06/02/2026: We loved the experience. Being located opposite a tourist attraction, I thought it would be a tourist trap, but the restaurant is 32 years old and surprised us. We ate typical regional food: duck and hare, simply wonderful! We also tried the tiramisu, which was the best we've had in Italy so far. The service was pleasant and welcoming.

01/02/2026: I went to this wonderful location. We arrived late, but they still welcomed us kindly. The food is wonderful, fresh ingredients, sublimely cooked. Excellent wines. Excellent experience with the professional and very polite staff. I'll be back soon. ♥️♥️

13/12/2025: I always go there 2 or 3 times in the summer. It's my favorite place, and when I call to make a reservation, the girl even remembers what I've ordered the previous times. The food is truly excellent, both meat and fish, and the view is stunning. I recommend it when it reopens after the winter break because it's worth it.

20/01/2026: Wonderful location in their vineyard (especially in the summer), impeccable service from start to finish. We had the off-menu tartare and the brain as appetizers. They season the tartare on the spot and it's simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The brain is also delicious. The first courses were pappardelle with ragù and fettuccine with sage in a legume soup. Both were truly exceptional. The wine was also excellent. I should add that the price is fair considering the quality and service.

19/12/2025: We just had a great experience dining in Trattoria Valmarana. Both of our servers were really nice and the food was incredible! I wasn’t sure what to order and the pasta recommendation that server gave was so delicious! It was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had 🥹 Would definitely recommend 😊

06/01/2026: the place is at a high level from the food to the employees. because it is not the season and most places are closed we found this place in the center where the waiter greeted us with great respect and we got a seat at the best table. the food is especially tasty from the appetizer to the main course as well as the Prosecco! excellent I highly recommend it to everyone! the waiters are top 1! I will gladly return.

01/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, in my opinion one of the best in Verona. The waiters are friendly, kind, and professional. Every year I go for Christmas dinner with a couple of friends, and we're always incredibly satisfied with their cuisine. I recommend their tartare and the tagliata al tartufo with Monte Veronese cheese. Don't miss the millefeuille dessert, which is simply amazing!

The locals seem to really like it and fairly priced as well as the food was nicely prepared. Would return. Would also recommend a reservation.
