26/06/2026: We are tourists from Spain and we chose this place to eat and it was a very good choice. We had an excellent experience with Giaccomo; he helped us with everything and was very friendly.

15/05/2026: I had a truly wonderful experience at Pizzeria Metropoli. The welcome was fantastic: the staff were kind, smiling, and attentive; I immediately felt at home. As a Neapolitan, I also really appreciated the uniqueness and diversity of the pizzas offered. My partner had a pizza, which I, of course, also tried 😄, and it was truly excellent, with original and very balanced combinations. One thing that really struck me was the presentation of my salad, served in a pizza crust shell: a unique idea, beautiful to look at, and incredibly delicious! My compliments for the creativity and atmosphere; I'll definitely be back!

25/05/2026: I was invited by friends to this quaint restaurant. Excellent meat, nothing to complain about; the quality is truly excellent. The price (perhaps reasonable for the quality) isn't exactly cheap. Recommended for those who can afford it.

03/05/2026: We were looked after by a guy named Andrea, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We sampled a mix of cured meats with giardiniera (pickled vegetables) and then chose three cuts of meat. Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the dining room was well-maintained. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: Totally disappointed, this has nothing to do with food anymore. As a tourist, you're simply being ripped off. If you try to explain yourself in English, they become stubborn and don't speak fluently. A restaurant like this wouldn't have received the slightest award in our country.

07/06/2026: Never ever! We ordered fish that already smelled like it had been lying in the sun for three days. When we sent it back, the waitress said that's how the dish was supposed to be. I've never experienced anything like that anywhere else in Italy. If we had actually eaten it, we probably would have been knocked out for more than just a day.

11/07/2026: I ordered a pizza that arrived burnt and had to send it back. After they forgot about my order for 20 minutes, they brought me an almost raw one. To solve the problem, I ordered a burger, which arrived and I still heard the cow telling me, "I'm raw, don't eat me." Not recommended. In 2026, an 80s atmosphere with 80s dust is just not appropriate.

13/03/2026: A very good restaurant; the prices are reasonable, especially considering the location and the view. Very friendly staff who also speak English and German.

03/03/2026: Parlo served us and we had lovely meal beside the canal with the canal view. It had a lovely romantic and homely feel to the place and all the staff were lovely. The food was very nice and good potion sizes for a reasonable price.

10/06/2026: The service was terrible. I understand it was crowded (Monday evening), but the waiters practically refused to look around. They only went to tables that still had to order, and refused to come to us even though we called them several times—and yes, they clearly saw us. One waiter in particular didn't even wait for us to finish our sentence before immediately leaving. We also had to remind him about our appetizer, the bruschetta, which arrived after we'd already finished our first courses. Absurd. Having to wait almost 20 minutes for the bill, and having to ask two waiters for it, doesn't seem like the best thing to me, considering the bill must be brought to your table, and we missed the vaporetto we wanted to catch. Furthermore, the price of the food doesn't reflect the quality at all, which is very average. I'm trying to be very understanding, as I've also been a waitress in the past and understand certain situations, but not like this. You don't feel welcomed in the slightest.

02/06/2026: Honestly, a total disappointment. The prices are sky-high, but the portions are ridiculous. We ordered grilled fish, expecting a large plate, but instead we were treated to a prawn, a piece of salmon, and what looked like half a sea bass. That was the end of the meal. It's a shame, because we expected much more from a restaurant in such a beautiful location.

02/05/2026: A few weeks ago, I ate at Pizzeria Mori. The food was good, but when I returned to my car, my tire had been slashed. The breakdown service said that such incidents happen there quite often and that vehicles are apparently deliberately left there to be broken into later. For me, one thing is clear: I won't be going back—the pizza can't be that good.
