07/12/2025: I went there for work at lunchtime; it was self-service. Nevertheless, the dishes were interesting. It should also be said that Naples has a certain culinary tradition and the food is generally good. Internal parking with valet parking to ensure a spot for customers.

27/11/2025: I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Mandetta. My room was very spacious and clean. Very qualitative products all over. The breakfast was tasty, containing croissants, eggs, bufala yogurt and fruits. ❤️The whole staff was kind and helpful in every situation I requested. I highly recommend this hotel to all guests, full season summer or winter business. 🥰 grazie!

21/10/2025: I didn't have the pleasure of staying here, but I had the privilege of dining there. I was greeted warmly and with great professionalism. The fish is top-quality; among the appetizers, the one that most impressed me was the restaurant's own tuna in oil, accompanied by Tropea onions—a perfect harmony of flavors. I then enjoyed spaghetti with clams and razor clams, perfect in their simplicity. To finish, large fried and roasted red mullet: a perfect display of the aromas of the sea.

25/11/2025: I've eaten here three times now, and the food is excellent. However, the staff is sometimes so overwhelming that it becomes uncomfortable.

Prodotti di grande freschezza e qualità, naturalmente ben cucinati ci hanno fatto davvero sognare. Un ricco antipasto ben illustrato, e un buonissimo riso ai frutti di mare. Locale super consigliato

21/05/2025: Este restaurante era un gran lugar para cenar. Desde la cálida hospitalidad de Nino hasta los aperitivos más deliciosos que comerá, no puede equivocarse en Pane E Vino's. El pulpo antipasto era el mejor... no masticable y en un delicioso vinagre. Los músculos y la clase no eran masticables y con el pan mojado en el caldo, no puedes equivocarte con ninguno de los platos. La berenjena era tan buena que anhelábamos más. No había mejor brushetta ya que los tomates eran los mejores que he probado. Para colmo con Lemoncello que no era demasiado dulce y no se puede obtener una mejor manera de complacer a su paleta.

11/10/2025: The fried fish without asterisks piqued my interest, and the fish was indeed very fresh. The sautéed escarole with Taggiasca olives, capers, and pine nuts was less interesting, as it was too oily. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the owner was truly kind to open a bottle of rosé for me, offering me a very good glass. The atmosphere was welcoming, with nice background music despite the side cover.

03/12/2025: We have been frequenting this place for 13 years and I have seen all sorts of things. While the pizzas and food were good, they later changed staff and the dishes were no longer efficient. It always happened that I felt sick at night with vomiting and stomach aches. Despite everything, they always came back but always the same. In fact, they do not know how to welcome customers kindly, always grumpy and acidic and presumptuous. It happened that we did not go for a month, they barely said good evening to you for no absurd reason. They do not know how to manage a restaurant and do not take responsibility if they make mistakes. Pizzas are always burnt or raw, or the sauce is sour, and the products are poor quality. Or the mussels are always dirty and poorly cleaned. I've always made the mistake clear, always politely, but always repeatedly. I've read reviews, but they're all for the same reason. I'm sorry, but please know how to value those who are professionally worthy, and especially the customer who has been coming here for years or just recently. I'll never set foot here again. I'm disappointed with everything. It's not necessary to have a full dining room, but you do need to have clarity on your face and kindness.

31/10/2025: If you're in the area, stop by to try the seafood spaghetti or the pasta e fagioli with mussels, featuring the characteristic Controne beans. For the main course, the always fresh fried mixed seafood. In the summer, finish with Evelin's homemade gelato. And to finish, a glass of melannurco! If you sit outside, you'll enjoy a fantastic sea view of Arena Bay and Punta Licosa. All without spending too much.

17/09/2025: I had a 5-star review from 7 years ago, but I have to change it. I went for dinner on a Sunday to eat something good, like seafood. We had an appetizer, and some of the food tasted like detergent, so it definitely wasn't good. The only things that stood out were the octopus and the salmon, although you could tell it had been open for a while, but at least it was good. The pasta was acceptable but nothing incredible. Two appetizers, three first courses, a Pepsi, and 0.5L of wine (an opened bottle that had been used to fill glasses in the past and cost 15 euros) totaled 100 euros. Too much. I won't be returning.

16/09/2025: A restaurant located on the Salerno coast (the road that runs along the sea from Salerno to Battipaglia). The restaurant is family-run and offers excellent seafood dishes. The location could be improved, but considering the overall context of the area, it's more than good. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

07/10/2025: As a beach resort, they offer an original offering with large, comfortable seating. Restaurant: There's little to say. The choice of ingredients is reflected in the quality of the dishes. An excellent choice both in Maronti and as a restaurant in general. Truly superb.

15/10/2025: My girlfriend and I visited this restaurant in the magical Marina del Cantone in Nerano. The lunch was delicious, undoubtedly one of the best on the Sorrento Peninsula. Giovanna, as was all the restaurant staff, was incredibly kind. We truly felt at home, and the view was spectacular! We were just steps from the sea, kissed by the sun, and pampered with good food and great company!

21/09/2025: After being there a few years ago, we barely managed to speak to someone to make a reservation. Absolutely true, the staff was friendly and the location was beautiful. However, we ordered an appetizer consisting of two marinated anchovies, a slice of tuna and a slice of swordfish, an anchovy meatball, and two grams of octopus on a half potato cake... €18, okay... Catch of the day? A dolphin fish of about 300 grams for the modest sum of €40, and that's also fine (they cost no more than €12 per kg) retail. I ordered a peppered mussel... dry, overcooked, tiny, and rubbery... €13. I don't like to cause controversy in restaurants; I'm a chef and I teach at a hotel school... The customer must be respected. Certain "stuff" should NOT be brought to the table. A plate of mussels costs nothing; if you make a mistake, it can happen. But DON'T BRING IT to the table! No arguments, I simply won't be coming back!
