05/03/2025: Princely treatment. Fantastic staff (and really very nice girls at the reception, if one can still say so). Large, elegant rooms, bathrooms with shower and bidet, SPA accessible with a few euros extra. We also had lunch there: the food was super good (my fillet with pink pepper was excellent... my only complaint, but really nothing, is that if I ask rare, I really mean rare). Beautiful view from the rooms. Let's see the only "inconveniences" found (which take nothing away from what has already been said): 1) Even in this case (a vice of many hotels), although there was space available, they placed the bidet a little too close to the wall, forcing "seats" that are completely peaceful for twenty-year-olds but, for those over 60 like me, a bit annoying 2) The breakfast, wonderful, pharaonic, supported by very kind staff ready to help you without being intrusive, did not have nice crispy bacon to pair with the eggs. Or maybe my colleagues and I weren't able to find it. 3) The location of the hotel, beautiful and housed in a historic villa, is perfect for those like me who had to go to the scientific center of the university, but it could be a bit inconvenient for those who wanted to have the center of Trento within walking distance. That said, I'll finish by reiterating: super recommended, incredibly good value for money and...insanely honest minibar prices!!! In 40 years of traveling, I had never seen this yet.

04/03/2025: Villa Madruzzo is a wonderful place. Attention to every detail and elegant. A dream place. My partner and I sometimes take refuge here to escape from everyday life with a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable and the quality is excellent. I believe that the price is extremely acceptable due to the extremely high quality proposal. To see and to try.

27/01/2025: Trovare per caso un ottimo ristorante non è facile. Qui abbiamo trovato un bel locale con un buon servizio, accogliente e attento ma non invadente. Buona materia prima e secondo noi ben trattata, porzioni oneste e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Una cucina semplice e curata, senza strafare una proposta da buona osteria contemporanea. Carta vini ben calibrata alla proposta. Abbiamo percepito professionalità, rispetto per gli ingredienti e per il lavoro. lo consigliamo vivamente.

06/01/2025: Sono stato a cena con la mia famiglia in questo bellissimo ristorante. La location è molto bella e i dettagli rendono tutto davvero fantastico. La presenza della sala giochi per i bambini è una scelta azzeccata, per dare la possibilità ai genitori di cenare con calma e far divertire allo stesso tempo i bambini. Il personale gentilissimo e molto competente. La qualità del cibo è davvero ottima. Torneremo sicuramente

The welcome is wonderful, with special care towards our puppets, the cuisine is excellent... special mention to the final assortment of desserts!

09/02/2025: Locale molto accogliente. Lo staff è gentile ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. I piatti preparati dallo chef sono buonissimi da mangiare e bellissimi da vedere. Noi abbiamo mangiato tutto a base di mare e devo dire che è stato tutto buonissimo e anche gli accoppiamenti con i contorni esaltavano i sapori. Esperienza sicuramente da riprovare.

01/03/2025: Slow food restaurant straight out of a picture book Levico Terme is a historic spa town with thermal baths in the Brenta Valley where the charm of the last century has remained alive. The Levico and Caldonazzo lakes make the picturesque mountain village one of the most famous year-round excursion destinations in the Alpine region. The award-winning Boivin restaurant is located in the center of the old town, just a few steps away from the church square. It is hidden behind an old wooden door in the vaulted cellar of a historic hotel building. If you don't go there specifically, you'll probably walk past it. Only an inconspicuous stone plaque indicating that the restaurant is a member of the Association of Excellent Italian Trattoria and the red metal sign of the Michelin Guide signal that first-class cuisine is offered here. We visited Boivin based on the recommendation in the Slow Food Guide Osterie d'Italie 2022 and were not disappointed. The rustic, nostalgic guest rooms in the vaulted cellar are an insider tip among gourmets and fans of the slow food kitchen philosophy. The small, frequently changing menu is determined by the seasonal availability of fresh regional products. We had a sensational porcini mushroom plate as a starter: super fresh, huge mushrooms that were grilled, baked and served as a raw salad with rocket and parmesan - an incredible variety of flavors. The apple bread pudding with Robiola and Treviso radicchio as well as the baked stuffed zucchini flowers also impressed with their pure taste. The fine homemade tagliatelle with milk veal ragout also tasted exceptionally good. At the end of this special culinary experience, we were just able to share a dessert: the Piedmontese specialty Bunet, a pudding made from cocoa and amaretti with cream, tasted intense and the portion size was easily enough for two people. Also worth mentioning is the exceptionally friendly, German-speaking service and the music selection, which is perfect for our taste. Conclusion: Once again we experienced an exceptional culinary evening thanks to a slow food recommendation.

15/02/2025: Cena di San Valentino da dimenticare. Personale poco attento, bicchieri del vino puzzavano, tartare palesemente vecchia perché scura e ricoperta con uno strato di carne non ossidata, sono arrivate le portate scambiante rispetto al menù: prima il secondo e poi il primo.

11/11/2024: Cené aquí con amigos en mi primera noche en Torbole, una noche entre semana. Hice una reserva que nos permitió saltarnos la larga fila al frente. El personal era muy amable y extrovertido, nuestro camarero era encantador y hablaba inglés bien. Amplio menú y mesero recomendado vino que resultó ser excelente. El ambiente era agradable a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado. La calidad de la comida era muy buena y el precio bastante razonable. Disfruté de un plato sampler con pasta, pollo y un plato pesto, estaba sabroso! En general, una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa.

23/01/2025: Gentili e disponibili sia per la prenotazione all'ultimo minuto, per noi che venivamo da una zona diversa, sia per tutto quello che ci hanno proposto per la cena. Pizze molto buone, croccanti e digeribilissime, vellutata di zucca squisita. Accoglienza perfetta, servizio veloce, birre buone! Durante il servizio sempre attenti al cliente e ad eventuali richieste. Locale da provare ad occhi chiusi! Consigliatissimo!!!!

Scortesia, tempi di attesa lunghissimi, già all'ingesso mentre entro mi viene chiusa la porta in faccia nel mentre entro, boh forse son un fantasma ma purtroppo x me son 2 metri per 150 kg, pensavo che mi si notasse...
