03/02/2026: I had dinner here with some colleagues. The place is beautiful, well-decorated, and well-lit. I had the "La Scaletta" pizza, which was fabulous. The staff is young and friendly, and the dough is very soft. I'll definitely be back!

28/02/2026: Nestled among the Valpolicella vineyards in a quiet setting away from busy roads, El Pendola restaurant is intimate, welcoming, and romantic. We dined on delicious, tasty, and high-quality local dishes. The extremely friendly staff is always attentive to detail. We'll be back, but this time we'll start with the desserts. I couldn't try them because I was too full, but they look amazing.

19/02/2026: I simply ordered a €16 salad and it had tiny insects in it, so I notified the waitress, who said she'd report it to the kitchen. When I paid, I didn't want to say anything so as not to cause drama, but it seems pretty absurd to pay that much for flies.
18/02/2026: Excellent location, service could be improved. The coupon placed on the table to pay didn't match our table. We ordered lunch and the dishes didn't arrive together (it's a case of one person eating and the other looking). The pizza definitely needs improvement.

03/02/2026: We went there for dinner with two children. Everything was excellent, even the recommended off-menu dishes. The children's menu (pasta with ragù or tomato sauce) arrived before ours, as requested. I highly recommend this restaurant. I feel sorry for the other customers who had to put up with our UNCONTROLLED children. Clean environment, excellent service, varied menu, and very kind and friendly staff.

And anyway, it's overpriced.

two takeout pizzas. Unfortunately, I relied on the reviews; I found the pizzas inedible, rubbery, and undercooked. I think the young pizza chef is inexperienced, and I don't think he's the same pizza chef I saw a few months ago. Disappointed.

25/07/2025: I stayed at this hotel last year, and since I closed my TripAdvisor account, I'm sharing my experience here.
The room I stayed in felt like a hospital clinic; all rooms should meet minimum standards, even if they're standard rooms. When I had a massage, I could hear the entire conversation of the client in the booth next to mine, and even the cell phone in the other room could be heard in my room. The breakfast was very good.
The reception staff were very arrogant. I didn't like the common areas; they were also open to outsiders, making it more crowded. Highly discouraged. The quality-price ratio is nonexistent. In my opinion, this is absolutely not a hotel that reflects the quality it offers.
