14th birthday here, and the experience made it even more special. The setting is stunning, with an elegant atmosphere that still feels warm and welcoming rather than formal or stiff. The service was impeccable attentive without ever feeling intrusive, and they helped make the evening feel memorable for our family. The food was outstanding from start to finish fresh, refined, and full of flavor with every dish presented beautifully. You can tell there is real care in both the ingredients and execution. It’s the kind of place that feels worth dressing up for and remembering long after the trip is over. A perfect choice for a celebration and absolutely deserving of more than 5 stars.

20/01/2026: I just had dinner here and it could not have been a better experience. The service was incredible, personable and they went the extra mile. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants and have yet to meet such gracious and kind hearted people.. not to mention such fantastic food. We tried multiple different olive oils from across the region, which were fantastic. The Executive Chef even took a moment to step out and introduce himself. It really was an incredible view, incredible food and only made possible because of incredible people.

Everyone went above and beyond, but Alejandro stood out as truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. His professionalism and warmth made our stay extra special. The terrace and breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning we were greeted by the most breathtaking view of Positano — a panorama of colorful homes cascading down the cliffs toward the sparkling sea. Sitting there with a cup of perfectly brewed coffee and a plate of freshly baked cakes and pastries felt like something out of a dream. The breakfast selection was generous and delicious, offering everything from fresh fruit and eggs to croissants straight from the oven. The room was spotless, comfortable, and filled with natural light, with a view that we’ll never forget. At night, we could sit on our balcony and listen to the sounds of the coast while watching the lights of Positano shimmer below. What really sets Hotel Conca d’Oro apart is the combination of outstanding service, warm hospitality, and an unbeatable location. It has that perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to the heart of Positano. Yes, there are a few steps (as expected in Positano!), but every one of them is worth it for the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere that await you at the top. 12/11/2025: We stayed at Hotel Conca D'Oro a month ago and also held our wedding there, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Arianna and the rest of the staff were amazing - very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly on our special day. Even when we had to adjust our plans due to weather, Arianna handled everything smoothly and made sure the transition was effortless. The entire team was professional, generous and thoughtful in every detail. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and breakfast each morning was great. Our wedding and stay exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay or wedding venue. Thank you again to Arianna and the whole staff for making our day truly special!

09/04/2026: Was ok. I would say that the service was great but the food was not as good as some of the other restaurants around. Value was good though so that’s always nice in a place where you’re paying over $100 euro per dining experience for two people.

08/10/2025: Great food, you gotta take a water taxi there, it’s free with their shuttle with red fish at certain times but if you wanna leave early like us gotta pay for way back 30E. Well worth it tho, rustic local cuisine, friendly service. Polpo salad was delish.

30/09/2025: The boat transfer is a mini trip in itself and a nice way to see Positano and the surrounding area from the water. A nice beach for swimming. In my opinion they shouldn't charge extra for their deck chairs, but the Italian's overcharge for every possible opportunity, which they should improve upon. We had a few different grilled seafood dishes and they were excellent. The side of grilled vegetables was small. Overall a nice day out. It's a minimum half day activity as the return only starts from 4 pm.
