13/09/2025: Everything about our experience at l'Orangerie was excellent! The ambiance begins as you approach the restaurant through the the pool area warmly illuminated with candles. We are reminded of the deep history of this special place as we pass by a small section of exposed ancient Roman ruins upon which the Hotel was built. The restaurant staff was highly professional, kind and very attentive. Equally high praise to the Chef and the entire kitchen team for the preparation and presentation of a fantastic culinary experience that pleased us on every level. Grazie mille l'Orangerie!!

30/08/2025: The food was mediocre at best! Service was really bad! We got the vegetarian pasta which was slightly undercooked and the fish with potatoes which was tasting ok but a little chewy. The overall service was horrible! We had 3 different servers asking us for food and each of them had no idea what we had ordered so it was a chaos. It showered last night which is not their fault and to be be fair they moved us to a covered space but only after insisting a few times. There was light flickering on the side which spoilt the whole "vibe" of the "fancy" restaurant. The complimentary bread which we got felt "stale" and "chewy". I would expect to get fresh warm bread when I am paying so much price for the food. They seem to make the food and experience so "pricey" but the experience which they offer in return is terrible! Would not recommend again.

03/07/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante e ho provato gli agnolotti: semplicemente spettacolari. La pasta fresca, il ripieno saporito e il condimento perfettamente bilanciato hanno reso il piatto indimenticabile. Servizio cordiale e atmosfera accogliente. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre specialità del menu.

02/07/2025: Un posto magico, una veduta spettacolare a due passi dal centro di Sorrento, una cena incredibile con prodotti di altissima qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

31/07/2025: We visited Ristorante O’ Pignattello for an aperitif last weekend. The hospitality is sublime, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The staff, from the maître to the commis waiters, is attentive, professional, and kind, making sure you are well taken care of at all times. The venue is meticulously curated down to the finest details. From handcrafted tables to unique ceramic centerpieces, it’s clear that the aim was to create a welcoming space rich in artisanal references to Ischia and the Campania region. The food was the cherry on top. From the amuse-bouches prepared by the chef, to the bread basket and the final sweet pastries, every element was delightful. A special mention goes to the rabbit braciola, a delicious recipe and a creative take on the traditional Ischian rabbit dish truly outstanding. We absolutely recommend this restaurant. Rowena

25/03/2025: We had lunch here in Sept 2022. I’m mostly writing a review on behalf of my husband who ordered Pizza Caprese. I’m his words, “I have never had a pizza like this. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I cannot get that pizza out of my head. I would go back to Capris just for that Pizza.” Being used to seeing below average tourist spots in New York City, we were biased that this restaurant would have mediocre overprice tourist food. To our surprise, the food was amazing. I had risotto which was fantastic but the Pizza Caprese was the winner: fresh dough, mozzarella, and tomato. Simple Beauty.

28/07/2025: Nel 2014 abbiamo scelto questa fantastica location per il nostro matrimonio. Da allora, ogni volta che riusciamo, ritorniamo e restiamo senza parole per la continua evoluzione della struttura e dei piatti proposti. La bellezza e l 'eleganza del posto, la qualità del cibo e la classe di tutto il personale, invece, restano sempre ai massimi livelli, impareggiabili. Al Chiar di Luna è semplicemente il top!!!

27/07/2025: Struttura bellissima con una vista spettacolare. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Buona la colazione. Eccellente il personale, gentilissimo ed attento al cliente. Sicuramente consigliato!

14/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante x un ricevimento : mancavo da un po' e sono restato sbalordito dal servizio e dal cibo perfettamente preparato e buonissimo ,innaffiato con dell'ottimo lacrima cristi del Vesuvio : COMPLIMENTI , da ritornarci sicuramente !

04/07/2025: Ho mangiato una ottima pizza , la pasta leggera un po’ diversa da quella classica napooma molto buona e soprattutto ottimi ingredienti. Alla fine cheesecake fantastico

16/07/2025: È un locale storico di Ischia da visitare assolutamente perché si cucina senza trucchi e si mangia genuino. Ti accolgono con la cucina tipica ischitana w non ti svuotano il portafoglio. Gente gentile e professionale. Andateci

11/07/2025: Une salade de la mer vendue pour deux personnes mais en réalité pour 1 personne vue la quantité minime. Peu diversifée dans son contenu, préparée de manière superficielle sans réel goût… ou assaisonnement, salade insipide. Et le pire tiramisu jamais mangé de ma vie, 😡 mouligasse et imbibé d’eau. Et on est ressortis en ayant faim ! Pour 47€… par contre les clients italiens semblaient bénéficier d’un traitement de régime et de faveur différent : assiettes copieuses. Bref un resto qui se moque des touristes. A éviter !
