08/06/2025: This was a spot I would describe as a complete tourist trap- No locals and very misleading reviews. The pizza was mediocre- not neopolitan Or Roman and very bland. Crust and sauce were sub par. Gnocchi Sorentina Was fine and the eggplant Parmesan was very greasy - possibly jarred eggplant smothered in cheese/oil. The limoncello spritz was also not drinkable. My review would have been more favorable had the service been slightly good- it was not. Do not fall for the good reviews here- try somewhere else in Sorrento.

31/05/2025: Non ci ritorneremo sicuramente per il titolare/cameriere che crede di essere simpatico ma simpatico alla fine non lo è per niente, un buon pranzo ma non viene compensato con la sua presenza. Credo che se non ha più voglia di stare a contatto con le persone faccia qualche altro mestiere. Per quanto riguarda il conto è stata una bella sorpresa dato che il menù alla carta non esiste. 02/06/2025: Ben 2 serate trascorse in questo splendido locale nella centrale santa maria di castellabate. Cucina gourmet, con utilizzo di prodotti locali, ben preparati e presentati. Il locale offre anche piatti più veloci come il cuoppo di frittura di pesce, sushi che però non abbiamo assaggiato. Le nostre congratulazioni a Serena e Giuseppe e forza ragazzi.....avanti tutta . 29/05/2025: A must visit get in early to appreciate the views and atmosphere….many weddings are held here everyday sometimes…and it fills up really fast with tourists from China and Japan as a place of history You will need to book a table for an evening meal…I had a brunch which was a slow enjoyable meal

29/05/2025: Friendly staff and food was pretty good but nothing special. What was special was the view and the atmosphere which was worth every penny. Incredible view with Vesuvius in all its glory right in front of you and a panoramic coastal view. Live music and happy people all around!

13/06/2025: Een klein, knus typisch Napolitaans restaurant gelegen vlakbij de haven. Als start namen we de marinata di pesce mista: heerlijke gemarineerde zalm, ansjovis en baars. Vervolgens kwam - o vreugde! - een bord paccheri met vis en tomatensaus. En toen, ja toen sloeg de kok zijn slag: een polpetto naar een 30 jaar oud recept van vader Antonio: een echte smaakbom. Alles overgoten met een witte Falanghina en - ach waarom niet? - als toetje een heerlijk stuk citroentaart. Nog een limoncello van het huis als toemaatje, de avond kon niet meer stuk!

23/02/2025: Un’esperienza di mare da ripetere. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare all’Officina Zio Pesce e ne sono rimasto entusiasta! L’atmosfera è accogliente e il servizio cordiale, ma il vero protagonista è il pesce, freschissimo e cucinato benissimo. Abbiamo iniziato con un cuoppo di fritto di mare croccante e asciutto, un perfetto equilibrio di sapori e leggerezza. Poi abbiamo assaporato un delizioso fusillo con ragù di dentice, un primo piatto avvolgente e ricco di gusto. Infine, il dentice alla siciliana ha chiuso in bellezza la serata: un piatto saporito, ben bilanciato nei suoi ingredienti mediterranei. Un ristorante assolutamente consigliato per chi ama il pesce e cerca qualità e passione in cucina ad un prezzo adeguato. Tornerò sicuramente!

20/02/2025: Un’esperienza indimenticabile all’Officina Zio Pesce a Caserta! Durante la nostra gita alla Reggia di Caserta, io e i miei compagni di classe abbiamo deciso di pranzare all’Officina Zio Pesce, ed è stata una scelta più che azzeccata! Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande calore e gentilezza. La signora, con una disponibilità rara, ci ha aiutati a creare un menù personalizzato in base al nostro budget di 20 euro, riuscendo persino a farci risparmiare qualcosa. I piatti erano semplicemente deliziosi: pesce freschissimo, cucinato alla perfezione, con sapori autentici che raccontano tutta la tradizione locale. Le porzioni abbondanti e la cura nella presentazione hanno reso il pasto ancora più speciale. L’atmosfera del locale è accogliente e familiare, il servizio rapido ed efficiente, perfetto per un gruppo numeroso come il nostro. È stato evidente quanto amore e passione vengano messi ogni giorno nel lavoro, facendoci sentire a casa anche lontano da casa. Consigliamo vivamente Officina Zio Pesce a chiunque passi per Caserta, sia per un pranzo veloce che per un’esperienza gastronomica autentica e indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore per l’ospitalità, torneremo sicuramente!

09/06/2025: A hidden gem restaurant in Marina del Cantone. 5 stars all around. The owner Franco treated us like family. It was a wonderful experience. The food, atmosphere, location, view, and service are all amazing. If you are in the area or traveling by boat stop by for lunch and relax on the private beach just down the steps from the restaurant.

05/05/2025: Excellent lunch! Ten of us stopped during a boat tour and were treated to a delicacy of amazing food! Service was outstanding. We had so much fun. Try the ravioli…it’s the best!
