02/08/2026: I was at this place last night. The service definitely needs improvement, the wait is incredibly long, and the pizza was less than decent—it didn't rise well, and the crust was rubbery. I don't think I'll be back.

25/07/2026: We celebrated a birthday here tonight. It was our first time here, but it definitely won't be our last!
The food was truly excellent and high-quality, not to mention the portions: my sandwich was as big as my face! Literally 😂
The pizzas were also nice and large.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Since I'm very particular about food, I asked if it was possible to make any changes to my order, and they accommodated me without a problem.
Highly recommended!

21/07/2026: We had a great time, the food was excellent with fresh, good-quality fish, from the fried fish to the mussels, the almond dessert was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was large and well-kept. I would definitely recommend it and will definitely go again.

11/01/2026: Sicilian cuisine with influences, revisited in a creative and surprising way, with carefully crafted and never boring dishes. We had the dining room all to ourselves, an added bonus that made the experience even more intimate and enjoyable.
The chef guided us through the dinner, explaining each course with great clarity, demonstrating passion and expertise, as well as genuine friendliness. At the end of the evening, we stayed for a very informal chat, and he even offered us a taste of a truly excellent local gin.
A unique, welcoming experience, and highly recommended.

16/06/2026: Excellent vegan restaurant in Ortigia, Syracuse, in a very pleasant setting. The food was high-quality and had a healthy, artisanal flavor. The single dish is a great option for sampling multiple dishes. Good prices. I recommend it.
10/06/2026: Delicious vegetarian food! A nice change from the usual pizza and pasta, and most importantly, gluten-free!

13/08/2026: Went to this restaurant on a whim, it was empty but the atmosphere was lovely. The service was great. The food was delicious. We didn’t look at their reviews before coming and after leaving we were quite surprised to see many negative reviews! I wouldn’t let that stop you from going to this restaurant even if it’s just for a drink.
12/08/2026: We had dinner this evening, the food was overall decent (except for the pasta for the children) but the service was catastrophic, the dishes did not arrive together, even the pasta for the children arrived after about 40 minutes, then the cutlery was missing (they brought it after we raised our voices, obviously the food was already cold) I do not recommend it

17/09/2025: The menu was very limited, with few dishes to choose from; the marinara risotto also required advance reservations. The seafood spaghetti consisted only of mussels and clams. At 9:30 PM on a Saturday, when we asked for spaghetti with clams, we were told they only had a few and it was better to choose the marinara spaghetti I mentioned above. The mixed fried fish was all fish; they didn't have scampi, calamari, or even shrimp or prawns. The prices for the few dishes available were also quite high; spaghetti with (a few) clams was €22!! Maybe we were unlucky, but we're unlikely to return.

18/05/2026: The red wine was gone, the appetizer was gone, the dessert was gone. The food wasn't good. The service was unsatisfactory. The ambiance was great.
15/05/2026: Stayed in Syracuse for 7 days, tried a few trattoria then discovered this one, and returned 3 times. The grilled fish was as good as any 5 star restaurant, the vino locale both red and white were excellent and great value. Pizzas lovely, and the orange salad, and octopus salads were also delicious.

15/08/2026: Took more than an hour for the food to arrive, certain people who came after us got their food before me. Overall, not worth if you sony have the patience to ask multiple times that your food will be forgotten.
15/08/2026: An excellent place to have a quiet lunch and enjoy good food with a sea view.
The owner is very kind, as are the rest of the staff! The pizza was excellent, as was the spaghetti alla roccia, which I really enjoyed. Even though there were 12 of us, the service was quick and satisfying.
Highly recommended.

21/12/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by nature (many local products). Excellent food and fair prices.
16/12/2025: I went there today with a friend for the first time. We ordered the set menu, and I have to say we had a great meal. The service was excellent (though it's fair to say there wasn't much of a rush). The location is also worth a visit, especially because it's well-maintained. Plus, you can visit the animals they keep (for kids). I'll definitely be back.
