26/01/2025: Pranzare sul trabocco e’ un’esperienza meravigliosa. Pranzare sul trabocco Teimalcione lo è ancora di più! Tutto curato nel minimo dettaglio. Cortesia, pulizia, dedizione e ospitalità. Tutto squisito dagli antipasti, tanti e ottimi, al primo, al secondo e al dolce. Tutto cucinato magistralmente. Un plauso al proprietario : cortese, gentile e simpaticissimo…rende il pranzo una vera festa! Bisogna prenotare ! Ma davvero super consigliato!!! Regalatevi questa esperienza indimenticabile!

11/12/2024: Mamma Emilia ha fatto la spesa del pescato del giorno e Mario il marito ci ha servito a tavola un po’ sbadato ma perfetto nel fare una bella coppia un pranzo che non è stato solo mangiare ma appagare la vista e la testa un grazie infinito per un pranzo eccellente e una giornata ineguagliabile il pagato ?nulla per quanto hanno fatto tutti e due per noi

10/11/2024: Unfortunately, after this experience, I can say that I have definitively put an end to what for years was a fixed appointment for me at Cavalluccio. Every summer it was a tradition to go and eat there, but this year, due to what happened, I won't be going back again. Last August, I went to lunch with my few month old baby. Once seated at the table, we ordered a fish first course. While I had my son in my arms, the dish, very hot, arrived and he, for a moment, put his hand inside, burning his finger. In a panic, I jumped up to protect him, and in the process the plate fell to the floor. I immediately took my son to the bathroom, who was crying desperately from fear. Upon my return to the table, I expected to find a more attentive situation and at least an apology or intervention from the staff. Instead, I found nothing. No one approached me to ask if anything had happened or to offer to fix the situation. When the waiters came to collect the dishes, they did so without even cleaning or making the slightest gesture of attention, as if nothing had happened. I was really disappointed by the behavior of the staff and, unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will never return. It's a real shame, because for many years it was a place I loved, but this time it was too much.

24/02/2025: Yesterday I was for the first time in this restaurant in front of the promenade overlooking the sea of ​​Ortona. The service was attentive and present, the waiters in the room were very kind and professional. The menu was a surprise. Abundant and superb starter. The grilled fish is among the best I've eaten in recent times. Fair price and warm and welcoming environment. Highly recommended!

29/09/2024: locale piccolo ma funzionale , in una zona antica di Guardiagrele. Cameriere gentile, ma proprietario leggermente ansioso , che ogni tanto non si rivolgeva cortesemente ai clienti , cucina buona , in qualche antipasto c’era un leggero sentore di umido … forse dovuto al locale stesso che è , come già detto in un luogo che sembrerebbe scavato nella roccia. Lodevoli le quantità , qualche colpo di genio nei caldi , che avevano una marcia in più . Piccola critica : gli abbinamenti per contrasto. Le idee sono ottime, ma mai si usi un topping ai frutti di bosco che si usa nella panna cotta come “marmellata ai frutti di bosco” il rischio di rovinare le buone intenzioni è altissimo ! Il contrasto deve contenere acidità e non dolcezza zuccherina ! Comunque, tornerò per provare altri piatti , e per dare 5 stelle! Ps dolci un po’ debolucci… sono sicuro che possono fare molto di più

22/02/2025: A restaurant in the center of Ortona that boasts an enviable sea view. We were pleasantly welcomed and accompanied to the table. The mise en plase was essential and sober. I was impressed by the dishes we tasted, which did not cover the flavor of the fish but rather enhanced it. For the second course, a portion of skate as a gift rating a nice 10. The chef combined oriental flavors with local flavors and the presentation was enviable. I highly recommend this restaurant.
