09/07/2024: Wunderbarer ungeplanter Zwischenstopp! Wir wollten eine Kleinigkeit zu Mittag essen- die Terasse herrlich kühl unter großen Linden, die Zikaden zirben.
Das Essen schnell und ausgezeichnet, sehr freundliches und bemühtes Service.
Ab vom Schuss, aber sehr zu empfehlen!!
05/06/2024: Grandi aspettative per i tagliolini ai funghi prugnolo..ma è arrivato uno spezzettato di pasta impossibile da mangiare con la forchetta..il condimento insulso..impossibile percepire ed apprezzare un gusto.
Contorno di verdure con melanzane amare. Abbiamo portato amici del posto che non conoscevano questo ristorante, il che spiega tante cose. La carne non ha soddisfatto per qualità il gusto e le aspettative.
Entratina offerta, una zuppa di farro che era così passata che sembrava colla.
Il cameriere grondava di sudore, si asciugava con le mani e poi portava piatti, pietanze e pane..
Vino della casa pessimo.
Notte insonne per i presenti al tavolo con dolori allo stomaco e vari fastidi intestinali.
Nessuno ha chiesto come ci trovassimo o se avessimo gradito.
Insomma serata da dimenticare.
Conto salatissimo.

16/07/2024: Unfortunately an overall disappointing experience. We were guests in the hotel (see my other review on hotel page), which was overall decent. But the restaurant experience was not worth the price at all. First night, they didn’t let us book half board (must be done months before with initial reservation for hotel, they said, seriously?) The other night they canceled our reservations without telling us, no word of excuse, no recommendation for another restaurant, nothing. The last morning they didn’t care about breakfast buffet, and when asked about cheese and tomatoes they said it needed to be charged extra. Keep in mind, that rooms are several hundred euros per night, no words. This missing hospitality mindset is going to bring the place down, read the other reviews and consider another place to eat. A pity, since they have all the fresh produce from their own garden and a great location.
10/07/2024: Quality/price not optimal. Good dishes, not all, but expensive. The place is lovely but it's not enough...

28/08/2024: Food: For example, if you don't like the salad or it's bland and you want to dress it, they won't let you. Service: There is a very nice girl but the others are very withdrawn and very rude. Atmosphere: Good and with air conditioning, but the chairs are very low and the table is very high, to eat you have to lean down. Conclusion good on the outside and bad on the inside generatively. I'm not coming back.

21/07/2024: After an amazing, long, hot day in Florence and sightseeing all the beautiful touristic spots, we came across this wonderful Trattoria and immediately fell for the authentic, calm environment. The aesthetics are beautiful. The staff is so polite and will help you find your perfect meal if you ask for recommendations. Especially Moza was extraordinary and so kind, going out of his way to make us comfortable. The authentic food was incredible and refined. It was definitely what you expect when you think of true Italian food! Trattoria del Chianti is a hidden gem in the city center of Firenze and if you walk by without stopping to enjoy their food and glass of Chianti, you are really missing out of the Italian experience!
01/06/2024: Had Pizza, 1st out here this time round, and was like a cheap pizza from the shops undercooked… the middle half was wet, and floppy. Though used a knife and fork, when I picked it up, the topping all fell off.. Had to return, and gave another couple of minutes.. Ended up with a burnt crust and mopped the fillings that were all over my plate with them.

13/08/2024: We paid a total of as many euros in service costs as the minutes between my friend getting her pasta and me getting my pizza. That half tame has been charged twice for service charges of €5 each. Waited 10 minutes for the pizza to arrive and the pasta was cold in the meantime, so you pay + €10 service costs on a bill of originally €28.
Please look further for another tent.
13/08/2024: Bad restaurant, it is common knowledge that we are not served our food exactly at the same time, just like in the Netherlands, but when the two of you go out to eat and there is a 10 minute gap between my friend's main course and me, meaning my food was cold, it doesn't make sense. on. A further €10 service charge will be added to the €28 bill. Please continue looking for another dining option.

23/08/2024: I strongly advise against this restaurant, the food is really not good, supermarket pizzas are much better. The price of drinks very expensive for poor quality. The waiters were unfriendly and unprofessional, we asked for the bill on numerous occasions...
20/08/2024: It's fine that you charge for the position....but it's a mistake....€2.80 for the coffee and let's leave aside the other things, if everything else was at least worth it....

03/09/2024: Very expensive, average or poor quality food, the service was quite unfriendly, I asked for gluten-free bread (since I have celiac disease) and they didn't have it (while they advertised that they had gluten-free options), and on top of that they charged us €23 for 6 pieces of cheese they asked for a tip… Terrible, not recommended at all 😡😡😡😡

17/08/2024: Bar in the center of Florence. The coffees made very well, the croissants delicious and truly filling. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Excellent for breakfast.
16/08/2024: We stayed at the Medici hotel (5 meters away), and they told us that they did not have a breakfast bar, but that this cafeteria was right next door.
We went to breakfast and ordered 2 coffees with milk (normal) and a chocolate Neapolitan (small and not good) and a croissant (basic).
We were surprised by the speed of the waitresses in serving us everything and when we finished breakfast we already realized why. They charged us almost 5 euros to bring us breakfast from the bar to the table that was 1 meter away...
2 coffees2 pieces of pastries for 15 euros. What a scam and deception!!!
Clearly, the hotel and this cafe have some interest in common....
Don't go!

03/08/2023: We ended up in this restaurant by chance.
You can sit comfortably on the outside terrace and watch the goings-on.
The very friendly waiter put a smile on your face, very authentic and professional.
The pizzas were very good, the spaghetti carbonara was really great!
Great value for money!👍

02/06/2024: Sono stato per un evento (matrimonio/battesimo) ma credo fosse una scelta dei festeggiata farla insieme, non ho nulla di cui lamentarmi veramente, cibo top e servizio tanto di cappello, non ho mai avuto nemmeno bisogno di chiedere l’acqua in tavola che gia la portavano prima ancora che finisse, complimenti ai nuovi gestori stanno facendo un buon lavoro e stanno creando soprattutto uno staff migliore di quello precedente.
02/06/2024: Servizio in sala veramente eccellente, cucina buona niente da lamentarsi, anche la velocità é stata ottima. Si vede il cambiamento della gestione

19/07/2024: Sono Claudio Bernacchioni, clienti da più di 10 anni.
Quasi ogni anno porto la mia ditta Fibel Group a cena il mese di luglio e siamo mediamente una trentina di persone , in più io personalmente faccio altre cene e mi servo dell’asporto.
La settimana 28 ho telefonato per prenotare la cena aziendale per il giorno 18.07.2024 alle ore 20:45 parlando con il titolare del ristorante per fissare un menù completo di antipasto, due primi, due secondi, un sorbetto, acqua , vino e caffè con prezzo concordato di 50€ a persona; essendo 29+ 1 bambino di 3 anni avremmo dovuto spendere al massimo 1500€ invece dei 1740€ che hanno chiesto.
Ha pagato il mio socio e questa mattina venerdì 19.07.2024 mi ha riferito.
Sono rimasto meravigliato e mi sono un po’ innervosito, ho fatto telefonare dalla segretaria e lui ha risposto dicendo che ha portato un menù completo quindi meno di 60€ non poteva fare, nonostante nessuno avesse ordinato niente.
La sua è stata una scorrettezza tale gli abbiamo riferito che se non ci restituisce la differenza non torneremo più.
Lui è felice così .
Spero che tanti clienti non andranno più, è stato scorretto, per telefono dice un prezzo e poi è un altro.
06/07/2024: posto piacevole, semplice, rapido. menu varie con tanto pesce.
Cucina non eccelsa, nella media.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

31/03/2024: Locale datato ,prezzi folli ,prodotti buoni ,ma peggiorato in qualità e quantità, unica cosa immutata, l'ignoranza soprattutto della solita cassiera,che non accenna nemmeno ad un sorriso,o risponde grazie .Solito per le cameriere dietro al banco,unici da salvare ,Mario il barista e altri due .Poi i tavolini e le sedie fuori,completamente da rottamare ,ruggine a gogò.C'ė di meglio in giro Marisa o La Federiga.

01/06/2024: We booked in advance. They never heard of any reservations.
Food was reheated, not even to the right temperature. Seems like they don't have a kitchen.
View was great
