08/08/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché lontano dalla via principale di ristoranti turistici e abbiamo pranzato all' interno. Non ci è piaciuta esteticamente la sala: ambiente un po' buio e alcuni ornamenti della sala che non sono riuscito ad apprezzare. Come antipasto abbiamo preso un sauté di cozze e vongole: nella media. Come primi i paccheri (si sentiva poco il pesce, sovrastato dal condimento) e i tagliolini della casa (buoni). Prezzi giusti.

05/08/2025: Sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Ort in einer Seitengasse am Hafen (war uns fast schon zu viel Ruhe). haben hier zu Abend gegessen und wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Speisen waren sehr gut zubereitet (Spagetti mit Muscheln, Tintenfisch, frittierte Fische) Das Dessert Millefoglie della Casa war hervorragend. Dazu eine Flasche Weißwein (leider kein offener Hauswein), so stellen wir uns Italien vor. Sehr schöner Abend, kommen gerne wieder.

15/07/2025: Servizio eccellente, sembra uno stellato! La chef prepara meravigliosi piatti anche senza glutine per me che sono celiaca. Trovo di tutto, dagli antipasti ai primi, secondi e dolci. Non esco mai insoddisfatta, veramente consigliato. Prezzi adeguati.

27/06/2025: Beautiful tavern in the center of Conegliano. Fresh food and all homemade, by a very well-prepared chef, and welcomed by the owner and her son Alex, an excellent young and expert host. To taste local food and wine, surrounded by a splendid setting, Next to the Accademia theater and a stone's throw from the Casa del grande Cima da Conegliano

14/08/2025: What can I say! We had dinner here this evening! Leaving aside the biblical wait times, I can say that... the first course was very good, but the second course was a turbot full of grains of salt... inedible... shame! We had high expectations!

27/07/2025: We ate there during our vacation. We had a very comfortable seat on the terrace. The server was very friendly and attentive. We had pizzas and salads, which were delicious! To finish off, we had limoncello and lemon sorbet for the kids. 👍🏻👍🏻 The value for money was really very good! We would come back on our next vacation :)

16/06/2025: During our short vacation on Lake Garda, we visited a few pizzerias. The best pizza for our taste was at La Formica. Each of the four of us had a different "flavor," and everyone was completely satisfied. And, unlike at the other pizzerias, here, after asking for "tanto aglio," we were given fresh garlic in olive oil to help ourselves! The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great! The prices are absolutely reasonable!

14/06/2025: We were looking for a restaurant that opened before 6 p.m. and finally stumbled upon this one. All the tables were free, and the waitress (or the manager?) greeted us warmly without immediately forcing us to sit down. We were allowed to choose a table outside; it was nicely shaded, and cars drove by every now and then, but it was still quite quiet and pleasant. We immediately felt at home, and the man who served us was super friendly and humorous. My mother wanted extra garlic on her pizza, and we were immediately offered a bowl of garlic oil, which was perfect for us. The pizza was the best we ate there during our week-long vacation. The prices were very fair considering the touristy and central location. The wait was very short (but we were also the only guests), and the restrooms were very spacious and clean. All in all, a very pleasant and recommendable stay.

27/04/2025: Per un’esperienza “totalizzante” su piatti di pesce, questo è “the place to be”, il posto dove andare. La qualità del cibo, l’attenzione con la quale verrete serviti e l’ambiente raffinato sono gli elementi che mi hanno colpito fin dalla mia prima visita. La varietà del menù accontenterà tutti gli amanti del pesce, dal crudo al cotto per concludere con dolci speciali e fatti al momento (come il tiramisù).

23/04/2025: Il 14 settembre 2024 abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio in questa meravigliosa location, e non potevamo desiderare di meglio. Fin dal primo incontro con Davide, Stefania ed Eva ci siamo sentiti ascoltati, accolti e guidati con una professionalità che non perde mai il calore umano. Ogni dettaglio, dalla cena di prova al grande giorno, è stato curato con attenzione e passione. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente disponibile, attento ad ogni nostra esigenza e sempre pronto a proporre idee originali che hanno reso l’evento davvero unico. Il clima era accogliente e cordiale, un perfetto equilibrio tra familiarità e grande competenza. Abbiamo scelto insieme il menù, lo abbiamo provato in anticipo e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti: ogni portata era una piccola opera d’arte, deliziosa e particolare. Un grande punto di forza è stata la sensibilità verso le esigenze alimentari degli ospiti — tra celiaci, vegetariani, intolleranze e allergie, tutti hanno ricevuto piatti dedicati, senza rinunciare alla qualità e alla creatività. Tra i momenti più divertenti, la composizione della torta fatta da noi sposi: un’idea bellissima che ha coinvolto gli invitati e regalato risate e partecipazione. La location è davvero magica, con un giardino curatissimo e una piscina che la sera, con le luci e le foto, ha creato un’atmosfera incantevole. A mezzanotte, i mitici panini "onti": un successo clamoroso! E il rito della sabbia, proposto dallo staff, è stato un momento simbolico e commovente che porteremo sempre con noi. Un’esperienza indimenticabile. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff per aver reso il nostro giorno perfetto!

07/08/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, but it was truly a pleasant discovery. The place is welcoming. The pizza is very good, with a thick crust, but cooked well. Quality ingredients, and they also have different doughs available. We must return to try the pizza by the meter...

07/08/2025: We visited this restaurant three years ago and had fond memories of it – so our expectations for today's visit were correspondingly high. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Upon arrival, it became clear that communication would be difficult (the staff barely spoke English). It took about five minutes before they even acknowledged we had a reservation. Although the restaurant was completely empty, they seated us at a table right at the front, right by the stairs, which was uninviting. We were simply handed a menu for four people. When we asked, they said there were only two menus for the entire restaurant. Instead, they asked us to read the menu online, which we found odd. We ordered a carafe of still water, a carafe of sparkling water, and a cappuccino. We had to wait about 15 minutes for the drinks. In the meantime, we decided to skip the food; who knows how long we would have had to wait otherwise? When the drinks finally arrived, the still water was served in a carafe labeled "Frizzante" and the sparkling water in a carafe labeled "Naturale" (it can happen, but it still wasn't great). The highlight, however, was that the cappuccino had small pieces of milk in it – a definite no-go. And as if that weren't enough: After we let them know that we didn't want anything else to eat because the service had ruined our appetite, we were asked to change tables, explaining that we were sitting at a table reserved only for diners. The restaurant was completely empty at the time, a complete disgrace. We were really looking forward to the evening and the restaurant, especially since we had been thrilled three years ago. Unfortunately, our expectations weren't met this time. Nevertheless, we didn't let that spoil the evening and had a great meal at a nearby restaurant.

21/07/2025: Delicious Italian food. Great atmosphere and beautiful location. Highly recommended. There are a lot of negative reviews, here's an explanation: 1. You're in Italy, it's an Italian restaurant. You can eat your hamburger and fish and chips at home. 2. "The portion of pasta is too small." Again, you're in Italy. Pasta is a "primi" here, as Italians do, a small meal after which you can optionally have a meat or fish meal later in the evening. That's just the way the local culture is. 3. "They look away from you / want you gone." The location is one of the most touristy in northern Italy. There are thousands of tourists who want to eat. But this also makes the location very expensive and requires a lot of turnover to be profitable. It's understandable that they want you to make way when you're done. However, as long as you're still busy, they let you do what you want.

20/07/2025: Ok food but the staff is more busy getting new customers than taking care of the guests. Plus you get a surprise in the form of 6 Euro for Service as they call it (which is almost non-existent) Disappointing experience. If you can milk then you just do it…

30/07/2025: Very unfriendly, the salad is inedible. Salt, pepper, oil, ketchup, and balsamic vinegar are in small sachets like those at a fast food restaurant. We were charged €3 per person for the table we "ate" there. Never again

17/08/2025: A traditional restaurant with solid cuisine. The food is simple but perfectly acceptable, nothing special, but authentic. Typical Italian, no frills. The service was friendly and attentive.

17/08/2025: 5 people eight good for 100 euro, food deserts alcohol , that’s a bargain considering the prices in Venice. Staff was very attentive and supper nice. Everything we tried was good including local wine on tap. Would definitely recommend while staying nearby. Payed with card using apple pay, didn’t have any problems there. Love supporting local small business.

24/07/2025: The pizza was average — the dough was dry and had too much flour on it, which made it less enjoyable. Drinks were fine, and prices seemed reasonable at first, but the €75 bill included an outrageous €18 service charge, which felt excessive. That said, the waitress was kind and friendly. Overall, the experience didn’t match the cost. Watch out with the scam with service charge.

20/07/2025: We went for lunch today. It's a wonderful place, but the prices are too high for what we ate. They serve me a welcome entree, invisible, and it would have been better if they hadn't brought it... I mentioned the raw spaghetti to the waitress, who told us it was in the kitchen... no one said anything at checkout. I'm very sorry.

10/06/2025: I was a guest of this magnificent place on Saturday 24 May 2025 at 8:00 pm, because I was looking for a restaurant where I could frame a significant moment in my relationship, therefore a dinner as a couple. My search was meticulous and long-lasting, but having discovered this little gem repaid all my efforts. The setting is enchanting and intimate, both for the view and for the interior of the place, the lights are appropriately modulated and the background music muffles the atmosphere. We were welcomed in a cordial manner... almost affectionate, first by the waiting staff and, immediately after, by the owner Roberto. Having made specific requests during the booking phase, we were even granted the privilege of choosing our table from those available. The menu was browsed hastily because, at our request, they literally told us about the dishes available, with km 0 products and not ... already from this aspect the love for the culinary art was obvious: from the excellent quality of the raw materials, to the wise combinations and finally to the plating ... almost choreographic. The dinner followed a path of 4 courses with a "territory" theme just as I like it (each place has its own specialties). To complete this triumph of the senses, our wise host accompanied us in the choice of wines, combining our personal taste with the combination with the chosen dishes ... the waiting staff was a constant and silent presence, it was never necessary to call them and, in the same way, they did not interfere in any way with the banquet. The timing of the courses was impeccable. For once I admit that the quality/price ratio is definitely unbeatable as they are inversely proportional in favor of the former... when I paid the bill I let it slip that they were too cheap. If to the reader of this review, something may appear to be excessively in favor of the place, I invite the latter to see for themselves and possibly refute these lines of mine... but I see it as an arduous undertaking. To the owner of the Tavern goes my sincere appreciation and gratitude... you are the essence of the authentic "Made in Italy" so appreciated throughout the world. Well done!
