O Guarracino In Centola

I visited this restaurant during my stay in Palinuro, and overall, the experience was positive. The fish I ate was excellent, and some dishes were prepared with truly fresh ingredients. In my opinion, however, the menu could be a bit more extensive, especially for the pasta dishes. I also noticed several items marked as frozen: nothing negative in itself, but it would be nice to see an even broader selection of fresh fish. Regarding the service, almost all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was one waiter who was rather rude, while everyone else was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would gladly return.

O'Guarracin, a name you can trust. Spectacular location, dining with the sea in front, excellent food, and impeccable service. Special mention for the waiter Gaetano, a delightful person and an excellent worker. He recommended everything to us, and we left more than satisfied.

We always return to a place where we enjoy ourselves! I visited this restaurant for lunch and returned for dinner another day to try other dishes. For lunch, I had the dish of the day: pacchero with octopus ragù (very popular) and fried calamari, and for dessert, a tiramisu, finally without cream, excellent. For dinner, I opted for the prosciutto, expertly crafted with balanced and delicious combinations, very enjoyable: spaghetti with lupini beans and the inevitable fried fish. Everything was good, the atmosphere was pleasant, the service was quick, the staff were friendly—in short, 10+. Highly recommended!

Everything was delicious and fresh, with friendly and professional service. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location was excellent. I'm not rating the rooms because we didn't stay there.

Beautiful dinner overlooking the sea, following the chef's suggestions for the daily specials. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare and pasta with purple cabbage were delicious. The grilled fish and anchovies were also delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. An experience I'd definitely repeat.

We had lunch here on a weekday. The meal was excellent: a simple menu with quality ingredients. The view adds an extra touch.

You go to "ò Guarracino," you eat, you sleep, and you return. Massimo, Nicola, and the entire staff (whom I thank individually) work hard, starting early in the morning with breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, to make you feel welcome and important. Cleanliness, kindness, and excellent cuisine make this seaside spot a destination worth experiencing. After a visit about seven years ago, we returned again this year and were not disappointed: the facility has been improved and, if possible, so has the hospitality, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner served under the shade of majestic mulberry trees. My favorite dishes: all of them, but especially the eggplant Palinurese-style, the friselle, the spaghetti (with clams and Guarracino-style), the fried fish, and the seaweed fritters. I'm talking about the restaurant where I had dinner. Excellent local cuisine with a very talented chef. All my guests enjoyed their dishes. The raw fish platter was delicious. The wine selection for the evening was also excellent, and all this just a meter from the beach in front of the Port of Palinuro. Everyone was excellent, including the staff, of course.

Friendly and courteous staff. Fantastic location for tranquility and views. We ate well and in line with local prices. The raw fish appetizer was excellent. We'll definitely be back.
