A quaint restaurant in the Dolo shipyard, overlooking the watermill. The interior features rustic, traditional decor. The menu features both meat and fish, with a variety of appetizers (we tried the very delicate octopus), first courses, and second courses like the tuna tataki, cooked well but lightly marinated, with generous portions. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu, which was tasty but not as creamy as homemade ones. The wine list is interesting. Good value for money, we'll definitely return to try other dishes.

A place with outdoor seating offering a view of the mill (still in operation!) and the Brenta Canal. Aperitif with a delicious €4 spritz and chips. You can also add ciccetti, tramezzini, or fried foods (I love the mozzarella in carrozza, delicious if a little greasy).
Recommended for an aperitif!

A magical place inside the historic mill, with the paddle still turning and all the old gears inside. Excellent, refined food, and a fantastic atmosphere on the back terrace.
