Restaurant in a 19th century fort, this alone leaves the 5 stars to the environment. Nothing to say about the food either, I tried the mixed grill of meat and all the cuts were cooked very well and of high quality.
The price of around €30 per person is fully justified (the only thing is 1L water for €4, but all the restaurants in the area are like this). 4 star service because, despite being very kind, sometimes it takes time for what has been asked to be done. Otherwise highly recommended.

Pappardelle del cacciatore erano deliziose e le costine di cervo All amarone e arancia erano veramente buonissime.
Complimento allo staff super gentili!!!!
Il posto è un museo dentro le grotte.

The environment is very nice and welcoming. The food is high quality, well prepared. The staff is very kind and helpful. Prices are higher than average but given the environment it's okay. I absolutely recommend it.

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante di mercoledì, senza prenotazione ma non c’era nessuno. Piatti buoni ma nella norma, niente di particolare . Location davvero suggestiva , situato in un fortino davvero una chicca. Cameriera attenta e disponibile , molto gentile il titolare che ci ha fatti pagare . Tutto sommato lo consiglio ma senza tante pretese. Buono il tagliere di affettati .

Classy environment with attention to even the smallest details which in this period are even more refined. Congratulations to the management and the capable and discreet staff who welcome guests with warmth and courtesy to pamper them and serve them with lots and lots of kindness and lots of good, indeed excellent, food. Very nice fortress style hotel. Very elegantly furnished, much of it is still original, the stairs and passages still characterize the bunker. Small, fine wellness area, could be a little bigger but it's enough for a quick visit.
Food and service is very good, selection is very large. Breakfast is typically Italian, simple and good. Coffee is very good 🙂👍 Parking spaces in front of the hotel, ski storage available. Rooms are very large, everything fits.
