25/01/2025: It is an extraordinary restaurant, the dishes are gourmet cuisine with interesting combinations and exquisite taste, I have been coming for over 10 years and it is always a pleasure. Trout tartare, tagliolini with truffles and fresh fruit sorbets in their fruit are just some of the delicious dishes of this place. In addition to the quality of the food, a dutiful note of merit should be given to the service and last but not least to the truly honest prices for a restaurant of this level. Carlo Marega

27/01/2025: Trovare per caso un ottimo ristorante non è facile. Qui abbiamo trovato un bel locale con un buon servizio, accogliente e attento ma non invadente. Buona materia prima e secondo noi ben trattata, porzioni oneste e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Una cucina semplice e curata, senza strafare una proposta da buona osteria contemporanea. Carta vini ben calibrata alla proposta. Abbiamo percepito professionalità, rispetto per gli ingredienti e per il lavoro. lo consigliamo vivamente.

22/01/2025: Wonderful location especially during the hot season where you can enjoy the outdoor terrace. Carefully prepared dishes starting from the presentation to the choice of raw materials. The prawns in filo pastry are a delight for the palate. Try the desserts to share... one better than the other. Professional service, friendly staff ready to satisfy every need. Always a pleasure to return. The wine list is interesting. Excellent quality/price ratio The only advice I can give is that at the entrance there are boxes containing the wines and in terms of "furniture" they clash with the surrounding environment.

05/01/2025: We enjoyed chef Riccardo's cuisine on the first evening of 2025 and it was a very pleasant start... tasting the dishes makes you understand the title of Oste 2024... absolutely deserved!!!! I add a compliment to the staff... welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable also regarding the pairing of wines and grappa! We can't wait to return!!!! Good work and a big THANK YOU

05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We hadn't booked and there wouldn't have been room if by chance a family of three hadn't canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.

06/01/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia famiglia in questo bellissimo ristorante. La location è molto bella e i dettagli rendono tutto davvero fantastico. La presenza della sala giochi per i bambini è una scelta azzeccata, per dare la possibilità ai genitori di cenare con calma e far divertire allo stesso tempo i bambini. Il personale gentilissimo e molto competente. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Torneremo sicuramente

05/01/2025: We were 2 couples, 3 of us fish, 1 meat, everything perfect. The lobsters au gratin were something wonderful, excellent sirloin. We left really full but above all satisfied. Excellent quality/price, perhaps 6 stars. I forgot the first courses, delicious tortelloni and pappardelle with lobster. We will definitely be back

08/01/2025: I stayed one night and had a great time!!! They gave us an external annex (practically a mini house all to ourselves) very clean environment with every comfort! The excellent location practically in the center, the excellent garage attached to the structure and the good breakfast full of many sweet and savory things!!!! Definitely worth it!!!!!!

11/11/2024: Cené aquí con amigos en mi primera noche en Torbole, una noche entre semana. Hice una reserva que nos permitió saltarnos la larga fila al frente. El personal era muy amable y extrovertido, nuestro camarero era encantador y hablaba inglés bien. Amplio menú y mesero recomendado vino que resultó ser excelente. El ambiente era agradable a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado. La calidad de la comida era muy buena y el precio bastante razonable. Disfruté de un plato sampler con pasta, pollo y un plato pesto, estaba sabroso! En general, una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa.

20/10/2024: We throughly enjoyed our stay at Seele Garda Hotel. They really treated us like family. We were nervous coming from a different part of the world and we had some concerns, but the place, staff and the view was the best part of our stay for our 20th anniversary. 16/12/2024: Il ristorante gode di molti coperti ed è una delle poche opzioni in zona lago di Garda informata AIC. Dispone di pane e pasta senza glutine. La qualità del cibo direi buona ma non eccellente. Personale molto disponibile e cortese.
