For my main course, I enjoyed an excellent T-bone steak, cooked to perfection – a dream of a medium-rare, juicy, tender, and bursting with intense flavor. This was accompanied by a superb Amarone, which perfectly complemented the dish and elevated the overall dining experience to a new level. Dessert was equally impressive: a wonderfully creamy tiramisu paired with an excellent espresso – the perfect ending to a truly delightful evening. The first-class service deserves special mention: attentive, professional, and with genuine passion for gastronomy. 07/04/2026: A wonderful discovery 🤩 It's become my favorite restaurant in Riva. A charming location with tables surrounded by sandstone rock and dishes crafted with perfect flavor combinations. We left full and very satisfied. The staff was extremely kind and professional! If you want to eat well and make a good impression, choose "La Berlera."

09/01/2026: This is the kind of place you want to go for a perfect night out. ❤️ The Osteria is historical and located within the original city walls of Riva del Garda. It's been recently restored to its original glory and is just beautiful with unique touches all around. My wife and I were greeted by the host with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere, the food is local and wonderful, and the service is spot on for what you want for a romantic night out. Try to local wines, cheeses and meats, the slow roasted pork is AMAZING! This is what you hope for when you're looking for an amazing restaurant in Italy! Thank you so much to Valentino for your kindness and local knowledge, it was truly a perfect experience! 👍🌍

08/01/2026: WOW!!! This place deserves 100/10!!! We have been several times the last year since this place has been refurbished and WOW!! This place is stunning, If feels so cozy and elegant. The staff is attentive and soooo very sweet, they make you feel like family. The food was amazing and beyond what I was expecting. My favourites were toasted bread with patanegra lard, walnuts and honey, and the slow cooked pig tenderloin wrapped in speck. The wine selection was great and the staff were amazing at finding the perfect wine for us!

12/04/2026: A hidden gem and a restaurant that doesn't serve pizza! It specialises in pasta, fish and shellfish, all very reasonably-priced. The side-salad was huge, the house red wine was really good and we were offered complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal.

11/04/2026: A fantastic restaurant tucked away on a side street in the heart of Riva. The dishes are traditional and taste amazing. The service is really good. They don't have pizza, but that's no problem. Whenever we're in Riva, Alpino is a must. Highly recommended! Come by, eat, and enjoy!

09/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered grilled salmon, arctic char (Saibling), and a mixed salad - each dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavour. The portions were surprisingly generous. You truly get great value for money here. Everything was incredibly tasty, and we enjoyed every bite. The service is great! We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

01/04/2026: I have no idea, but aren't porcini mushrooms? I think the tagliatelle had button mushrooms in it. And isn't tiramisu supposed to have amaretto and mascarpone in it? I tasted more cream and no alcohol at all. But I thought the vitello was sensational, and the tagliata was too.

28/03/2026: A good restaurant, without being particularly impressive. The atmosphere and location, somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle of the city center, are its strengths. The meat dish lacked sufficient Gorgonzola sauce. The side of potatoes was unfortunately lukewarm. I found the vitello tonnato appetizer to be average. However, the dessert menu was very nice, offering whisky and rum alongside grappa. The prices were fair. The house red wine was quite drinkable.

04/01/2026: I was there with a friend and colleague of mine, and we'll be back to celebrate her birthday. It's a magnificent place.

08/10/2025: The food was nice, not great, the prices are a bit high, especially of the drinks and desserts, and the view is great, so all in all 4 stars. The location of this restaurant is great! It is inside a beautiful garden of a hotel, with a small lake nearby. We had the lasagna which was great and the pasta with cherry tomatoes and burrata cheese which was good, but very simple. Our child had the schnitzel with chips and the schnitzel was so thin there was barely any chicken in it, which made it hard to eat for a toddler. The tiramisu was also good, a bit heavy. The service was a bit slow, as the restaurant was full. It took us about 10 mins to get the check.

10/11/2025: The food is very 'average' - we ate in different restaurants throughout our stay in Riva and the pizza at this restaurant was greasy and the pasta resembled a microwave meal. The food was not fresh. The bread for starters was stale and was served in a brown paper bag...It was more pricey than other restaurants for lower quality food. Very much begrudged paying for our dinner.

10/04/2026: Lasagna was very creamy with lots of béchamel; the minced meat was mostly on top, with very little inside. Overall a bit too soft. Taste was okay, but not outstanding.
