01/06/2026: Four of us went for lunch on Sunday, May 31, 2026. The experience was excellent, from the welcome, to the food, and the location. The owner, Silvia, explained to us that she wants to offer a different kind of cuisine, just the way she wants it, and I think she succeeded perfectly. The sardines in saor were very good, and the first courses we tried included bigoli with duck, pappardelle with peas, and asparagus and pea pie, as well as the cod and tiramisu. Highly recommended!!!

14/05/2026: We passed through Este for work and stopped for lunch at this restaurant. What can I say? It was a real surprise. The food was prepared just like it used to be, excellent quality, and simple, yet meticulously prepared. I absolutely recommend it.

08/06/2026: Friendly staff and a good selection of dishes, including local and other specialties. The scartosso (mixed fried fish) was excellent, really good, crispy, and not greasy. A good value. I was very pleased to find a good selection of wines, both by the glass and by the bottle.

08/06/2026: Grandma's classic, delicious cuisine, simple, and typical of the area. When you relive the sensations of dishes made the way grandma used to make them, then you're eating well. Courteous and attentive service, fair prices. An osteria I highly recommend.

07/06/2026: Ferrowine in Jesolo is definitely a stop if you are a wine lover and into local spirits. Wow what a selection and amazing layout ! The entire store feels as if you are walking into a specialties library. The staff is extremely friendly, and if you know what you are looking for, they can guide you in the right direction. It is definitely a little bit more expensive than other places I have visited around the world but the vast selection of wine and spirits is spectacular and that alone makes it a destination visit if in town . I purchased some Italian wine and unique amaros . Great store.

13/05/2026: Good restaurant. They are also helpful in thinking along regarding gluten-free food. And the staff is friendly. The food was also ready quite quickly. I had a rib-eye steak and it was really good, and the dessert was also delicious and gluten-free. Simply top-notch 👍.

01/06/2026: This has become our favorite restaurant in Jesolo. We ate here three times in nine days. We tried different dishes and loved them all. They even prepared a dish for me that wasn't on the menu! The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is incredibly friendly! We will definitely be back when we're in Jesolo again! 05/02/2026: Extremely friendly staff. They speak English. The food is excellent. Since I like a more rustic interior, I chose to sit on the terrace, which was to my taste - completely sheltered, yet pleasant.

08/11/2025: An absolute disgrace – never again! My visit to All’Antico Girone was a complete disappointment from beginning to end. The food is outrageously overpriced and of abysmal quality. I ordered marinated salmon tartare as a starter – what I received was simply a few carelessly chopped pieces of salmon, completely unmarinated, tasteless, and prepared without any effort. It was downright rude. The service was catastrophic: drinks were simply slammed down on the table without a word, no one poured them or paid the slightest attention to the guests. No one even came to check if everything was alright – refills? Forget it. The whole time, I felt like a nuisance. The staff seemed annoyed and unmotivated. Their main goal was to get through it quickly. Order, eat, bill, goodbye. Overall, the visit was a complete waste of time and money. Neither the quality, nor the friendliness, nor the atmosphere even remotely lived up to what one would expect from a restaurant in this price range. Absolutely not recommended – never again! The only positive aspect is the restaurant's location, which is nice and convenient right next to the city wall.

06/05/2026: Decent dishes and a rustic yet welcoming atmosphere. I won't dwell on these details because everything was ruined by a biblical wait of between an hour and an hour and a half for our dishes (a couple of people went without their plates for 30 minutes longer than the others), despite multiple requests during the wait and the excuse at the bill that "it's Sunday and there were a lot of people." No comment!

07/07/2026: Everything was fresh and delicious! The pizzas were well-cooked and well-balanced, the pasta dishes were delicious, and the fish was truly fresh! The atmosphere was well-kept, clean, and beautiful, both inside and out. The waiter was very friendly and provided impeccable service! Congratulations to everyone.

06/07/2026: I've lived in Italy for 18 years, so I guess I have an "Italian stomach." Because of my work, I often drive to factories and have eaten at quite a few Italian restaurants. Tonight, I was really looking forward to seafood, so I specifically chose this restaurant because the photos looked very appealing. We ordered three dishes, but two of them barely tasted the freshness of the seafood; they were mostly overly sour tomato flavors. Another dish was extremely salty for both of us, so we politely mentioned it to the waiter, hoping to confirm if there was a problem with the food or if it could be remade. Unexpectedly, after the waiter took the dish back, he came back and told us, "There's nothing wrong with our food; maybe your taste buds are having an issue today." His exact words were "ti sei spaccato la bocca!" We didn't argue further, since we were on a business trip and thought it might just be that we were too tired and our sense of taste was affected. Taste is a very subjective thing; it's normal not to like a dish, and we were perfectly able to accept it. What truly disappointed me was that when it came time to pay the bill, the waiter reiterated, "It's not the food's fault, it's your palates that's the problem, so this dish is on the house." Saying the same thing twice made us feel incredibly disrespected, unprofessional, and offended. I believe that whether a restaurant's food suits everyone's taste is subjective; however, service attitude is the most basic professional quality a restaurant should have. I cannot accept a customer's feedback being attributed to their taste buds. If it were just the food, I might give it another chance; but this kind of service attitude makes me not want to come back, and I'm unlikely to recommend it to my Chinese friends.

22/05/2026: We went for dinner; the atmosphere was super relaxed, the food was delicious, and Helia was very friendly. It's a great place if you're looking for a pleasant dinner and want to escape the tourists in Verona.

17/05/2026: Atmosfer is perfect, workers super however the pportions are very small. Mixed salad tomato, carrot and lattuce. Wine mininum level in the glass. Why? The owner seems to be quite tight - fisted.

01/06/2026: “I was truly satisfied at Ristorante Alberto Capo: finally, proper spaghetti with clams! Not the usual dish with little spaghetti and lots of shells, but a generous, flavorful, and truly satisfying portion. The fried fish, risottos, and sardines were also excellent: everything was delicious and well-prepared. The staff was highly professional, attentive, and kind, with the added bonus of a pleasant table overlooking the sea. I'm happy to give it 5 stars and will definitely be back.”

01/06/2026: My partner and I went there one evening. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and courteous, and the waiter kept you chatting. Then I asked him about two paintings. He lit up and happily told us all about the history and origins of these paintings. I think if I'd extended a chair to him, he'd have sat with us and told us other interesting stories. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

01/06/2026: What can I say, from the reviews I'd read, it seemed like a restaurant with very high expectations, but the only thing I found high was the prices. The first ones arrived miserable and cold, so we sent them back and they came back even colder. It almost seemed like a joke. The second course, the shank, luckily, was warm, then that insistence if we wanted more annoyed us, given how the lunch had started. We couldn't wait to leave. Then the cover charge was 2.50. Then at the house we asked for the bill and I looked at her and said, "No, it's wrong," and she re-billed me and said, "I feel like I'm ripping them off." Maybe people who own a restaurant or any business should go around and try their competitor every now and then. In the meantime, the world is evolving. We can't be stuck in the 80s, make way for the young people.
