05/09/2025: I found a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, a beautiful sea view, spectacular sunset, we ate very well, many dishes to choose from, my rating is definitely 100 stars!, highly recommended, TOP

27/07/2025: Extremely long waits for appetizers and pizzas, despite reservations and their punctual arrival as requested. A small and disorganized staff penalizes a restaurant with a pleasant sea-view terrace and good local produce.

08/06/2025: This was a spot I would describe as a complete tourist trap- No locals and very misleading reviews. The pizza was mediocre- not neopolitan Or Roman and very bland. Crust and sauce were sub par. Gnocchi Sorentina Was fine and the eggplant Parmesan was very greasy - possibly jarred eggplant smothered in cheese/oil. The limoncello spritz was also not drinkable. My review would have been more favorable had the service been slightly good- it was not. Do not fall for the good reviews here- try somewhere else in Sorrento.

26/08/2025: Eating traditional dishes, whether sitting or standing, is a fabulous experience. The doughnuts are light, even though they're fried, with sugar and lots of toppings. The staff is friendly, but the wait to be seated is obviously long.

01/07/2025: Beautiful view on a beautiful location. Restaurant looks very neat. Only the reception was very disappointing. You were not welcomed. They even seemed surprised that we were there and when we sat down the staff was clearly talking about us and looking at us. Food was meager and the meat we ordered was almost only fat and not tender. Too bad for that price!

22/07/2025: Entramos despretensiosamente no restaurante e nos surpreendemos com um serviço excelente e uma comida maravilhosa. O dono nos recebeu muito bem e deu recomendações sobre o que pedir. Tudo estava extremamente fresco e delicioso. Recomendo a massa com frutos do mar e a torta de ricota de búfalo com pera. Nunca tínhamos comido nada igual. Parada obrigatória em Pompeia! Vale muito a vista!

23/02/2025: Un’esperienza di mare da ripetere. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare all’Officina Zio Pesce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! L’atmosfera è accogliente e il servizio cordiale, ma il vero protagonista è il pesce, freschissimo e cucinato benissimo. Abbiamo iniziato con un cuoppo di fritto di mare croccante e asciutto, un perfetto equilibrio di sapori e leggerezza. Poi abbiamo assaporato un delizioso fusillo con ragù di dentice, un primo piatto avvolgente e ricco di gusto. Infine, il dentice alla siciliana ha chiuso in bellezza la serata: un piatto saporito, ben bilanciato nei suoi ingredienti mediterranei. Un ristorante assolutamente consigliato per chi ama il pesce e cerca qualità e passione in cucina ad un prezzo adeguato. Tornerò sicuramente!

20/02/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile all’Officina Zio Pesce a Caserta! Durante la nostra gita alla Reggia di Caserta, io e i miei compagni di classe abbiamo deciso di pranzare all’Officina Zio Pesce, ed è stata una scelta più che azzeccata! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande calore e gentilezza. La signora, con una disponibilità rara, ci ha aiutati a creare un menù personalizzato in base al nostro budget di 20 euro, riuscendo persino a farci risparmiare qualcosa. I piatti erano semplicemente deliziosi: pesce freschissimo, cucinato alla perfezione, con sapori autentici che raccontano tutta la tradizione locale. Le porzioni abbondanti e la cura nella presentazione hanno reso il pasto ancora più speciale. L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente e familiare, il servizio rapido ed efficiente, perfetto per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. È stato evidente quanto amore e passione vengano messi ogni giorno nel lavoro, facendoci sentire a casa anche lontano da casa. Consigliamo vivamente Officina Zio Pesce a chiunque passi per Caserta, sia per un pranzo veloce che per un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente!

23/08/2025: We stopped for lunch on Saturday. The atmosphere was a normal trattoria. The service was good, with reasonable wait times; we ate within an hour. I must say, I enjoyed the food; the mussels were good, and I especially appreciated the seafood casserole, which was truly tasty. If you want to spend less than the average in Amalfi, I recommend trying them. Spaghetti a vongola is €16, and I think it's the only one in Amalfi. Congratulations!

20/08/2025: Fantastic views and wonderful food, let down badly by very slow drinks service and exceptionally poor bill organisation. Took over an hour to sort out our bill.
