08/06/2025: Posto magnifico, unico!!! È il nostro posto preferito dove si coniuga ottimo cibo in un’atmosfera magica, Luca il proprietario e tutto lo staff sono attenti e gentili con tutti i clienti ti coccolano con la loro squisita cucina e con la massima dedizione. Consiglio tutti questa esperienza unica !!!

07/06/2025: The octopus salad with potatoes was boring. The potatoes were overcooked, the salad within was from the supermarket, the octopus fresh but the entire meal was unambiguous prepared and not tasteful. The mixed salad was so boring too. It looked and tasted like something from a bad school kitchen. It came without vinaigrette, the fennels were cut out in big chunks, tomatoes without taste and again the salad within was from the supermarket. The vinegar at the table was too sweet and within a plastic bottle - guess from where. We weren’t served bread - and not even to the salad - only when I asked for it. One slide was even dry.

08/09/2025: If I could give a negative review I would. The food was terrible, the service was downright unfriendly, definitely not worth 20 euros - we have given our review to our travel agent as well

05/09/2025: We had pasta and lasagna, it was really delicious, and the service was absolutely fine. I can't confirm the negative reviews! Great.

19/08/2025: Very expensive, I strongly advise against it. A €30 first course is unpayable. They don't accept cards.

06/08/2025: La Ripetta will remain in our hearts. It was exactly what we wanted. It's not luxurious, it's modest, but with soul, clean, and the sea view is superb. You could move there. For us it was also a meaningful vacation, but the staff there and Toni together with his family made us feel at home, safe and protected. For us it was ideal, you have connections with the train, bus and Fery. It depends on you how you organize yourself and what experience you want! We wanted to discover everything on foot, to fit in the budget and to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We succeeded and we had an excellent week! Always informed, recommendations and when we needed them, they were there (including a small problem with the car) or short trips left and right. You absolutely have to eat at their restaurant. The food is superb. Top 3 best food from all 4-5 locations seen from Naples to Capri and Amalfi. At Ripetta and Toni I hope to see you again one day. Thank you! Highly recommend!

03/08/2025: We arrived to a very warm welcome by Carmella & Salvatori (Manager/owner) & their service was second to none throughout our stay, including taking us to the station on occasion when too hot to walk. We had a drink on the terrace off the restaurant, which had the most spectacular view over the beaches, marina & restaurants. Though hotel & room was basic, it was definitely clean & tidy with fresh linen & fresh towels daily.We were thrilled to find we had a small balcony with the same spectacular view as the terrace, on which we enjoyed a drink & amazing sunsets daily. We would highly recommend based on service & location which features an elevator just a short walk away that takes you down the cliff & up for two Euro each way - to public & private beaches, restaurants & access to ferry's. We also loved it was just out of the tourist center with a beautiful village feel & lots of lovely locals. We will definitely be back! Trevor Kougias & Coleen Bowen Australia

13/08/2025: Sea bream, 1.3 kg, for 2, delicious (waited about 45 minutes) + 1 dish with old vegetables: carrots, zucchini, escarole, and old potatoes (not fresh) + 1 bottle of water and 1 small bottle of Coca-Cola Zero... on the stony beach, 2 lounge chairs (from the 1970s) very close to each other, with a vintage umbrella. Average prices = €287.00 (without coffee) "Di cui Spiaggia" = €111.00

28/07/2025: Traditional beach club in Marina Piccola. Delicious watermelon cocktails with sun lounger service. Delicious, high-quality traditional dishes. A family atmosphere and a friendly manager. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, so we didn't spend much time on the beach...

10/08/2025: Gran ubicación en el puerto y la comida era excelente. Linguine Mustafa era muy bueno y muy lleno. Puede ser cálido cuando se pone el sol, así que mejor comer tarde

09/08/2025: Una vera delusione a livello professionale. Siamo stati in questo ristorante con amici in occasione delle vacanze. Chiediamo un antipasto misto da dividere per scoprire che sul conto anziché addebitare il costo dell’ antipasto, ci hanno fatto pagare il prezzo di ogni singolo piatto che ci è stato servito (piatto ovviamente scelto da loro e standard per tutti i tavoli). Lo ritengo una vera scorrettezza anche perché una commensale era in attesa e lo abbiamo fatto presente e quindi alcune cose non ha potuto mangiarle. Abbiamo praticamente pagato 10 portate di antipasto ma quello che ci ha più stupito è che per sbaglio abbiamo lasciato in conto 14 euro in più senza accorgercene e non solo non è stato fatto il gesto di darci il resto, ma il giorno dopo quando siamo andati a farlo notare ce ne sono stati restituiti solo 11. Ovviamente non è per i 3 euro ma per la mancanza di correttezza e professionalità. Davvero bisogna stare attenti a tutto perché cercano in qualche modo di approfittarne. Una vera delusione.

05/09/2025: We stopped here because they offered parking for Pompeii. The parking is free if you eat there so we decided to give it a go. The pizzas were really tasty and the service was good, even though they were busy with tour parties.

25/08/2025: Stopped by while waiting for the ferry at the port. I ordered calamari and lemon sorbet. The calamari was delicious, but the lemon sorbet was, well... out of all the places I've eaten while staying in Positano, this was the worst. It was very greasy and expensive. I recommend just having the calamari and draft beer.

21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

05/07/2025: Dopo anni di fedeltà, tornare all’Antica Osteria Pisano è stato come rientrare in una casa dove nulla è più al suo posto. Un tempo rifugio di sapori più o meno autentici a prezzi accettabili, oggi sembra aver perso l’anima. Il cibo, pur ancora accettabile, ha smarrito quella magia fatta di materie prime semplici cucinate con rispetto per la tradizione. Ma è il servizio ad aver subito un tracollo che lascia senza parole. All’ingresso, una donna dai capelli neri, visibilmente estranea alla cultura dell’ospitalità napoletana, ci ha accolto con modi freddi e quasi ostili. Da lì in poi, una sequenza crescente di scortesie ha guastato irrimediabilmente la serata. sguardi infastiditi, risposte brusche, un’aria di fretta e malumore che ci ha fatti sentire fuori posto, indesiderati. Al punto da rinunciare persino al dolce e al caffè, nella speranza di poter andar via il prima possibile e liberarci dal disagio. È triste vedere un luogo tanto amato trasformarsi in un’esperienza da dimenticare.

04/07/2025: Ottima scelta di piatti di pesce. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva (ci siamo tornati due volte), ma abbiamo visto altra gente insoddisfatta, Il servizio la scia a desiderare quando non c'è la padrona anziana.

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

02/09/2025: It's a lovely beach, very welcoming staff, and easy to reserve sunbeds. The food at the restaurant is very good.

26/08/2025: What can I say... the basin itself is beautiful, and the lido would be a great service if the owner knew what it takes to run a tourist site and knew how to make a living. Rude, venal, and with the attitude of a local lord. The first time I went, I was aware of the cost (2 loungers + 1 umbrella with shuttle €54)... and so far, so good. Three of us returned a few days later because the basin is indeed worth it, but once we got down there, the sea was too deep for swimming (in fact, the red flag was clearly visible); so we reluctantly decided to leave, and the three of us asked for the courtesy of the shuttle to take us back to the road. Well, the owner demanded payment for the shuttle, €12 for three people. My question is simple: in your opinion, "pseudo-entrepreneur", who would want to go down that difficult path with their family and bags (carrying cash) if you don't provide a shuttle service??? Look around, your colleagues (with similar sites) elsewhere know how to do tourism business..... THIEF MANAGEMENT THAT IS NOT GOOD FOR OUR TOURISM!!!!

01/05/2025: Ristorante pessimo!!! Camerieri scostumati, titolare pessimo, veloce per sedersi ma poi lunghissima attesa una volta seduti. Cibo scadente ma cosa peggiore, alla fine sullo scontrino prezzi lievitati rispetto al menu. Una vergogna, un ristorante da sequestro ( non esagero), non consigliato.

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo per il primo di maggio. Abbiamo ordinato 2 spaghetti a vongole e delle trofie con frutti di mare. Piatti insipidi, per non parlare dello spaghetto a vongole, pareva pasta scaldata senza essere insaporito dal pesce, alla stessa guisa delle vongole che parevano un prodotto decongelato. Pessima esperienza non ci ritorneremo più da evitare

25/08/2025: Disappointing! Extremely high prices! Poor staff. We ordered a pasta Bolognese, 3 pizzas, 2 bottles of water, and a beer for 71 euros (some pizza toppings were even 35 euros, absurd!) and that's not all! The best part is yet to come: They sell pizza by the centimeter!! The bigger it is, the more expensive, obviously! We definitely won't be back! I don't recommend it! P.S.: The pizza left much to be desired.
