12/07/2025: Personale cortese, servizio impeccabile, piatti della cucina tipica veronese preparati con cura e con un tocco di innovazione sono gli ingredienti che fanno di questa trattoria un bel posto dove fermarsi a mangiare.L'ambiente è estremamente accogliente, rustico ma tutt'altro che trasandato. Le porizioni abbondanti. Il menù propone numerose specialità veronesi e venete, dal baccalà alla vicentina alla polenta morbida. Chi ama i primi piatti può sbizzarrirsi tra le melanzane pasticciate alla parmigiana con basilico, pomodoro e mozzarella, gli gnocchi di patate con salsa al tartufo nero estivo della Lessinia, la minestra di pasta e fagioli alla veneta con i bigoli, la pancetta e il rosmarino, e molto altro ancora. Io ho provato il risotto mantecato al vino Amarone, cipolla rossa e formaggio ubriaco: ottimo e abbondante!

30/06/2025: We’ve been on Giudecca for a week now and find most restaurants very good. Last night we decided to bypass the canalside tables and opted for Al Redentore. The ambiance is convivial and neighborly, and the food is as good as you’d expect. The standout element of the evening was watching the staff perform as an incredibly well oiled machine. Everyone definitely left satisfied and cheerful as the staff catered to various whims and requests. The view to the canal is amazing as well! It fulfills its promises very well in all aspects and therefore deserves 5s across the board!

09/07/2025: First time there this spring (April), and second time without hesitation, I wanted to return. Excellent selection of ingredients. You can see the research and thoughtfulness behind the dishes. Highly recommended. Excellent wine list.

12/07/2025: Typical restaurant serving traditional Veronese cuisine, a historic and well-maintained venue. The staff was very kind and professional, especially the blonde woman who served us impeccably and professionally, but above all, always smiling. We started with the trio of first courses: the pasta was excellently cooked and the sauces were average. The gnocchi with radicchio and mascarpone were truly delicious and well-made. The second course was the pork cheek cooked at a low temperature with Amarone, perhaps a little undercooked. The heart was so intense that the flavor was evident, the tenderness was good, and the Amarone cream was a bit too thin, so much so that the Amarone flavor was barely discernible. The cod with polenta was too firm for its softness, but the polenta was good. The mixed vegetables were very good and well-cooked. The quality-price ratio was not entirely consistent, perhaps a little too high.

15/07/2025: Booked here as a solo traveller staying in Malcesine for 2 nights. Opted for the 10 course Qcina menu. I wasn't drinking alcohol so the lovely hostess prepared a large glass of a refreshing fruit based drink. Every course was art on a plate and tasted exquisite. There were items I had not tasted before but had every faith in the chef that they would be beautiful. That faith was repaid with wonderful flavours and textures. The bread selection provided with the anchovy butter was again outstanding. The ladies serving made the whole evening an event by explaining all courses and making the experience memorable. They are a credit to the restaurant. The setting, slightly up hill overlooking the lake, perfectly completed what was a memorable evening. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful restaurant to experience some of the finest food you will find. You will not be disappointed.

07/07/2025: We went there for dinner twice during our 10-day vacation. Both times, we took advantage of the opportunity to customize our pizza using a checkbox. It was fun, and the pizza was beyond delicious! The service was consistently super friendly and accommodating, and they were happy to accommodate our broken Italian with a smile. Parking is also available. Since we were there around 6:00 PM both times, we never had a problem finding a space. The restaurant is definitely worth recommending. We thank you very much for the great evenings. Gracie mille! ◡̈

06/07/2025: very good food and service. Good idea to sellected your ingredients on pizza. We liked pizzas, burger and sallads. We did not try pasta. They have pizzas and bread in glutten free version.

15/06/2025: Excellent location immersed in the Valpolicella vineyards, fantastic aperitif and excellent dinner, all with excellent wines on subscription. Very attentive service, never intrusive and very well looked after.

13/06/2025: A true oasis of happiness, being able to eat next to a thousand-year-old olive tree, with a view of the peace of the vineyards is a true rarity... exceptional rosé and recommended Valpolicella Ripasso... high quality food with creative touches... I'll be back
