22/03/2024: During a weekend at the seaside I had the opportunity to get to know this fantastic fish restaurant. Together with my partner we tasted the great variety of starters in which the various types of raw fish were excellently combined with different types of fruit, giving an exotic and original touch to the dishes. The first one, the rock guitar, was also really excellent. For the last dish we chose the brodetto...excellent The staff was always very kind throughout the dinner and attentive to every need. The place is beautiful especially at sunset before dinner. Super recommended!!

01/04/2024: Experience below expectations. Long wait between the starter and the first course (50 minutes) for an average quality of food. For 2 people for an appetizer and 2 seafood guitars and a half liter. of white, we spent 58 euros.

07/04/2024: The ship is only beautiful from the outside. I was there to celebrate my mother's birthday. I didn't like anything from start to finish. We enter and they make us sit, the place is outdoors facing the sea which promises well and is attractive but we immediately discover that no menu can be viewed and consequently we don't know the prices of the products that the waiters say verbally. Let's specify that it is not a trattoria but a restaurant, and quite a serious one too, from how it presents itself, so not having a menu did not reflect the context. We choose the products by intuition while the waiter lists them without unfortunately knowing what was inside since it was not specified. Decent appetizers, first courses without any pretense and we have the second courses eliminated as they are already quite disappointed. We stopped elsewhere for a dessert and coffee which settled our mood and our mouths. I wouldn't return nor recommend it unless you want to try your luck.

05/04/2024: Nice location Good service also considering the other number of customers. But the food and the bill were from another type of location. Spaghetti with tasteless clams. The fruit was cold And the bill was exaggerated considering that the children did not eat fish. I expected a different type of treatment given the number of people assured at the restaurant. I took responsibility and paid for it. Disappointed

05/04/2024: all very good shame about the spaghetti, requested without parsley due to allergy problems, which had no flavor (basically two unseasoned clams thrown on the drained spaghetti)

02/03/2024: Il miglior ristorante di Vasto. Qualità delle portate, servizio impeccabile e profondità della carta vini. Andando in ordine, i piatti meritano attenzione, per nulla coperti da orpelli ma diretti, gustosi e freschi, leggeri. Senz’altro un luogo dove star bene e divertirsi con l’intrattenimento di un brav’oste. Sala sincronizzata alla perfezione, pane eccellente e dolcì altrettanto buoni. L’atmosfera vi farà respirare aria di pulizia, sullo sfondo il goccio di vino rimasto. Merita senz’altro una visita.

16/02/2024: Every time it is a special pleasure to eat at Pavone: Great ambience in the old town of Vasto, you can enjoy the location undisturbed with your (business) partner with the best food and discuss topics in peace, attentive, hospitable waiters round off the evening. I always enjoy coming to Pavone!

26/03/2024: Excellent pizza, quality with fresh and good ingredients, crumbly dough, really excellent, we had bruschetta with tomato, hard and burnt cold bread, the tomato was excellent, but the bread really indescribable, I'm sorry because other times everything was good and the friendly staff. but the boy was almost annoyed to serve us! I'm sorry but this really isn't good!

22/03/2024: The fish products used gave the impression of being fresh, what disappointed me were the sauces which seem to have been taken from the jar, heated and added to the dishes. Then honestly three first courses, two starters, a skimpy second course, a quarter of wine, two coffees, a bitter, 127 euros, seems seriously exaggerated to me, despite the sweetness, professionalism and courtesy of those who served us at the table. The Diabolik mussels, I'm not saying they were disgusting but it was close, there wasn't a mussel that wasn't stuck to the shell almost as if to say we've been here for days, dry and dry so I paid for a dish that didn't do you justice. Not recommended.

21/03/2024: The place is very nice and conveys reliability and warmth but it would also be nice to give it a "update" on some things, as I recommend, but very enveloping and pleasant. We took an appetizer of 9 tastings consisting of a cold dish (marinated anchovies, marinated salmon, seafood salad, a fish fillet with excellent Lucanian crusco pepper) then as hot stuffed mussels, a scampi, a stuffed razor clam and tuna Sicilian style. All very tasty, pleasant and I would like to underline the great quality and freshness of the fish. Then we ordered the mussels diabolik, that is, things poached in tomato with chilli, very tasty but the mussels were a little dry and the tomato seemed to have been undercooked... everything would have been better if the mussels had been meatier and perhaps the tastier and cooked sauce. The bread that was offered to us was of great quality and of different types and therefore also pleasant when tasting the different dishes. For first courses we took: the gnocchi with prawns and clams, exceptional, the same thing for the paccheri, prawns, scampi, olives etc. which were also perfect both in flavor and in cooking and then the rigatoni with scampi and prawns and here too the problem is always the sauce was, as if it were undercooked. As for the octopus, it was certainly delicious but we were disappointed because at least two tentacles must be inserted... one tentacle is really small. We also really appreciated the freshly grilled vegetables, the truly courteous and precise service, in short, an excellent restaurant with a little something to fix but we will definitely return.

01/01/2024: Excellent fish restaurant, a stone's throw from the sea in Torino di Sangro (Le Morge area), excellent raw appetizers, amazing spaghetti, good fried food. Excellent value for money. Advised! After 3 years I confirm my excellent opinion of this restaurant, even during the New Year's Eve it lived up to its splendor! The DJ's fault... you can't celebrate New Year's Eve without a countdown, train or at least greetings on the microphone... nothing! An ordinary evening for him..

25/02/2024: I give two stars to be fair... 7 people, 7 rather meager appetizers on a saucer, good tomato ravioli, served as a centerpiece, chicken and potatoes always served as a centerpiece, a taste of another typical second course, 1 jug of house wine 2 bottles of water, 6 coffees, 3 grappas and some squares of tart. All €310…. I keep hoping there was a mistake but if in doubt they won't see us again.

24/02/2024: Dico solo una cosa... 6 adulti e, una bambina... 7 antipasti (anche scarsi di consistenza). 7 secondi (unica pirofila a centro tavola). Qualche verdurina grigliata, ricotta, insalata. 1 brocca di vino Acque 320€

17/09/2023: Cena del sabato sera, professionalità, cortesia e simpatia che non guasta mai. Cibo ottimo porzioni abbondanti. In questo locale anche chi è celiaco può soddisfare il suo palato. Prezzi nella media, sicuramente torneremo quando saremo in zona.

03/09/2023: Una scoperta indimenticabile. Casuale perchè assicura il servizio di ristorazione all'hotel Eden dove ero alloggiato. Ambiente accogliente, staff preparato e molto competente con Luca e Lucia superstar, piatti eccellenti e rapporto qualità-prezzo assicurato. Tempi di attesa minimi, cordialità massima
