17/11/2025: A true gem of a place I celebrated my fiances milestone birthday here last week. We loved the interiors and intimate set up. The staff are very attentive and hospitable. The food is of great quality and they have an excellent wine selection. Highly highly recommended this place.

08/12/2025: The hotel is located a few kilometers from Trento and offers a beautiful view of the city (at night). The hospitality is exceptional; the staff is qualified, friendly, and always smiling. The room was small, but we knew that.

27/10/2025: A lovely osteria in the charming center of Riva. I had a great meal: the rabbit was excellent, and the trout was presented in a very well-presented way. The service was as youthful as the management. The bathrooms were clean. The price was reasonable. We'll be back.

29/11/2025: We ate lunch with friends today and had a great time. The seafood was excellent, and the spaghetti with scampi was excellent. The house appetizers were especially good. The service was very attentive, fast, and friendly! We can highly recommend this restaurant with its beautiful lake view!

01/11/2025: We went there a couple of weeks ago after a hike in the Bosco del respiro and on Lakes Nambia and Molveno. A very well-kept, typical Trentino location with excellent food and friendly, courteous, and, above all, smiling customer service!! Highly recommended!

08/11/2025: A wonderful place both inside and out. The interior is beautifully appointed and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. The professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of everyone, from the owner to the staff, is unsurpassed! The wine selection was accompanied by a thoughtful presentation explaining the origin and cellar, plus a small tasting to help us choose. In addition to the à la carte menu, there's a seasonal 4-course tasting menu with the option of pairing it with a glass of wine. The food is AMAZING: lakeside cicchetti, impeccable from the raw ingredients to the deliciousness of the final dish. Risotto with pears, lard, and Alpine grey cheese was truly creamy and cooked to perfection. The braised beef was incredibly tender and perfectly paired with its cooking juices, crispy broccoli, and mashed potatoes. A truly incredible dinner that turned out to be a true treat! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.

08/12/2025: Wonderful experience. 🥰 Before entering this restaurant, I had a bad experience elsewhere, where I felt left out. Here, however, I immediately felt welcomed, pampered, and truly the center of attention. The service was impeccable, attentive to every detail. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared with great passion by Chef Aldo Tiboni. The atmosphere was made even more pleasant by the relaxing music. One detail that particularly struck me was the final gesture: the chef personally opening the door for you, welcoming you with a smile. It's precisely these small gestures that make the difference, and they are priceless. Here, you can sense a true balance between the quality of the product and that of the service. 17/11/2025: We dined at Il Ritratto di Aldo Tiboni and had a truly wonderful evening. The kitchen clearly works with high-quality ingredients and great care. The pasta was particularly outstanding: the menu listed spaghetti carbonara, but since they had run out of fresh spaghetti that evening, we were informed and served linguine instead. This wasn't a drawback at all – rather, it's a sign that everything is prepared fresh. The dish was absolutely delicious. The seafood pasta was also very well prepared: fresh mussels and clams, all clean and perfectly balanced in flavor. The fish course was good, if not exceptional – solid quality, rich sauce. The dessert – a white chocolate mousse – was a real highlight: light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. To be fair, I should also mention that I found a fishhook in my fish soup. This can happen with this type of fish, and I spotted it early on. You would have noticed it in your mouth anyway – so it wasn't a real problem. We ended up having a good laugh about it with the chef. In fact, the owner not only cooks himself, but also personally collects payment from each table at the end and says goodbye. There was only one person working in the front of house that evening – and although there aren't many tables, it was quite busy. Despite this, everything was friendly, calm, and well-organized. That deserves respect. The restaurant's prices are absolutely fair for the quality, the portion sizes, and the personal touch. A very pleasant evening – we'll gladly return.

The food is well-prepared and elaborate, but not in meager portions. I'd say the only flaw is the lack of flavor contrast in some dishes that could be daring, and the limited menu selection, but they're excellent. Prices are reasonable, which reflects the location and the service.

11/10/2025: A hidden gem carved into the rock, surrounded by vineyards and history. The service was friendly and professional, with every dish explained perfectly. We loved the Shrimp Kataifi, saffron risotto, spaghetti with chili, and the slow-cooked rib of beef — tender and full of flavor. A unique dining experience and a must-visit in Riva del Garda.

17/11/2025: The food wasn't excellent. We ordered cod with a lot of bones, flavorless, and very flaky. The Storo polenta was excellent. It lacked a bit of salt. Let's skip the potatoes. The wine wasn't up to par, the desserts were passable but not excellent, and the coffee was poor. The staff was helpful and committed.
