26/06/2025: In truth I was a customer it was a good pizza and absolutely not despicable food but the last time I was offended and denigrated by the lady who was at the cash register with black hair and short I was coming back from work I stopped for 3 take-away pizzas one with maybe and I mean maybe a special request, round half ortolana half capricciosa ... the lady first tells me yes it can be done then it can't be done then goes inside to ask comes out yes yes it can be done I order she spells mine wrong and makes half ortolana half margherita, I point this out to her, she doesn't know how to fix the order she goes inside to ask how she can fix it after about 4 minutes she comes out and says "no madam it can't be done, you have to get it in just one flavor or make a 4.. I say look I don't order it like this often but I've never had this request never any problems.. she looks at me and says "no madam it can't be done because the pizza would cost too much, make two different ones" but is everything ok?? But do you know if I I want or can I spend my money?? Eee sir, is it worth it? I have to make you pay as if you were paying for two pizzas? Are you kidding? You make half the price of the whole pizza and you do the total,,; nooo that's too much,, but do you know that I can afford to spend?? She, annoyed, answers me with arrogance... and that I have to make her pay.... I interrupted her saying I'm leaving... I went to Rosso Pomodoro. But Mrs. Black Bob should be ashamed....

15/06/2025: Yesterday at lunch before entering we saw the menus displayed outside and we had decided on a full menu for 15 euros. After having lunch at the cash register we paid 17 euros instead of 15. They had changed the price on the outside poster. Given the incorrect behavior of the staff of the place I recommend you take a photo of the menu before entering,

09/06/2025: Nos alojamos en el Hotel Excelsior que está cerca y pasamos por este restaurante una noche. Dijimos que lo intentaríamos y estamos muy contentos de haberlo hecho. La comida es tan buena que comimos aquí en 2 noches mientras nos alojamos en Nápoles durante una semana. Recomiendo encarecidamente tanto la costilla - filete de ojos y el solomillo (sí, somos comedores de carne! ). Todavía estamos tomando el equilibrio de sabores. ¡Las patatas fritas también son deliciosas y abundantes! El tipo que nos sirvió en ambas noches era tan encantador y atento. Recomendó un vino muy bueno que golpeó el lugar muy bien. No pases por este restaurante, asegúrate de entrar y no te arrepentirás. Esperamos volver de nuevo.

13/07/2025: One of those places you have to visit at least once in your life because they're iconic. Among the Faraglioni of Capri, there's a hidden spot where time stands still. A restaurant on the rocks, with a beach club bathed by the most crystal-clear water you can imagine. It's undoubtedly heavenly music for the senses. Take a taxi boat to get there by sea, reserve a table and a sunbed, and enjoy what could be an unforgettable day. Good food, good service, although exclusivity doesn't come cheap. That's a given.

06/07/2025: Stunning slice of heaven. It is a bit of a walk or boat ride to get here. The food was good. Even my daughter enjoyed it. The chairs and umbrella are pricey, but honestly, not unexpected. My favorite part was the boat ride back.

26/04/2025: Esperienza da non fare. Il posto sembrava carino, anche se arredamento e location anni 60, seduti al tavolo diamo un occhiata al menu, con l intenzione di mangiare pesce, ma chiedendo degli asterischi accanto ai piatti, sono stati sinceri a dirci che dí fresco c era solo il polipo e il tonno. Decidiamo di prendere insalata di polipo, buona almeno quella, e poi due pizze…… bhe pessima scelta, pizze bruciate sotto e crude dentro, condite malissimo: la pizza mimì aveva sopra bucce di melanzane fritte bruciate e forse una fetta di crudo a pezzi strappata con le mani ; la bufalina una salsa di pomodoro da latta aspra e insapore e sopra non sembrava nemmeno bufala, ma tanto non si poteva mangiare comunque perché la base era totalmente bruciata…. La cosa che però più complica tutto è che alla domanda della cameriera ( che vede la pizza bruciata sotto sopra nel piatto ) se fosse andata bene, rispondo “mah veramente la mia pizza era totalmente bruciata” , nessuna scusa, niente di niente! Un sorrisino, chiede se vogliamo limoncello ride e se ne va con i piatti. chiediamo il conto, paghiamo tutto per intero… sarà che non gli è importato, avranno pensato: tanto sono turisti e non torneranno comunque, bhe spero che in molti leggano questa recensione.

26/04/2025: La valutazione TERRIBILE la do' sul fatto che una pizzeria con una certa nomina non può presentarti una PIZZA BRUCIATA. Il personale inesperto. Mi dispiace dirlo ma se un cameriere ritira una pizza BRUCIATA e nemmeno si presta nel rimediare il problema allora stiamo parlando di un locale solo TURISTICO. Consiglio da ITALIANO aumentate la qualità dei prodotti e non solo dei prezzi.

25/04/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo perché non ho potuto assaggiarlo. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per cena, arrivati all'orario previsto, abbiamo trovato il locale strapieno, ci siamo rivolti ad un cameriere che in evidente imbarazzo ci ha indirizzati al gestore, il quale in modo molto sbrigativo ci ha chiesto di aspettare che ci avrebbe dato il tavolo appena se ne fosse liberato uno... ?? Ma che modi sono? Se pensi di non poter assicurare un tavolo non accetti prenotazioni. Se il cliente pensa di avere un tavolo riservato è evidente che non deve poi trovarsi fuori dal locale in piedi ad aspettare, altrimenti che senso ha prenotare? Nessun rispetto per il cliente Siamo andati a mangiare nel locale vicino, abbiamo mangiato bene e siamo stati serviti subito

20/07/2025: We ordered water and a few drinks, but after waiting for around 30 minutes, nothing was served—not even the water. We had to call the waiter ourselves, and at that point, we decided to cancel our order and leave. Very disappointing experience. Definitely won’t be coming back.

30/07/2025: I was incredulous at the attitude of the waitress who "welcomed" us. As soon as we arrived, she already seemed annoyed by our presence, as if working were a personal favor she was doing us. No smile, no courtesy, just huffs and bored looks. We asked about the menu and where we could sit, and she answered in monosyllables, as if every word were a burden. Zero professionalism, zero enthusiasm, zero desire to work. I understand that we all have bad days, but here it seemed like a lifestyle choice. If she doesn't like this job, it's time for a change, because her attitude completely ruins the customer experience. With staff like that, even the best restaurant in the world would lose points.

13/05/2025: La vue est magnifique. Par contre un risotto servi tiède avec UNE crevette à 20 euros c'est clairement exagéré ! Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

20/05/2025: Accueil à revoir et aucun effort pour comprendre. Les plats arrivent avec 10 min d'intervalle donc pour manger ensemble cela est un peu compliqué. De plus, pas beaucoup de saveur, les langoustines a peine cuite, le thon fade et les plats relativement gras. Sans parler du café servi dans un gobelet en plastique, que dire de plus. Et au moment de partir très difficile de dire au revoir. A fuir, vraiment déçu

01/09/2025: Agreed with the "scammy" vibe reviews, they charge 4 euro pp for "bread, silverware, etc". We argued with the staff and manager but were not able to fully remove the charge. Food isn't bad, but go somewhere else instead. If I spoke Italian I wouldn't put up with this sh*t.
