But the real journey begins at the table: everything we ordered was simply exquisite. We started the meal with crispy and flavorful bruschetta, then moved on to the first courses, each one more delicious than the last: a rintrocilo with a three-meat ragù, robust and authentic, as per tradition, and a chitarrina with porcini mushrooms and truffle, with an incredible aroma and balance. Of course, we couldn't miss the arrosticini, expertly cooked, tender and juicy, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes. To finish off the meal, we tried the "Nonna Antonietta" pizza: a real surprise, with a light dough and top-quality ingredients that taste like home.
