La Cozza d'oro

15/03/2026: Fishmonger's restaurant: we stopped here for the first time on instinct. The owners were delightful, there was a tank with all kinds of shellfish (including American clams). The place was clean, the staff friendly, and everything from the appetizer to the first and second courses was truly delicious, leaving a scent of the sea.
For anyone passing through, I recommend stopping by.
We'll be back because we had a truly wonderful lunch.
07/12/2025: We had lunch at the Cozza d’Oro on our visit to Sicily. This is our second trip and again this seafood restaurant gem!! The location atmosphere and food was a 10!! Maurizio Bruno and chef and staple of the Cozza d’Oro Cettina were wonderful! We had a variety of fresh seafood also fried and some delicious pasta and seafood dishes ! Highly recommend La Cozza d’Oro of Augusta Sicily .

28/04/2026: I ate at this restaurant in Augusta, which specializes in South American cuisine, and I have to say I was more than satisfied with the food. Large burritos, large sandwiches, and a wide selection of traditional dishes, like nachos, tacos, and chili con carne, as well as many other types of meat. The quality and quantity of these dishes are very good.
As for the pizza, I wouldn't recommend this place. If you're going out for a good pizza, it's not the place for you; the quality of the dough and sauce isn't quite up to par. Obviously, this is just my personal opinion; I'm sure others might like it, but for me, if I'm looking for good pizza, I'll go elsewhere.
As for the atmosphere, the place isn't very welcoming; the colors are cold and lacking in elegance, especially the hard plastic cups.
As for the service, I have nothing to complain about. The staff are friendly, professional, and polite.
20/04/2026: I just had the most delicious thin crust well done pizza! It was just made to perfection! Service is great always kind and i hope they never change a thing!!!! Pizza 5 stars!

21/12/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by nature (many local products). Excellent food and fair prices.
16/12/2025: I went there today with a friend for the first time. We ordered the set menu, and I have to say we had a great meal. The service was excellent (though it's fair to say there wasn't much of a rush). The location is also worth a visit, especially because it's well-maintained. Plus, you can visit the animals they keep (for kids). I'll definitely be back.

30/07/2023: Era un ottimo ristorante di pesce, e ci andavamo spesso a cenare. A mio parere è stata una scelta pessima cambiare attività, e imbattersi in qualcosa che non si è in grado di fare, come in questo caso le pizze. Vi consiglierei di tornare quello che eravate, ma meglio di prima.

21/09/2024: Posto veramente ben fatto con belle rifiniture del soffitto in stile rustico. Nonostante la lunga tavolata di circa 30 persone, molto affamate, siamo stati serviti in tempi record circa 15/20 minuti dalla comanda. Il personale adeguato alla circostanza. Siamo tutti rimasti soddisfatti.
21/09/2024: Locale ben fatto ordinato e pulito , personale attento e Nonostante fossimo una tavolata di 30 commensali di sabato sera , abbiamo ordinato abbastanza e velocemente e a che le pizze sono arrivate molto presto , non è stata sbagliata neanche un a pizza . La pizza era molto buona e nessuno ne ho lasciata qui di ottimo posto ….
