10/04/2025: A 5* hotel different from international chain hotels. Very good value for money with prices increasing as the date gets closer. The giant bed is a little less comfortable than Sofitel, Raffles, Kempiski

03/04/2025: I stayed at this beautiful hotel between 31.03.2025-02.04.2025. It was the best atmosphere hotel I have ever stayed in. However, I cannot say the same for other issues. There is incredible noise in the 1st Floor Rooms. The footsteps of everyone walking upstairs can be heard downstairs and it is impossible to sleep. You have to live with these sounds from 6:30 in the morning until midnight. Because they built the restaurant above the rooms. When we were unlucky enough to come across an event, things got out of hand. No help was provided despite talking to the reception. Although we are Gold members at this hotel, which is a member of the Hilton group, we were not upgraded even when the rooms were available. No solution was found even though we said we were disturbed by the noise. The water and personal cosmetics in the room were not replenished on the 2nd day. The breakfast is very inadequate for a 5-star hotel. You can try other hotels in the SLH group.

21/03/2025: This is not really a review, but a memory. When my wife and I were stationed in Vicenza from 1990 to 1993, we quickly found O Core di Napule through friends. It became our favorite restaurant in Vicenza. The owner and his wife were always very friendly and the food was great! I don't know who is running the restaurant now but we gave them a plaque when we left and had given their daughter a large doll for Christmas in 1992. They were wonderful people. By the way, my favorite pizza was Ocho di Buie (hope I spelled that correctly).

09/02/2025: We ordered dinner for New Year's Eve on their website, everything was perfect, very friendly staff and everything was delicious, from the pizza to the fish. Super recommended🔝

04/04/2025: The restaurant has very friendly staff, is located in a quiet side alley and has a good ambience. Unfortunately, our food was only decent. The thinly sliced marinated beef as a starter was not very flavourful and the sauce for the beef fillet was one-dimensional. The iced mousse as the dessert was well-prepared but not particularly memorable. The price was a bit high considering the ordinary taste.

22/03/2025: In the middle of nowhere just outside Bassano del Grappa there is a Mr. Local who on a Monday evening was able to offer a great satisfaction. Let it be clear that without GMaps we would never have been able to find it and obviously the choice fell on the restaurant with the most reviews in the area: L'antica Abbazia. A place full of people for a beautiful, large and organized place. Between Burgers, cuisine and pizza the choice is wide and the quality, at least that of the pizza, is remarkable. Marked in the local favorites to test their cuisine. Well done!

19/03/2025: I'll start by saying that the food was good and the place was well-kept, even if it was a bit cold and the bathrooms were cramped and not adequate for the size of the place (luckily there weren't many people). What was absurd was the service! All sorts of things happened...waitresses arguing with each other at the table, dishes arriving in an absolutely confusing way (a large table with kitchen and pizza) because some pizzas arrived 7/8 minutes before the others and the kitchen was completely forgotten. In fact, after an appetizer that arrived at the same time as the pizza, the second course arrived at least 15 minutes after we had ALL finished the pizza. And after 2 reminders. Finally, I'll add that we had to ask for a jug of beer 4 times and it arrived when we had practically finished the pizza. Luckily, we are from Veneto and it didn't go to waste. Unanimous opinion of the table (25 people): never again! P.S. for the whole table, 2 little bags of bread with 3 slices inside?!? Are you kidding?!? See the photo...

10/03/2025: Pizza 🍕 very good and very good fries and a lot of education and politeness the only thing was that there was no prosecco on tap if you wanted it you had to buy a bottle or I open a bottle and they just give you a glass with a bit of prosecco the rest is a beautiful place I recommend it

06/04/2025: Long in service even though we arrived with a reservation well in advance, average food, ditto for the prices, the waiters were very helpful but we had to ask for their arrival several times for the courses.

20/02/2025: We recently went to this place for a family dinner. The environment is warm and very welcoming, the service is very good. We ordered both pizza and cuisine, all very good and arrived on time. The pizza is thin, well rolled but crunchy, and above all rich in ingredients (digested well). Very good homemade desserts. Ample parking. Reservation recommended.

31/03/2025: I discovered this place only a month ago and immediately decided to celebrate my birthday here. Simple and efficient place, the pizzas are amazing, digestible and well-seasoned, with an unbeatable quality/price ratio; their "panuozzo" is super good and I recommend trying it. The guests who were with me tried the mussel soup and were ecstatic. I will definitely be back.

17/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato benissimo! Grigliata di pesce - top, tiramisù fatto in casa eccellente. E per finire in bellezza - un buon limoncello. Il locale è curato e pulito. Siamo entrate che fuori c’era brutto tempo ma il personale ci ha fatto venire il buon umore! Si vede che ci mettono il cuore. Grazie davvero!

16/04/2025: En general, un buen restaurante. Buen servicio, menú y relación calidad-precio. No es un lugar elegante. Comimos allí un par de veces durante 3 días de visita. Observaré un hábito de servicio peculiar. Pedimos una ensalada para compartir y vino en un tazón grande con una cuchara y un tenedor. El aderezo es aceite y vinagre que las cenas se ponen según el gusto. Ninguna de las dos noches el restaurante nos trajo nada para comer la ensalada. Quizás la costumbre es que todas las cenas se coman del mismo tazón o como hacían otros... ..sírvelo encima de la pasta o segundo plato permitiendo que el aceite y el vinagre escurra sobre su comida. Solicité y conseguí 2 platos pequeños para comer nuestra ensalada en lugar de mezclarla con nuestros platos principales. Tal vez la gerencia podría notar esto porque vi a otros clientes preguntándose qué hacer, pero demasiado tímidos para pedir un plato.
