19/06/2025: Nel borgo storico di Lucignano questo ristorante è veramente buono: cucina della tradizione toscana di ottima qualità, anche quella più semplice (panzanella strepitosa) servita in un bel ristornate con una bellissima terrazza.
I prezzi sono corretti, come le porzioni. Il personale è gentile ed estrmamente professionale, sia nei tempi che nei modi. Complimenti.
19/05/2025: Siamo arrivati all'ultimo minuto di sabato sera, e nonostante il locale fosse pieno, Stefania – gentilissima e davvero professionale – è riuscita a trovarci un tavolo. Un grazie speciale a lei per l'accoglienza e l'ottimo servizio!
Abbiamo mangiato davvero benissimo: come antipasto abbiamo preso dei crostini deliziosi, saporiti e ben presentati. Il piatto forte della serata è stata la bistecca in costa, cotta alla perfezione e tenerissima – semplicemente eccezionale. Il tutto accompagnato da un vino rosso di Montalcino che ha esaltato ogni sapore. Davvero ottimo!
Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti: qualità, atmosfera e servizio impeccabili. È un ristorante che consiglio vivamente, ma… prenotate per tempo, soprattutto nel weekend!

09/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per il secondo anno dovendo alloggiare nel vicino hotel per spezzare un viaggio in autostrada. Ancora più buono della prima volta. Personale gentile e accogliente, cucina tipica con un menu non lunghissimo ma vario: carne pesce, primi e pizza. Fanno anche cocktail e tutto è preparato da loro con prodotti di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante ma non formale e prezzi nella media.

01/11/2025: This restaurant was one of the highlights of our visit to Cortona. The staff were very professional and polite. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. As for the food, it was a gastronomic experience of exquisite flavours that is second to none. Highly recommended!
01/11/2025: Visited this restaurant twice during our stay, once for lunch on a rainy day, and once on a Saturday evening. Both times we were welcomed in and given plenty of time to make our choices.
Our waiter, Alex, was both helpful and knowledgeable.
The food, the service, the environment and the atmosphere were all absolutely first class.
Highly recommend.

18/07/2025: A lovely evening at Roberto Dini's pizzeria. The staff was lovely and very welcoming despite the language barrier.
Excellent dishes and desserts!!
I highly recommend this simple but very effective restaurant.

14/06/2025: Fuimos aquí para la cena basado en todas las buenas críticas sobre TA. Sí, la tienda de vinos es increíble, pero nuestra cena fue muy poco notable. La zona al aire libre parecía agradable, pero hacía demasiado frío para estar fuera. El área interior es muy pequeña y completamente indescriptible. Experiencia totalmente olvidable.
05/06/2025: Parto dalla fine; cena all'aperto, in un cortile molto curato e ben allestito, e quindi entro nel locale per pagare. Wow, sono rimasto a bocca aperta, più di 2000 etichette tra vini, gin e altri liquori. La cena è stata ottima, piatti veramente ben cucinati e belli. Qualità notevole. Servizio assolutamente ineccepibile.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.

30/08/2025: We actually came here because of the view, but there are actually better options in town.
From the table, it was difficult to see the landscape. The courtyard is surrounded by relatively high walls.
The food was very tasty. The fish dishes were also very impressive.
The service could have been a bit more energetic; we had to constantly ask for our attention when we wanted to order something.
27/08/2025: We ended up here by accident. We fell in love with this charming Tuscan town on our way to Siena. While strolling, we spotted a wonderful local restaurant with a very extensive menu. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the terrace. All the dishes we ordered were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We didn't wait long for our food. The service was very friendly. You can pay by card. There are plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The small town is perfect for an evening stroll.

13/10/2025: The location is nice with a beautiful view, but the food is poor quality. The much-vaunted pasta isn't homemade, and the cheeses are low-quality. The mushrooms used are pre-sliced mushrooms from the supermarket, which is strange because Sestino has an abundance of mushrooms...porcini, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles...not to mention the truffles, which are abundant in the area, but completely absent from this place. The service is also subpar. A huge disappointment.
13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in every way.
We only came across this restaurant because the one in the center of Sestino, where the food is always excellent, was closed.
The ravioli alla boscaiola weren't homemade and were topped with supermarket-quality mushrooms. The sliced cheese and pear steak consisted almost exclusively of pears, with very few shavings of cheese. The lemon veal cutlet was served practically raw, so much so that we had to ask for it to be recooked.
The service was also poor.
Overall, I absolutely do not recommend it.

26/06/2025: We discovered the restaurant spontaneously. The food was delicious, and the staff and chef were very friendly.
Overall, it was very pleasant and highly recommended! Traditional and unpretentious. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

19/04/2025: We went to this osteria last summer (but we still haven't gotten over our resentment). It was the longest lunch we've ever attended, not even a wedding in the South. Despite being the only customers, we waited two hours for an appetizer and a first course. The dishes were both pretentious and bland. When we pointed out the excessive wait time at the bill, the owner/cook became resentful, replying that everything was freshly prepared and that pasta should cook for at least 10 minutes. Madam, we waited two hours, and even if you ground your own wheat, it wouldn't have taken that long. Disappointing.

This bar, which has several tables inside and outside, offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The walls are adorned with photos of VIPs who have passed through this bar over the years.
The barista was welcoming, kind, courteous, and competent, with attentive, fast service and good prices.

22/11/2025: We unexpectedly happened upon this restaurant looking for a cozy spot for lunch on a cold day. It was one of the best choices we have made on this journey. The atmosphere is amazing setting the tone with wonderful music in a beautiful location. It is quaint and cozy, and we found the service exceptional, and the food some of the best we have found. We were here for lunch and both had soup and while that may not sound exciting, trust me…you will not be disappointed.

19/07/2025: Today I had the opportunity to eat at Tavernetta Il Cavaliere under a delightful pergola. There were eight of us, and we were always served together. Mr. Luca was professional and helpful. The menu, featuring the freshest fish, was excellent! Balanced flavors and aromas, everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the beautifully prepared dessert! I will definitely return and bring guests to appreciate this corner of paradise.

14/10/2025: The structure is squalid after 2 hours waiting for the heating technician who didn't show up I packed my bags and left... dirty room, kitchen and bathroom worse, third world fixtures, staff not up to par... I wouldn't go back even for free... better to sleep on the street
01/10/2025: It seems impossible to me to see reviews like this. I'm 10 and I've been going to the open air. The staff is very polite and helpful. I'm just sorry that I won't be able to go again this year due to health problems, but I hope to recover to go there next year.
