Ristorante Osteria Dal Cavaliere In Verona

A very cute little traditional restaurant, a bit secluded and quiet. We made a reservation on site for 7 p.m. and that made sense! The wine selection is huge (and the prices are open to the max). A bottle starts at 18 euros. We shared a cheese platter - an absolute revelation. One better than the other. Then we had pasta with donkey ragout or aglio olio and calamri (spicy). Both absolutely first class, perfectly seasoned. Highly recommended for dinner or to drink a wine.

Small and cosy Restaurant. It was our favourite in Verona. Not in the main square so you can chill and watch the city in the outside seatings. Delicious Risotto!

Beautiful Italian restaurant with friendly staff, small space but well decorated ambiance. Food is excellent pastas 5/5, plating is good, nice choice of prosciutto. I will highly recommended to take this restaurant for lunch or dinner when in Verona 😊

Creamy, homemade lasagne and very well done carbonara. Lasagne could be a bit bigger. Prices were correct. The staff and entire atmosphere at the spot weren't on their best, but the food was worth it and we would go again.

Spectacular cuisine, the lasagna is the best I have ever eaten, highly recommended for Spanish tourists arriving in Verona

We consumed a plate of excellent quality raw ham and an Amarone risotto, all accompanied by Valpolicella Ripasso.

Very tasty food. Had spaghetti aglio olio with squid. Carbonara also recommended. The espresso afterwards was also very good.

We chose this pleace as near to our hotel but it is definitely worth seekingnout. Off the beaten track, a hidden gem. The staff were lovely and the food delicious. A very nice vibe

Il locale è piccolo, ci staranno circa 24 persone piuttosto ravvicinate. L'interno si presenta con le pareti di mattoni rossi a vista, coperti in larga parte da bottiglie di vino. Tavoli semplici con tovagliolo in stoffa ma appoggio in carta rettangolare su tovaglia a quadri. Coperto 2.5€ cad. Siamo entrati alle 14 piuttosto stanchi. Nel locale c'era solo una coppia, sperèm ben. Si riempirà dopo. La gentil signora alla porta ci accoglie e ci fa accomodare a piacere. Come spesso accade non guardo il menù e mi faccio consigliare. Vada per Lumache di antipasto (burro prezzemolo e aglio), a seguire Bigoli con ragù di faraona e tartufo a scaglie, quindi Guancia brasata e polentina. Tutto da dividere in due. Due calici di Valpolicella Sup. , Acqua x un totale di 72€. Portate generose e impiattate alla grande. Chef sei bravissimo! Lumache da urlo così come il Guanciale. La gentil Signora che ci ha servito al tavolo è molto gentile e ci ha allietato il pranzo. Per contro il "titolare" a pranzo con suoi ospiti, è risultato piuttosto inquieto, sembrava dovesse dimostrare a tutti i costi di essere il "padrun". Infatti c'è riuscito! bravo! Così tolgo un pallino. Tanto non gliene fregherá di meno.
