A platter of mixed cold cuts with a half slice of pecorino, a coke, an ice cream and coffee..18€.
In my opinion an exaggeration.
I understood why the restaurants in the area were sold out while this one was practically empty.

17/10/2024: Perfect location to admire beautiful Tuscany.
13/10/2024: We stayed at this property in mid-October and had a very good time.
Clean rooms, comfortable bed and generally well-maintained structure with swimming pool still accessible.
Special mention for the staff starting from the girl at the reception up to the chef who is always kind and extremely helpful.

The restaurant was empty on a Saturday night
29/12/2024: To flee! Restaurant poorly located, however we chose it for its proximity to Novotel. Endless waiting, almost an hour to wait for the famous Florentine specialty "bistecca alla florentina" which we hastened to taste.
Eventually my wife got massive food poisoning and has been bedridden for 2 days now, so we weren't able to visit Florence. The meat was poorly cooked, and the hygienic conditions must be more than questionable for my wife to be so ill...

05/04/2025: My new favorite restaurant, i would travel to Firenze again to go to this place❤️ the servant even recognized us and gave us a free limoncello shot😅 but i realky would recommend!! Especially the lasagna, tiramisu and sweet wine❤️

08/03/2025: Terrible service. We asked a dark-skinned boy a couple of times what we wanted to consume and we felt neglected, having to repeat what we wanted a couple of times. We are Spanish, however at other tables the service was normal, asking and looking while you order. We didn't even feel a glance when ordering our drinks, when asking for the bill for more of the same.
Very excessive prices. I don't recommend it. 4 lemons, one cut and water, add it €30
05/02/2025: El comedor es pequeño, pero merece la pena esperar si no tienen hueco cuando llegas. Cocina riquísima y platos bastantes generosos a muy buen precio. La carbonara espectacular.

20/02/2025: Ci fermavamo in questo locale, dopo aver girato un po’ ovunque a farci un ammazzacaffè prima di rientrare in albergo e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Ottima grappa e Vinsanto super (tanto che mi son fatta dire la cantina e me lo sono andata a comprare!).
Locale tranquillo (almeno nel periodo in cui ci sono stata io), situato nella bellissima piazza di Greve, pulito, personale cordiale e molto gentile e prezzi nella norma.
Se torno da quelle parti, ci ritorno di sicuro!
Consigliato.

12/04/2025: There were five of us in total—two were ordering takeaway, while the other three planned to dine in. We were already aware before coming that the prices for takeaway and dine-in were different. While I was paying and waiting for the coffees, the two friends who ordered takeaway sat down for a moment. The owner immediately stood up and told them to leave. Even after I repeatedly explained that we understood the price difference and they would leave as soon as they got their drinks, the owner still insisted they leave with a very rude attitude.
The service was honestly terrible. If you don’t have a lot of patience, I strongly advise against coming here—it could ruin an otherwise wonderful day.
10/04/2025: Bad and low quality food
We didn't even finish the pasta dish... normal prices, not expensive either but it's not worth it. They are tourist traps. I don't recommend it

You can sit comfortably on the outside terrace and watch the goings-on.
The very friendly waiter put a smile on your face, very authentic and professional.
The pizzas were very good, the spaghetti carbonara was really great!
Great value for money!👍

21/04/2024: We were in Florence in March of 2023. Absolutely delicious food and really friendly and helpful staff here. I had Caesar Salad and my husband had seafood linguine and both were absolutely delicious! I don’t usually order chips, but someone at the next table and had some and they looked incredible - so I ordered some and they were. We sat outside with a wonderful view of Palazzo Vecchio. Can’t wait to go back this year and eat here again. It was our last meal before we left and was a wonderful way to end a very lovely break.
